 ◊Squad 13 Captain, Kilk Nagara◊ "Wait, you were almost hit by Bakudo today. So I guess it was before we met up?" He looked to Raine in surprise. "Hmm, could that be what put a hole in the wall of one of the streets in the Seireitei?" His mind flased back to when he was walking and caught sight of a hole in a wall. He then flashed back into reality and looked around as he noticed something. "Umm, don't the four of us kind of look strange just standing around at a doorway causing racket? Should we get inside?" He then directed his gaze through the streets, he couldn't tell if people were more afraid of the beast in the alleyway, or the boar it was riding. ((See what I did there? XD)) He rested his hands behind his head as he looked up to the sky with melancholic eyes. His emerald hues caught sight of the sun as he then redirected them to group before him. Before he could even finish the Girl was already taking off. He looked to the other two with a curious stare. "What just happened? Should we follow her?" He asked the two with the awkward actions that just came upon them.

 Let me make myself perfectly clear... Ruka Kusabana Captain of Squad 9 Ruka snickered as Kukaku headed off again, waving after her "I'll try to come by tomorrow!" She turned to go inside again, tossing a grin over her shoulder "To answer your question Kilk, yes that is indeed Kukaku Shiba. She's Raine's aunt and a friend of mine."
"Kukaku-san is as energetic as ever." Yasushi rumbled in amusement.
"You know her?"
"You forget little Ruka, the Shiba Clan only recently rose through the ranks again. Once they lived like the people of Rukongai, but even now we respect them for their humble nature."
Ruka smiled warmly at her old friend as the blonde girl and blue-haired boy poked their heads out the door. "Who was that Ruka?"
She was scary.
The brunette grinned "Ya missed the info so too bad~." she shook her head at the looks on their faces "Guys, I'd like you to meet Mitsushi" she pointed to the boy "And Haruka." she pointed to the blonde "They're my childhood friends, besides..." her voice trailed off and she glanced at Raine out of the corner of her eye. She had been about to say "Konton".
The pair were giving her a quizzical look so she pressed on and motioned to Raine and Kilk "This is Raine Shiba and Kilk Nagara, my co-workers."
Yasushi spoke up "You are correct Kilk-san, we are causing a bit of a ruckus. Let's all go inside for now." he laughed. Ruka ran back in without complaint, paused in the doorway, turned around and grabbed Kilk and Raine's wrists to yank them into the house. With her strength this was no problem and she handled them as though they were feathers. If you ever try to harm my friends then I will rip you apart!

◊Squad 13 Captain, Kilk Nagara◊ He let out a soft chuckle in amusement as the answer was given to him. He knew he was right but it was funny to see it in person. "Ah, I figured as much. But man she was more threatening then I had imagined! Glad I don't have to deal with her!" He looked to the two children then as they were introduced to each other. "It is very nice to meet you two, I am hoping we will have a good future."He then heard Yasushi next, and nodded in agreement with the man. "Yeah that definitely sounds go-" he would of finished but was caught off by a hand grabbing him by the wrist and pulling him in. "Hmm, she is powerful, no wonder she is a Captain. I have actually never seen her skills yet." He knew he was light, but man was this girl strong! To pull both of them in with almost no effort, that takes some power. "Seems like every girl now-a-days is a lot stronger.~ He took notice of the interior of the house around him. His black bangs falling neatly over his eyes like they always did. He used his free hand to part them out while he took his scan of the area.

"You messin' with a Shiba?"   "Yeah that's my Oba..." Raine said as Kukaku rushed away... He was shortly dragged inside by Ruka. "It's nice to meet the two of you..." Raine smiled kindly as he was introduced to the both of them. As they stepped inside. Raine looked around at the small home... Man... this is much smaller than what I am used to... But it is so homely, just gives you that welcoming 'at-home' feeling... I like it!
Raine sat on one of the nearest chairs, remaining silent until someone spoke to him, for the msot part, he was taking in the scene more than anything else.
"You're asking for a sh*tload a' trouble!" Overpowering darkness...

