Aido gently hugged Chailyn, placing her chin on the younger girl's head.
Rael rumbled in pleasure, -you're a wonderful passenger, Chailyn. You're welcome to a ride whenever we meet.-
Aido smiled, glad Rael had taken to the younger Tale, usually he grumbled about being used as a 'packhorse', inviting someone back for a ride was very unusual.
"Yeah, next time we meet up I'll be sure to chat with your sister or Mum and we can go on as long as a ride as you want, 'kay?"

Chailyn smiled nuzzling up against Aido and petting Rael. "Thank you Rael." She smiled not feeling so bad about having to go back now. She could go home and look for some presents for her new friends.
She was sure Dulcea wouldn't be very worried, though she would probably wonder where the tale was. The tale gave a yawn, finding herself a bit tired after all.

Rael bobbed his head gently at Chai's 'thank you' and turned around, walking a bit before easing into an easy, loping run towards the field and Chailyn's sister.
Aido gripped Rael's shadows with one hand but kept the other gently wrapped around Chailyn's waist, her smile still on her lips as they headed back. The easy companionship she felt with the younger girl (who, though she didn't know it, was one of the few to see Rael) was so nice, she hoped they'd see eachother again soon after they parted ways.

Chailyn smiled as they rode toward her sister. She liked riding on Rael, even though she was tired. She sleepily nuzzled back against Aido not noticing her sister's expersion as the dog tahnee looked up.
Dulcea's eyes went wide. Two children riding towards her on a big black...thing? She jumped up promptly slipping in the slush of winter and falling backwards. Luckily she caught herself and realized it was Chailyn with someone. "Oh," she mumbled blushing brightly. She waited for the three to stop before picking Chailyn up who protested slightly, opening her eyes.
"Bye Aido and Rael," she murmured nestling into her sister's arms. She would've said more but she was far too sleepy now.

-Goodbye Chailyn,- Rael said with a nod of his head to both the younger Tale and her sister.
"Bye Chai, I hope we'll see eachother again soon," Aido said with a warm smile and looked to Chailyn's sister as she slid off Rael herself, "thank you for letting Chai go on a ride with us," she said, ending the sentance with a little reflexive dip of her head and shoulders (the motion resembling a miniture bow more than anything).
-We should get going,- Rael murmured, shrinking himself to a more reasonable height and standing by Aido's side like a faithful watchdog.
Aido glanced at her companion and nodded, with a last wave to Chailyn and Dulcea the two headed off in the direction of home. Though, whether or not they'd actually get all the way to their destination without veering off on some other path was anyone's guess.
