 Avellius smiled at his somewhat successful in his attack. Byakuya speaking about something interefering and the death penalty. Most of what he had said went through one ear and out the other. Avellius didn't care much about that. When Byakuya began speaking his Hado. Quickly enough Avellius' mask would form, the large X on the mask, and what seemed like no eye holes, though he was able to see it seemed. His eyes had changed, and by the time the Hado was fired off at him, the mask seemed to open, Avellius' mouth opened as well, as he sucked in the Kido attack as if he were eating it, and then just as fast as it was sucked up, he fired off a Cero at Byakuya, though not a normal cero, it was a pale blue color mixed with a thick crimson red. The power behind it was a normal cero, as well as Byakuya's kido power from the use of his Hado.
Once the Cero had been fired completely, the mask closed up, and an unvisible smile was on his face. He moved the mask a little to the side, deactivating the hollow powers that his mask gave him, and showing his clearly demented smile, waiting for a reaction while assuring that he was prepared for an attack.

Zaiadea Junsui: Squad Four Captain
Zaiadea couldn't stand for this to be happening she had no clue what to do. She had her hand on her sealed Zanpakto but she couldn't do anything really. So she had no choice, she released her zanpakto as an illuminating light blasted from where she was standing and her zanpakto transformed into a mirror. Her new weapon had showed itself, she then shunopoed behind Byakuya and quickly took the Image from where he was unharmed and stored it away in her mirror.
"Go now Byakuya, This will make sure you will be able to fight better than usual but don't get to careless.."
Zaiadea then turned and saw the color mixed Cero fired at Byakuya she quickly stepped in the way of the cero and absorbed it through her mirror but because of the strength and capacity of the Cero she had to fire immediately right back at the vizard.

As the flaming bird suddenly was encased in crystal, a man with a very ominous appearance, masking his entire face except for his glowing golden eyes, he wore a white Haori and he just clapped slightly as he appeared on one of the two higher points as the Sokyoku flew up, thrashing about. "Hmph, that is quite an impressive ability you have there.. It is absolutely marvelous. " He said referring to the Crystallization process as he looked up towards Sokyoku, before glancing down at the crowd below, examining the specific people that were attending the execution, taking his sweet time before attempting to battle unlike the others..
Suddenly, six figures seem to appear in the sky above the thrashing Sokyoku, all in white clothing and had several black piercings, One of them flew right down towards it, then suddenly went to the side as she held out her hand, shouting. "Shinra Tensei!" Suddenly a massive impact crashed against the bird, making it fly to the side in the air, the crystal it was encased in shattered as the flames suddenly began to race across the air, flapping its wings once again, the Phoenix seemed to prepare to attack the woman that managed to force it away, when suddenly another voice echoed from high above it, coming from a little girl. "Summon! Giant Ram!" She shouted as she clapped her hands together, forming a symbol on her own hand before holding it out, her hand began to distort as a vortex opened, and suddenly something began to emerge, a creature that began to Rapidly expand into an absolutely giant ram, filled with giant piercings at its summoner was, its size was able to rival that of the Phoenix.. The giant Ram suddenly crashed down onto the Phoenix, being burned from the contact but still none the less slammed it into the ground off the hill, causing several structures to be burned while it was restrained on the ground, the Ram being utterly roasted.. The six figures once again took their place up in the sky, all staring down at the crowd, these were obviously with the Visoreds that were attacking, since they just attempted to take the Sokyoku out of the picture..
Kiri however, wasn't anywhere to be seen.. She utterly vanished after exiting the Senkaimon, though places for her would be impossible to find for others.. At least, until she made herself known.. The ground under Rei Seshiro suddenly began to morph, rise a bit as if multiple hands made of earth were grabbing at his legs, Kiri's abilities were strange.. But they posed for Great distractions, that was all she was attempting to do the man.. She didn't want him to end up fighting the ones in the sky, no.. Not him.. So that's why she had to divert his attention to something else..

Byakuya nodded to the other Captain in thanks.
With a blur, and a single flash, He shunpoed out of the line of fire. He grumbled silently beneath his breath as he appeared behind the Vizard. He watched as the remnants of the Cero disappeared as the mask was moved slightly to the side. Byakuya's stare hardened as he held forth his zanpakuto, vertical, blocking his face. Already, he would have to resort to shikai.
"Very well... I will be your opponent, boy. Understand you must suffer the consequences for disrupting this execution." Slowly, the blade began to glow a bright pink. "Scatter... Senbonzakura..."
Instantly, the blade shattered into tens of thousands of tiny petals, each glowing a vibrant pink ad they rushed forward in a large formed cloud. With a loud fluttering hiss, they moved at amazing speed, straight for the pink haired Vizard boy, ready to overwhelm him. This attack would dodge others and head straight only for him, avoiding obstructions and things if the sort.
"... Anyone who disturbs Soul Society will be cut down."