Let me make myself perfectly clear... Ruka Kusabana Captain of Squad 9 The pair waved at Kilk and Raine before fleeing through a doorway in the house. Ruka shared a knowing grin with Yasushi as she released her co-workers and took a seat on the floor close to the small table and effectively ignoring the chairs. She started a mental 3...2...1... There was a shout, a rumbling of many feet, and then a bang as the door Mitsushi and Haruka had disappeared through slammed open.
The children of the house surged forward to run up to the newcomers. They tugged at their robes and asked them questions about almost anything from their zanpakuto to their hair. Ruka for the most part was ignored as the children already knew her, except for her two friends sitting on the floor next to her. The trio leaned back against each other as if it was something they'd done everyday and talked in soft voices. Yasushi watched the proceedings with a smile and went about preparing the containers of food for the children. If you ever try to harm my friends then I will rip you apart! ((The kids are all npcs. Feel free to make em do whatcha want. 3nodding XD ))

"You messin' with a Shiba?" Raine smiled as two of the children flooded him with questions.
"Are you a soldier?"
"Er not really, I-"
"Why do you have a sword?
"Well I use it to-"
"Why do you wear these?" The girl asked tugging on the sleeve of his robes...
"They're the uniform for-"
"Why do you have to wear it?"
"Well because I-"
"What's your name again?"
"Raine Shiba. Nice to mee-"
"Are you Ruka-san's son?"
"Er, no I'm a little to old to-"
"Are you her boyfriend?"
"Uhm, no I'm just her-"
"Can I play with your sword thingy?"
(( sweatdrop )) "That's not a good idea..."
"Aww please!"
"Here I have a gift for you guys... " Raine pulled out four gigai pills that would take the form of whomever it is that activates it... "Whenever you wanna trick someone, you just swallow one of these and 'boom!' there's another one of you." He said with a wink, ensuring his captain did not catch him giving the children the gigai pills. He placed two in each of the children's hands and watched as they placed it into thier pockets...

◊Squad 13 Captain, Kilk Nagara◊ He took a seat on the ground as he looked to her. He noticed that it was quiet, there was something going on. He just did not know what it was yet. "Somethings wrong, no one has said anything for a little bit now, what's going on?"Kilk looked up as he heard a group of shouts all clustering together. At the sound of the rumbling feet he tensed up lost in thought about what might be coming. When he saw that it was a large group of children he relaxed just at the wrong time. Soon he and Raine were swarmed by the children. When asked each question he tried to answer as best he could but another would come too quickly for him to finish. It sounded something like this. "Oh, this is my Zanp- Oh thats just my natural ha- One que-" By then he had just given up. While being swarmed he sent a playful glare to Ruka as he tried to talk over all of the kids. "You knew this would happen didn't you! Ow! My hair!" The kids were worse then any hollow he ever faced, his hair was pulled, his body nearly immobilized. When the kids actually stopped to let him get some breathing room he looked to Ruka. "So, is this some form of daycare? I mean there are so many kids." He sat as he crossed his legs in a polite gesture.

Ruka Kusabana Captain of Squad 9 Ruka laughed as the children crowded around her companions and she earned herself a playful glare from Kilk "Oh yes definitely." she snickered. Mitsushi and Haruka grinned as well. The brunette turned to her childhood friends and exchanged a few quiet words with them before they got up and wandered over to Yasushi.
The young woman smiled after them before turning to Kilk "Something like that. These are all the kids that get to stay with Yasushi today. Tomorrow it'll be a new batch and so on and so forth. Mitsu and Haru are here constantly as a request from me and to help manage the kids. It's a bit difficult to explain... but basically this is the paradise for the street kids, it's how I know Yasushi since he often took us in when we were little." this place was one she had fond memories of. It was why she'd been so worried before, she'd had no idea of whether or not this place would be standing and her old friends would be here. If you ever try to harm my friends then I will rip you apart! ((@Raine: Silly Raine! There are more than two kids! XD @Kilk: You are correct. 3nodding XD ))

◊Squad 13 Captain, Kilk Nagara◊ "Of course you knew! And you two kids didn't help me either! How thoughtful of all of you!" He said in a teasing guilt trip voice. He continued dealing with the kids until they all got off to go for Yasushi. He went back to his old position of sitting as he listened to the explanation Ruka was giving him. His emerald eyes went from the group of kids to her while he used his hands to delicately fix his now messed up hair. After hearing Ruka's explanation he responded in a soft voice. "I see, so it's kind of like a way to help the underprivileged. Life must be hard on all of them. And I would guess Yasushi as well. I assume you are good friends with both Mitsu and Haru?" He finished dealing with his hair and rested his hands back down to his sides next.

But Yasushi is a kind soul, he couldn't stop doing this no matter how poor he got it would hurt him more not to help than losing any amount of money." she looked up and over at her two friends helping give out the food to the rest. "Yes. We grew up together on the streets before we found this place. It was me, Mitsushi, Haruka, and..." her eyes glazed over slightly in sorrow as she forced herself to voice the last name "...and Konton. That was my family, still is." she sighed softly before smiling again "Now that I've found them again I'm going to have to start sending in some of my salary to help out. I've got no excuses and I don't intend to make any either." she grinned. There was determination in her eyes, she wanted to help her oldest and dearest friends...
There was a chorus of "LET'S EAT!" as the children sat in front of their shared ramen bowls and snapped their chopsticks apart before digging in. If you ever try to harm my friends then I will rip you apart!

