"... and furthermore," a voice continued, "I can't believe you even let the snots run around here! I can't believe you talked me into this, you know they shouldn't be around here." Those familiar with her didn't need to see her to know that Red was nearby, and she sounded unhappy. Her bright red cloak was hard to see -- in fact, it was down-right impossible, as the professor was currently sniffing around in here werewolf form.
"There's only one left. I can feel its Fear neaby -- I'll go this way, you go that way." The werewolf teacher paused, sniffing the air. "And hurry! I can smell the curiousity of students coming this way. Hellma will have both of our hides if they manage to meddle and find it first, again."

Rosc had put some distance between himself and the larger groups, arms still folded, posture somewhat relaxed. He was ready, though, in case someone came at his back. Habit.
His attention was drawn to a student who literally wandered up, a snake curled around his neck and... it looked like it was hissing in the boil's ear. The demon heard the question and nodded in the direction of the forest. The boil had a walk about him that might suggest he was blind, but Rosc was the last person to assume that kind of thing.
"Arel just went into the forest," he answered in a low tone, though loud enough that the other student should be able to hear him.

That voice...
Junko knew that voice. How could anyone forget that voice. The ghoul tensed up against Belladonna, her eyes wide and a look of horror on her face. "Red is coming!" She whispered out in panic, clinging tightly to her reaper friend. Red was coming! To them! They were going to get detention again!
"Guys...if she catches us here again we are in so much trouble."

If Arel were some sort of bird demon, he would have ruffled all his feathers at Red's statement, though he did put up a pretty good show with the collar of his caped blanket and scarf. The secretary opened his mouth to say something just as the gymnasium teacher turned tail - literally - and settled for simply muttering at a nearby tree about the injustices of life. As it was rather fog-less for the most part this fine mid-day, Breck's shed, or the hill it was located on, was clearly visible from his vantage point, and he could clearly see from the corner of his eyes students piling around like ants on top of said hill. Bah students, bah Hellma, and Red, bah being underpaid. So what if a few students went missing really, it had happened before without too much of a problem. He briefly imagined Hellma's livid expression - more livid than usual - and decided it wasn't worth the lack of concern.
That being mulled over, the secretary pulled out a pendant from under his rather oversized sweater and dangled it for a few seconds. The item swung once, twice, and then in a flash of brilliant light, he was gone.
((OOC: It looks like both faculty members have forgotten that sound travels rather well in the forest and most of their conversation was probably heard through, for any students standing close enough to the edge of the forest. The flash of light was probably very hard not to miss as well.
The faculty members are going Jack knows where, but why? Considering that they disappeared INTO the forest, its okay for students to investigate the area further right? - Feel free to now investigate at the edges of the forest and ask around for clues and ideas as to what is going on. New students coming in are still welcome! ))

Riley hissed when she heard the sound of impending Red-doom. She turned suddenly, heading for the forest. The first tree she found was her goal, and she sunk her claws deep into it's trunk. All the while, she let out a very forceful thought to the students, keeping it tightly in check so she wouldn't leak out to any faculty nearby.
Hide. NOW.
She was NOT going to detention again. ABSOLUTELY NOT. She scrambled up the tree, grabbed one of the branches with one arm, and slung her body up to disappear in the foliage.
She didn't stop there. Red's sense of smell had to be powerful.. the higher she went, the more of a chance she'd have. If she had any chance at all. She continued climbing her new best friend, the tree.
She had a wonderful vantage point, once she'd stopped climbing, just in time to see Arel pull out a pendant and disappear. She knew there was something going on that the staff wasn't telling them about. If only they had one of those pendants, perhaps they could find out for themselves..
She searched the foliage of the tree idly. One never knew.

The voice of Red made the kelpie freeze in place, and he stood there, rooted to the spot, ears up and looking like a startled deer. He very much was, and he was finding it hard not to run back to his dorm. If it was one person he didn’t want to see or get caught by, it was Red. He was sure the professor hated his guts and finding him again making a mess of things and stepping out of line would be just want she would need to tear him to pieces. After the stunt he pulled, he felt she had no feelings but seething hatred for the uncomfortable boil.
Stepping back, he gave up any thoughts of avoiding the massive group of students and went to Yaya's free side, not even caring if Sharra being held by Yaya. He instead made due with going beside her and pressing close by. His ears pivoted about, ever on the alert for the smallest noise, and he looked down from where everyone else was looking at Ardel and Red. He heard what they said, was confused, and then was put further on edge that they just up and vanished. Shiny attracted him, but vanishing teachers that could expell you did not.
Worried, he turned to the ghoul, pony-eyes wide and dark. Yup. He was freaked out.
"Can I hang here with you?"

