Kyuma rolled over in bed, talking in his sleep, "Ah no I'm fine thanks!" Kyuma then kept quiet and stayed asleep

Kyuma woke up, "Who's playing music?" Kyuma got out of his bed and looked out of his door, "Sounds like its coming from Skye's room." Kyuma sat by his door and listened

Skye finished and put her guitar down by her chair, she got up and walked out down the hallway. Skye smiled when she saw Kyuma but wondered why he was sitting on the floor in his door way. Skye went and got a drink of water then sat down on the ground next to Kyuma "What are you doing sitting on the floor?"

Kyuma looked at Skye and smiled, "I was listening to you. You are really good." Kyuma looked at his hands, "I'm not musically gifted like you."

Skye laughed "Really, you think i'm gifted...?" She thought for a minute "Well if you could play any instrument, what would it be?"

"Well there is a music cupboard down next to my room with every instrument you could ever think of so any time you like you can go and get one and if you need help then I can help you to learn how to play it" Skye pointed to a door next to her room. She was about to say something when there was a knock on the door she opened it and then stood there frozen with shock "Uhh, um hi mum..."

"Who's that your boyfriend?" Skye's mother asked sarcastically she walked over to Kyuma "Not even worth my precious daughters time...." Skye clenched her fists "Mother! stop it!" her mother slapped Skye, "No not enough I won't have you...wasting your time on such a....on such a thing!" Skye grew angry and slapped her mother so hard she fell to the ground "Now you listen to my i am not wasting my time so what if i fell in love with him, he isnt a waste of my time the only waste of my time i see here is you, you never cared about me you gave me up to adoption when you found out you couldn't get an abortion! if you didn't care about me then what has changed your mind is it because of father, because i inherited the money?!? well then fine you have it for all i care but just stay out of my life!..im even ashamed to call you my mother, so from now you aren't now leave!" Skye stormed of to her room crying.

Kyuma was shocked, his eyes were wide and he didn't know what to do, he looked at Skye's mother and frowned, Kyuma walked over to Skye's door and knocked, "Can you come out Skye? If you really want her to leave come out and listen to what she has to say." Kyuma looked back at Skye's mother, "...." Kyuma decided to not speak to Skye's mother.

Skye's mother walked to her door and pushed Kyuma out of the way, she walked into Skye's room in a rage. Skye turned around "Get.................out................now........" Her mother shook her head "Skye listen to me please, I don't care about the money I wanted to make up for what I did.." She was going to continue "Helen....I don't want to hear it if you wanted to make up then you should have done that earlier, you walk in here and talk trash about my friends, and after all those years of abandonment you never visited me once and now you expect me to be fine with it?!? its too late to make up for all you did, too late to apologize, as far as I am concerned I want and will have nothing to do with you and If it comes down to getting a restraining order just to keep you away then so be it, you don't care and you never have" With that Skye's mother left, Skye shut the door to her room again and then lay on her bed crying.

Kyuma watched Skye's mother leave, "Uh?" Kyuma turned and opened Skye's door, he sat down on her bed and put his hand on her shoulder, "I don't want to make matters worse Skye, I just want you to feel better, is there anything I can do to help you?" Kyuma just sat and looked at Skye with a worried look, "Please, stop crying.."

he heard some noise so he got off his bed and opened his door and walked out whats going on i heard screaming and some one fighting he said as he took out his head phones

Skye sat up and wiped her eyes "Its nothing Leon...just go back to whatever you were doing...." She looked at Kyuma "I am sorry for what she said about you, and I am also sorry you had to witness all that."
