Jinx thought a moment, "Well.... Brother Blood did have a hard on to get a hold of Vic, but I think he's still incarcerated. If it's not Brother Blood, who else could it be?"

(Haha, it feels like you're avoiding the whole 'different Robins' discussion. XD)
Tim thought, his right hand holding a place to his chin, afterwards his fingers rubbing at his temple.
"Who knows what's been going on during all this chaos. As far as we know, this is the first time this guy has ever surfaced..."
Robin gave Jinx back her communicator. This was all wrong...
"With this kind of 'universe splicing', who knows what else we're dealing with..."
His voice raised a little, so at least he was speaking at a normal volume.
"We should handle this like it's something new. Start at the beginning with looking at the facts."
At this point, everyone probably knew this; he was just saying it out loud to get his own thoughts together. Tim looked flustered... stressed out. Unfortunately this was the best he could act with all the information he was given: mostly horribly bad news. He still rubbed at his temple, finally crossing his arms again as he walked over to see if he could help Nightshade in the investigating.

Nightshade found slagged pieces of thin metal in the immediate blast zone and found ... a half burnt computer memory board and casually tucked it in his coat pocket.
Jinx felt like she was going to cry, but held it in, "We'll keep that between ourselves. Anyway, whatever might have been walked out of here, can't have been too big."
Then, 'Batgirl' spied several dark sedans approaching, "Great. Fibi alert, Robin."

Tim turned his head and naturally stepped closer to the shadows with the vans' appearances. He really didn't want to get involved with these guys... and he kept with the Batfamily's unwritten keeping-clear-of-law-enforcement rule, unless it came to their connections through the GCPD.

(Yes, that's what I meant..... but it's not the FBI, even if Jinx thinks it is.) Nightshade heard the cars with government plates pull up. Des folds the shadows around himself and Storm. Jinx slunk into the shadows beside Robin, "This just gets better and better."  The older agent in charge looked at the damage while his charges went moving around the scene, "Daaaaaaaamn. Someone reported capes skulking around! Secure this scene! NOW!!!!"

His whispered to Jinx as he pulled a grappling gun from his belt, aiming it at the roof of the adjacent building.

Jinx followed Robin away from the government agents. Once a safe distance, 'Batgirl' began running the government plates... and her eyes went wide whispering to Robin, "Oh dear.... They're not FBI, their NSA. Why are they here.... this fast?"
Nightshade folded his shadow to teleport himself, Storm, Crystal, Arell, and Kesshou just out of where the agents were sifting through rubble. Des whispered to those with him, "Is everyone alright?"
Agent Quinn examined ground zero of the explosion and noticed that it was just sifted though, "Someone was just here! Find them and whatever they took!!! Gibbs, hold the guards for questioning! MOVE IT NOW!!!"

Nightshade thought a moment before he whispered back, "Well... let's see what they do. If they come straight at us, give us a fog bank to let us get away."
Agent Quinn saw Agent Gibbs come up to him, "One of the guards is wounded. Should we...."
Quinn interrupted him, "I don't care if he's at death's door. If he's dying, he continues dying. Otherwise, secure him and the others for questioning."
The junior agent did as he was directed, while the greying agent continued he's search, "Who the devil hit us today?"
Quinn anger showed on his face as realized what the debris was that was shifted through.... part of a computer bank, "Westbrook! Contact Gotham's finest and call in additional agents! Lock down the city! This is a matter of national security!!!"

"NSA. You gotta be joking..."
Tim rubbed at his temple as he observed the scene below from the rooftop.
"Maybe they-"
He was cut short as he listened to the leading agent. Robin twisted his face into a frown from the last order.
"We should go. Gather who we can around the city."
Tim looked up at Jinx urgently.
"We'll need all the help we can get if we want to find out what's going on, preferably before things get any worse."

Jinx nodded, "What about our friends over there... Crystal, and Nightshade... and whoever else is there. Do we include them, or do we run on and try to gather the surviving Titans?"

Robin looked over to where the others were.
"They heard the agent just as clearly as we did. He was yelling loud enough... do you think we should see if they're planning on anything in particular?"

Jinx thought a moment, "It may be a good idea. Where should we suggest we go? Back to Crystal's apartment?"
Gibbs walked up to the senior agent, "Agent Quinn! One of the guards IDed several of the 'heroes'. He identified Robin and Batgirl among them. He also said the name 'Nightshade'."
Quinn frowned, "The Bat? Terrific. Contact Ward Abbot. We're going to need some special help."

"Let's talk with them first. We'll find out where to go when we know what the deal is."
Blindly jumping into these kind of situations probably wouldn't be the best move for Tim at this point in time...

Jinx carefully made her way over to the Crystal and the others and whispered from the shadows, "Okay, this place is swarming with spooks, do any of you have any ideas why?"
Nightshade replied, "Not sure, but I think I might have what they're looking for. If we can go where we can examine it, I think we can answer the 'why'?"