Aksaja winced just slightly at the force of Riley's thought, but he rather agreed with it, so he didn't bother arguing. Instead, he just moved a bit closer to the Shed, hoping to hide in the shadows cast by the small building.

Ah Jack, he was losing track of people once more. Paying attention to current conversation, it seemed that there was some discussion of the human world, and an escapade that, frankly he seemed to have missed out on. Perhaps he'd have to hunt down the dragon boil...Aksaja, he believed the name was, and ask him about the adventure later. Much later....as all thought was currently being derailed by a pair of ample breasts pressing into his back, and a familiar, adored voice announcing her presence in his ear. Ah. Yaya. He was both delighted and worried by her appearance, but then, if Junko, Riley and the others were here, it only made sense that the djinn would come as well.
"Apparently...ah...there's some mysterious activity occurring, and Arel disappeared into the forest...so I suppose we're investigating. I've yet to be fully informed, really...though everyone's talking at once, it seems, so I've picked up bits and pieces..."
It was at this point, that Red's voice could be heard clearly, and catching Yaya's hand, he pulled her to where he could see her, almost dragging Calder along in the process. Oh look, the return of the Kelpie...why was he clinging to the ghoul exactly? Honestly, he looked as though he'd seen the ghost of his evil grand-aunt or something, though he supposed, in a way, Red was comparable. "If you're comin' with us, Calder...lay low..." He murmured, "Riley's got a point, we'd best hide..." And he attempted to tug them off into the underbrush, where he fully intended to do a bit of investigating on his own. Quite clearly...the game was afoot.

At Riley's sudden loud thought, Christof jumped. His eyes wide, he glanced around frantically to see for himself what everyone was talking about- and while he couldn't spy the teachers, he could hear their voices and- Oh, Hell's Bells they couldn't see him with a bag of... of parts! He found it easy to do as his Mistress said, running immediately... towards the edge of the forest away from the other students, his shovel gripped at the ready. Just... find a good spot he could find again and bury the evidence. He didn't need detention again or WORSE....
His stomach was in knots, nervously as he wandered through the trees away from the edge towards more... questionable territory, finding a nice large rock he knew he could spot again in an instant and quickly set to work digging a small hole to toss the sack into before anyone- most importantly a professor- noticed.

The nergal boil was given a prompt and rather firm squeeze from behind as she marid made herself more then comfortable against his back, cheek rubbing along the line of one shoulder blade. "Is that so?" She mused, voice soft, finger tips tapping lightly against his hips. It was a tempting thing to point out that the boil had been late in appearing on her door step, but she let it go. Gathering students and faculty acting oddly was a rather large draw, and frankly she couldn't fault him. She'd have likely wandered into the woods herself had their places been reversed.
Instead she shifted a portion of her attention to Junko, whom she could just barely see around Sharra's arm. The other ghoul looked.. Well, like Hadiyya usually looked when she hadn't partaken of her favorite energy drink. It was a little worrying. Though not half so worrying as Red's voice seeping through the trees to hit the ears of every gathered student. It had the djinn tension, arms tightening around Sharra's waist. "Oh jack.."
When Calder turned up pressed against her side she was only mildly surprised to see him there. More surprised that he was present, then that he'd cower at her side from the gym teacher. What limited interactions the kelpi had had with the teacher had been bad, to say the least. "You may, though we seem to be moving." She gave him a half smile as she allowed her boilfriend to lead her into the underbrush.
As they passed the sleepy monster, Yaya extended a hand to grab the other ghoul by the wrist. Pulling her along with them. "Time to go." Junko may not remember the events that closed the truth or dare game, but Yaya certainly did.
"Watch out for pygmy gnomes, my sweet."