"You messin' with a Shiba?" Raine listened closely, shivering when he heard the name 'Konton'. I wonder if the others knew what happened to Konton, or at least if they heard the news that he is dead. Raine smiled as he watched the children dig in to eat their ramen. "Captain," Raine interrupted, "if it would help, and I will not change my mind, I would like to donate a large sum of money to this home in particular. Lending a helping hand is something I'd very much so like to do" He explained, looking off in admiration to the children. They all seemed so happy, like one large family. "It's great meeting you both, by the way, Mitsushi-san and Haruka-san."
"You're asking for a sh*tload a' trouble!" ((I know I was only talking to two of the kids though, if you read my post XD)) Overpowering darkness...

◊Squad 13 Captain, Kilk Nagara◊ "Hmm, I see. It must of been tough on you. I can't even fathom the difficulty of being so young and having to deal with all of this. But I am sure Yasushi really helps them get by." He looked to the ground, mainly due to being sorrowful. "Curse my good fortune! Why did I have to be the one born in an ideal place. Couldn't some one else have gone in my place. On the bright side, I do have money I can donate as well. That's the upside of being born into wealth I guess." His palms were not flat on the floor as his bangs fell over his eyes. He made no attempt to move them now. Sorrow had gotten the better of him. "Damn-it! Don't cause a scene. There is no need to now." He looked back up to the kids as he changed his blank expression into a soft smile. His emerald eyes looked happy, but melancholic. He listened in on Raine as he let out a gentle smile. "Well, that is very kind of you Raine. It is a very noble thing to do. I think I will donate as well, and on the bright side, I was born into wealth. So there will be no problem for me. Besides, I won't take no for an answer~" He let out a smile as he clearly showed there was no stopping him now. His mind was set.

Let me make myself perfectly clear... Ruka Kusabana Captain of Squad 9 Ruka stared at the two in astonishment before allowing a wamr smile to cross her features "Thank you. Both of you. You don't know how much this means to me... to them..." she said softly. Catching up on the vibe coming from Kilk she smiled "What's the sad face for? I have no regrets growing up in the life I was given, in fact I don't want anyone elses. I met great people because of it, just like you two." she glanced at the other children and smiled "And I don't think they regret it either."
Mitsushia and Haruka looked up and smiled "It's nice to meet Ruka-chan's friends!" they chorused together.
Yasushi laughed "Thank you both. It is very kind of you." the man was old not deaf. He'd picked up on every single word even from where he was sitting. You learn to have sharp ears when you lived in a house full of children all the time. If you ever try to harm my friends then I will rip you apart!

◊Squad 13 Captain, Kilk Nagara◊ "Oh no, it is no problem at all for me. I would enjoy helping out." He tilted his head as he smile softly at her to reassure not her, but himself that he was alright. His hands now were resting on his lap as he began to address her question. " Yeah, I guess you are right. I just don't wish to see anyone in bad condition. Hopefully this will all change one day, for the better." He looked to her as he tilted his head and smile softly. "Oh well, I guess this is a situation where people need to adapt and overcome the challenges before them."He then looked to the two children next as he smiled back. He said in an almost melodic voice as a response, 'It is great to meet you two as well!~" He chimed in like a bell and then listened to Yasushi's statement. "Oh, it is no problem at all, but I have a feeling you will be seeing me more often to help out. I actually have a good excuse to leave the Seireitei now!" He bowed respectfully as he looked back to the children.

"You messin' with a Shiba?" "You are more than welcome." Raine flashed a wide smile. "I'll talk to Oba-sama, I'm sure she will agree to it, she's got a soft spot for kids..." He chuckled as he remembered his days as a young kid. She got much rougher on him as he grew, however, expecting more from him, however Raine understood it, that responsibility is key. "Also, when I do decide to throw another festival at the house, feel free to feel invited, I'll ensure to send out invitations. You guys are hard workers, you need a fun time to sit back and relax."
The Shiba Clan were best known for the parties they threw, serving only the best quality beverages and foods, using the must colorful explosive fireworks with an abundance of entertainment, shows, and dances. There was usually a wide range of sake, however Raine disliked it and rarely mentioned it. "Same applies for you, Nagara-Taicho. I also thank you for your generosity as well." he extended the invitation to him. "And of course." Raine looked to his Captain, Ruka. "You are always invited to any event as well."
"But as far as donations are concerned, I will arrange it all, I'll stop by when I have the documents and money." He side grinned, looking to the kids playfully. Being here makes me feel young again. I wish I could provide this opportunity to more members of the District...
