мarissa blushed, too, looking out the small window on the door of the room. "Thank you for confessing, Dylan" she looked back at him, catching his eye. "I really appreciate it...but..." she looked at her watch and her eyes widened. "I really have to get home. I promise I'll come see you tomorrow" she got up, grabbing her bag the nurses had retrieved from school for her, and rushed out, waving slightly before disappearing into the rushing crowd of people outside the door.

мarissa ran home. Right as she opened the door, a bottle flew over her head and she saw her father on top of the table, her mother lay naked behind him, crying her heart out. "Where have you bean?" he slurred, his naked flapjack swinging back and forth. Marissa covered her eyes and she found her way to the table, grabbing her mother's hand and they started walking upstairs to their rooms. "I said: Where have you been!" he smacked her very hard and a tear ran down her cheek. "Visiting a friend who's in the hospital" she choked out, running upstairs with her mother.

мarissa cried as her dad struck her again. "Let me in you little t**t" he said drunkly. Her mother was getting dressed and Marissa was blocking the door so he wouldn't get in. He threw her to the ground and her father growled in her ear: "Let me in or I'll have you instead" she knew she had to protect her mother, so she got back up, holding onto the door for support, and he laughed cruelly. "You asked for it" he took off her shirt and her pants. Trying to cover herself, her mother opened the door and she fell backwards. All Marissa could see was her mother flying at her father before she could even grab her shirt, crying, she called the police and reported child abuse, rape, and an alcoholic dad. She could fell bruises forming all over her body and tears were streaming down her cheeks, her voice cracking.

мarissa woke up. The last things she remembered was flashing lights and laying down on the floor, seeing flashing lights through the windows. Then everything went black. Looking around warily, she saw that she was in a hospital, a nurse at her side. "What time is it?" she asked tiredly. Her eyes widened. "Where's my mother?" The nurse put a hand on her arm. "Your mother is in the next room." she then looked at her watch and replied, "Its about noon" Sitting up, she had almost gotten out of bed, but the nurse sat her back down. Shaking her head, she looked at the nurse. "I promised I'd go see Dylan today. Please let me see if I can just walk" Hearing the heart monitor, she noticed her heartbeat quickened when she had said Dylan's name. Blushing, she looked at the nurse with pleading eyes.

мarissa saw the nurse nod, giving in. Smiling, she detached everything from her body and dressed in regular clothes they provided for her, which were a little big on her, but she didn't mind. Walking along the hall, she found Dylan's room and walked in, sitting down in the same chair she did before. She looked at him sleeping and scooted the chair a little closer. Smiling, she brushed his hair from his face and kissed his forehead.

мarissa looked at him quizzically, sitting up. "Dylan" she whispered, touching his face with her cold fingers, hoping it would wake him up. "Dylan" she said a little louder, shaking him softly.

мarissa blushed, knowing he was talking about her. Looking down, she sighed. She looked back up at him and whispered in his ear, "Dylan" to try and wake him up. She sat up and took his hand, hearing the small beeps of the heart monitor.

мarissa shook him a little more roughly. "Dylan, wake up!" she shook him again and stood up, brushing the hair from his face again. "Please wake up" she whispered.