  This was a good distraction. Most of the vizards had ensued into battle with the shinigami. It'd seem that a rescue would be much more possible now that the phoenix crashed down to the ground, only ten meters from Shroud's position. It burned away the side of sand it landed on, and Shroud took this opportunity and ran up the hill, seeing Umehara up there above Hikaru.
Trying to give him a sign, Shroud nodded his head during the run, and ran past the shinigami, leaping up to the scaffolding where Umehara was, and kneeled down on his toes, looking down at the scene. "... They all seem to be enthralled in battle... what's the plan here?" he commented, then asked Umehara.

Yeah! Play nice! Rei was standing watching the opening moves of the battle, and when the paths appeared, he noted their power was on a scale above the combatants here. He grasped the hilt of his sword and made to use a shunpo to attack the nearest path, but he felt hands around his ankles suddenly: stone hands. He moved his ankles a little, but the hands would not budge. He noted that the hands only grasped him as he moved to enter combat. He relaxed a little and let the hands hold him gently. " alright... whoever's move this is... I consent. Take me to where you'd like to fight." He could feel something familiar in the hands. It was distant and deep, the nature of it had changed, but he could feel it. The reiatsu was almost like his sister's. Shingotsu nodded and simply stood there, waiting. Hinata stood atop the execution stand, next to the other Visored, yet a small distance away from them. she was swinging her axe in a wide arc all around her head, gaining momentum and strength. When her power reached a max for Shikai, she simply slammed the axe down at the stand, hoping to shatter it. " Hold on Yamada boy! Hold on! We save you now!" But... but... She's trying to kill you.
And you actually think she could manage it?

"Why thank you." Umehara smiled at Leere as he spun his keyblade and smashed it against the scaffolding, along with the power of the other Vizard's axe, causing it to shatter into several wood splinters, grabbing hold of Hikaru's collar before he fell.
"U-Nii- Nii-san~!?" Hikaru gasped as Umehara hoisted him over his shoulder. "What are you doing~!?" He screamed.
Umehara looked to Shroud. "Well, I am looking for a possible enemy to take care of, have any in mind?~! I'd surely love to leave here with a bang. He smiled as he scanned the area. Hmm.... How about..."
He leaped off the scaffolding, gesturing for Shroud to follow. With a crouch, he landed in front of Soi Fong and Ayame. "How about you two?" He asked with a smile, spinning his keyblade in his hand as he released Hikaru.
"Don't hurt my friends~!" Hikaru screamed frantically as he landed on the ground, only watching. Umehara's devious smile did not move. "I wonder which one of you lovely ladies would be willing to take us on."
"You'll never outsmart me at my own game..."

 "I may not be a lady..." Said the man "...but i'll be glad to you on, Vizard..." He said talking his time to walk slowly to his oponent. As he did, he slowly put his hand on his katana to unsheath it "Now either you leave peacefully, or there is going more than two berials that i'm going to have to attend" Tanturo said in a reasonable, but stern and threatening manner.

There seemed to be a brief, yet chilly breeze that ran through the Sokyoku air over the heads of those who fought against others... In mid-air, a platform of snow seemed to appear from a gust of wind, then melted, as two familiar shinigami beings crouch-landed on the balls of their feet, standing upright moments later. Rukia Kuchiki, Lieutenant of the First Division, held one hand on the sealed hilt of her zanpakuto, sheathed in an ivory scabbard at her waist under a fluttering white haori. Her eyes were narrowed, the violet irises seeming to glimmer like diamonds from the reflection of the sunlight overhead. She offered a fair-skinned hand to her daughter, clothed in pure black and blood red, without the slightest hint of white. Hisana Kurosaki, Captain of Alternate Squad Zero, and the daughter of Captain-Commander Ichigo Kurosaki. Both stood with dignity, and a reason to serve for their people.
Hisana approached the ruined Sokyoku, raising a slight eyebrow out of curiosity to what might've happened in their absences. "...Should I even dare to ask?" she said to Rukia. The raven-haired woman came up behind her with her zanpakuto unsheathed and dragging along, glancing back and forth between her daughter, and the sokyoku. The Sokyoku, then the numerous battles taking place up ahead. "I think it would be wise not to," she sighed in exasperation. "In fact, I think it would be pointless to, considering everyone's so preoccupied." She glanced back to Hisana once more, blowing a light breath as to move the stray piece of hair off her eye. "Hisana, have a seat. I think I need to tell you something." Rukia directed her over to a stray piece of wood that could serve for a bench, gesturing for her to sit down...
~~AFTER 5 MINUTES OF EXPLAINING IN DETAIL...~~
Hisana's eyes were blank, yet innocent with the slightest hint of confusion. She blinked once before doing a quick recap. "So... These people," "Vizards," "~are shinigami who were kicked out of Soul Society for gaining an inner Hollow?" Rukia's lips curled up into a bare smile. "Nailed it." She sat down next to Hisana, observing everyone about their usual fights. This would've been a perfect scene if there were any tubs of popcorn sitting around. "...Don't they all have a leader like we do?" Rukia remembered something as Hisana asked such a question, putting a hand to her chin, trying to identify the situation. "Actually, yes. In fact, I'm curious as to where he or she is at the moment..."

