Description:; Long hair, braided in 1 thick braid (loose at the top so some of it hits his shoulders/it doesn't precisely look braided at first) and "tied" off with a softly glowing orb (silvery w/tinge of blue); There should be two LONG sections at the front framing his face that pool on the "ground" at his feet. The sections should have an orb near the top (by his cheek) on each side (it's something the hair passes through).
2 Horns, like an eastern dragon/kirin. Should be slightly curved back, some branching out maybe - absolutely must have 3 (or two, if they are too short) of the blue gems, oval, embedded in each horn. Silver chains (not real chains, necklace style chains) should be wound around the horns all ornate and pretty-like -- to suit the other accessories, yo)
Expression should be editted so the eyes are open only a bit, blue-blind eyes.
Wings are semi-CC (if my idea doesn't work, do whatever): energy/noise style wings in that lovely, glowy blue color. Yes.
No true clothing, but CC accessories would be loved. Should have some sort of arcane-looking tattoo that glows faintly with the same magic as the orbs (they're actually meant to amplify magic, blah blah blah.
