She looked at her watch. "Holy mother of pearl I'm late! Sorry, gotta jet!!" She cried before turning and sprinting off, dropping her book. 'My boss is gunna kill me!'

Holding my last breath,☾ Annie skidded to a halt in front of the bar where she worked. She threw open the door. "I'm here!" She cried into the bar full of men. Her boss face-plamed from behind the counter. "Just get yourself behind her Annie..." He said with a sigh as he threw her, her apron. She caught it and ducked behind the counter with an embarressed smile.

She sighed again and slid another drink down the bar to the man waiting. 'I'll go look for it later...though I doubt I'll find it...'

She'd defiantly had it when she'd been talking to Mephiles. So she'd dropped it somewhere between there and here, that much she could figure. She sighed again as another man called out for another drink.

She cried happily diving for it. She picked it up then looked out the smashed window. "Was that....Mephiles?" ((Yep, just throw the book through the window and hope that she's in there XD))
