Not really. Kumogakure was an independent village. Now it is dependent on the Death Dealers. Thusly it is no longer Kumogakure in the way a ninja village is a ninja village. Just because it's name is Kumogakure doesn't mean it is Kumogakure.

Actually apparently we would, seeing as that was the entire reasoning behind Genzai telling her to give control over to him. Which is odd, considering the village chooses their leader, so she kinda can't give it to him, but she can enact his will. Basically like a puppet.

Kaze and David will fight, our long awaited battle where Kaze 'bites' David 'to death.' At any rate, Kiri > Suna. Two Ushio, Hatake, Two Jinchuriki, One Uchiha. We've got Suna as good as raped. Oh crap! it's the head of the disciplinary committee, Kyoya Hibari!!! @Hinote: Don't worry, I don't take offense to your over dramatization of David's capability of killing Deidalus. I mean it's not like you'll actually succeed anymore than that cat will succeed against the eagle. All Raptors are quite dangerous to other creatures when full grown, a tanuki is no exception.

Oh good, someone realized I was mostly joking. XD He'd actually be one of the harder S ranks in the guild for David to kill. Explosions and all that. A fire specialist would be no problem, but bombs... Well, that can be tough. Though the strategy of dropping a mountain on you is still viable. That's your biggest weakness in there actually. If someone chopped your roof up, they could kill everyone inside.

This and Kaze's quoting of Hibari from Katekyo Hitman Reborn almost makes me want to change the personality type of Deidalus when he's fighting from the Joker to Lussuria Nee-san.
