Dude, sometimes people do things accidentally that ruin lives. Should they be condemned as well, despite their innocent intentions? Sometimes our actions lead to life-ruining events that we're never even aware of.

It also depends on the subject being attacked.
I believe in freedom of choice. And although I also believe that it shouldn't step on the freedoms of others, I think more things should be allowed then what is...
Sometimes the good done, isn't enough to warrent the damage the action causes.
People need to be smarter, before they act. Instead of simply thinking that THEY know best for everyone else.
