Shadow moves making the tall grass move. He turned over on his back and put his hands behind his head while letting out another sigh.

Yuzi continues walking. "I bet he left...." She begins to cry.

Shadow's sensitive ears perk up as he hears someone crying. "Yuzi?" he says to himself. He stands up and listens to hear more crying. He begins to run towards where he hears it. "Yuzi!" he screams. "Yuzi, Where are you!!" he yells as he runs. He can hear the sounds get louder and louder. Finally, he runs out of the brush to find Yuzi. "Yuzi." he says happily as he walks over and hugs her, comforting her.

Yuzi hugs Shadow back. "I'm..I'm so sorry,Shadow...I'm...I'm.." She stumbles to speak. "D-don't hate me...please..."

Shadow smiles at her. "Yuzi, i could never hate you." he said softly. "Dont apologize, really it is ok." He says holding her close. "i am just glad. . . you came back." Shadow says smiling.

Yuzi starts to wipe her tears. "I-I'm attracted....to..you too..." Yuzi sighs for finally getting it out of her.

Shadow smiles as his tail starts to wag. He leans in and give her a kiss. " dont be so nervous. you can tell me anything." he says after the kiss.

Yuzi's face turns red. "O-okay..." She looks away,not wanting Shadow to make fun of her red face.

Shadow smilesand grabs her hand and leads her back to the cliff. He sits and waits for her to sit so they can enjoy the view together. His feet hang over the side as he waits for her to sit.

Yuzi sits next to Shadow,laying her head on his shoulder. "I'm such a wimp." She sighs.

"After I decided running away was a bad choice." Yuzi looks down. "What did you mean by 'this always happens?' " She looks up,just realizing Shadow didn't know she could read minds.

Shadow looked down and began kicking his feet in the air over the cliff. "well, everytime i find a person i like, they turn and run because they see what i really look like. But here i can be what i am." he said scratching his head.