Squad 13 [ 十三番隊 ] Lieutenant At the release of the flaming spirit in a Phoenix's form, Ayame felt her heart sink, it was time for the Hikaru boy to take his final breath. She watched as the mere presence of the bird made the boy go pale in fear. She had her hand up to her lips, keeping her from showing ay form of emotion. Furrowing her brow-line, she tried everything in her power to appear as a strong Lieutenant of the soul society. It was a sight that ate away at her in reality though. As the bird flapped it's gargantuan wings in preparation of the execution. Ayame took a breath and shook away all emotions. She felt as though other captains were displaying enough emotions that she, being a lieutenant needed not to contribute.
Suddenly, things went the complete opposite direction of what had been planned. In a flash the bird was encased in a physical energy. She felt a pull to it, it was something she was familiar with - crystal. Ayame stepped back in pure shock. Looking past the bird, she noticed a man holding the Yamada boy by his prisoner collar. Confusion set in- a rescue? It had to be. The notion didn't really bother the lieutenant until the man spoke up. Suddenly a mass of other beings came through to the Soul Society. Ayame's eyes widened and she looked to Byakuya. The Captain began to draw his sword and she felt her heart race.
Hesitating, the Lieutenant wondered if it was in her place to do the same. Yet looking around, a number of others had Zanpakutos drawn, their blades shinning as the sun hit them. Ayame decided, drawing her own Zanpakuto, she held it with her right hand. She switched to defensive mode and neared the area of Byakuya. She had no idea as to where she would fight. But in any case, she would defend the honor Soul Society, even if Hikaru was probably the most innocent criminal she had ever seen.
Ayame came to a halt as the man holding the prisoner set foot on the ground. Her empty hand joined the other on the silk-covered hilt of her whit blade. She took her place behind Tanturo and made her blade available. She glared at the man who had Hikaru.
"Any assistance needed, Tanturo - Taicho?" she asked, cautiously stepping up beside him.| ❀ ❀ ❀ |

Umehara turned to Tanturo, tilting his head slightly in interest. He chuckled as he twirled the keyblade around his hand again, his fox-like smirk still present. Hikaru stood back up, not sure who's side to take, so confused, he gripped tightly to Umehara's shirt, hoping he would give answers, to remove the enormous confusion he was suffering.
"Oh my, what have we here?" Umehara asked, seemingly unafraid of the threat. "A rather feisty man, but your threats fail to make impact on me. Since you begged me so, I will take up on your challenge. How about it then?" He said as he leaped back to an empty area of Sokyoku Hill. "Why don't we fight?"

Avellius grin widened when he would simply tilt his blade to the side. Pulling his mask back over his face as it would open, and then he would eat the cero which he had shot once, and then just as quickly he fired off a second cero. This time even more powerful, towards the one who had blocked the initial one. When that Cero died off, he was able to hear the Byakuya's words, or rather one word. Senbonzakura, that would set off an immediate click in his head. Without speaking his zanpakuto seemed to dissipate, and decay away, but once that was done, the ground seemed to build in a way. Avellius was constant building more and more molecules of the ground, and creating a dome, protecting himself from the many petals with a smile. "It's pretty bad, when you need some help fighting aye Byakuya?" He smiled

"What Junsui-Taicho intends to do is none of my concern, I had not asked for her assistance. It is her duty, naturally to ensure the health of others both during and after battle. However, if it is a mark against pride, then I shall ask for her to cease." He stated simply, as with the elegant wave of his hands, the petals rushed around as if dancing in the wind.
"My petals can move twice as fast when I use my hands to move them." He notified the Vizard as he thrust forth his hands, allowing some of the petals to enter the dome before it sealed. The rest of the petals seemed to drill constantly at the surface, scraping little by little against it, hoping to wear down the dome. With the twitch of his finger, he began to move the petals around that had managed to enter the dome, though there were very few.
"... Anyone who disturbs Soul Society will be cut down."

Will embrace the world in grey...
As the battle commenced, Ringo had appeared not too far away, though primarily preoccupied with the beauty of the Sereitei. He took in the entire scenery in utter awe, gawking as he noticed the enormous flaming phoenix crash against the ground, the battle commence, the strange uniforms... All this in one day? Surely he must have been dreaming. He could see two others, seemingly potential enemies. He knew not who they were or why they were not participating, but was was not going to allow those of the Sereitei to have the upper hand in this.
He smiled as he noticed the shadows they had cast on the ground, and, quickly, unsheathing his blade, he sank into his own shadow and appeared directly behind them. One of the women had striking orange hair, almost like a sunset, the other with jet black hair, both in strange uniforms like the rest and carrying similar swords to his.
"I don't know who you are... or why you are here... But I know one thing... I must defeat you to ensure the safety of my allies." He threatened behind them, zanpakuto at the ready.
And the sun will set for you...