Sepheran's head turned towards a male voice, at least someone was nice enough to answer him. "The forest? I wonder why Arel went into there...thanks," Sepheran replied back his head now turning to the forest. Wait...was there voices inside...yes he could hear them. Focusing on his hearing he dimmed his other senses to listen. Something was up and he would find out, after all he didn't quite trust the teachers after what they put them through on the train.
Sepheran had been focusing so much that he was startled when a voice echoed loudly in his head. Sepheran instinctively covered his ears. Quickly he dimmed his hearing again to normal, though with a slight headache. Hide huh? Well he did want to find out what was going on so and if worse came to worse he could just say he was lost. He was new after all, and didn't have much as far as sight...maybe he could pull it off.
Listening to the voice though he moved closer into the forest trying to find a more hidden area, something with bushes and trees. Green was perfect for him, it would camouflage well.

Candlejack! The voice was unmistakable. Red was out here with Arel? What in the world were they doing out here? She recalled Red's face when they had been busted at the Battle of the Bands. That was so... unpleasant. She almost had the feeling to turn around but then the voices disappeared. The authoritative figures were gone? That light. "What in Jack's name was that?" Speaking to Aedan, Alcyone was astonished at the fact that they had disappeared into thin air. That meant that it was okay to keep investigating the forest further?
Looking around feeling rather paranoid, the water demon moved even more cautiously through the trees wondering if Hellma was lurking around waiting to catch the students for being out of bounds. "Where dd they go?" It couldn't be. Did they go back to the human world like what had happened to the students last time? No... it couldn't be...
Alcie was much too curious to turn around now even though the appearance of Red did scare her a lot. Something was going on here and she was determined to find out what.

Riley had the right idea! Honestly, Junko was about to just flee back to her dorm and never come out except for classes. Yup, she was never leaving again. Oh...but Sayuri, Kuro and Aoi would need walks...maybe she could get someone to do that for her. Yes. That sounded like a plan! She never got a chance to enact this plan, however; Yaya was suddenly grabbing her wrist and pulling her along, doing her best to keep a hold on Belladonna as well so she wouldn't get left behind. Yaya really was here! Why hadn't she seen her before?
Damn, she was tired. Junko blinked and stared at Yaya with a very confused look on her face when given her warning, her brow furrowing a bit. "I...I have shorts on..." Was that was she meant? So no gnomes would see up her skirt? She was taking measures against that! How strange, yet thoughtful, of Yaya to warn Junko like that. She stumbled a bit as she followed the demons into the hiding place Sharra was choosing, merely because she was so tired. Attempting to drug Her was a horrible idea! Ugh. Suddenly there was a flash of light and Junko gasped, clinging to her friends and staring in that direction.
"What...what was that?" She asked groggily, looking and sounding just as out of it as ever. She could use a nap. Yes, a cuddly nap would be amazing right now...but Junko didn't want to leave alone.

Oh good, so she wasn't mishearing the mental murmur. Arel was in there! That was...odd. The little Undead made a small noise of acknowledgement for Jericho. After that she settled for watching, gazing uncomfortably between her fellow students and into the fog where even she could hear the voices of a couple staff members.
Riley's demanding voice made her flinch, and without realizing it she started to move forward, closer to the questionable territory, to drift closer towards Christof. While she somewhat trusted the red dragon she had been standing near before, she knew Christof better...and that seemed like the safer bet to her.
"We shouldn't be here..." Amrita whispered low to Christof, since she had decided to hide near the Igor at the edge of the forest, waiting for any word from Riley for them to investigate further.

While walking to Breck's shed, it had been hard to miss the electric feel of a confused, curious crowd of students on the edge of the forest. At first, Nyyrikki had set out to ignore it, more concerned with the stories he'd heard about the shed and the difficulties it presented. He soon abandoned that quest, however, and wandered over to join the students.
From bits and pieces of conversation he'd managed to piece together a very... unfinished puzzle of what was going on. Basically, he knew the staff were sneaking around being suspicious. That was enough to interest him however.
He hovered near the edge of the forest, trying to get a peek at the teacher or see if there was some more obvious clue. Concentration was hard when you had a mindflayer panicking into your head, however.
Hide. NOW.
It rang in his ears and he winced, snapping his chains out and wrapping them around the nearest tree. He used them as a rope and climbed the tree with their support, inching them up as he ran up the trunk as fast as he could. He could see the mindflayer from here, and gave her a look that verged on pouting. He didn't like the way the commands she gave made his head feel. Just talking was fine, but a strong command like her's made him uneasy.
