The sound of Shehk's panic was enough to snap the skinwalker out of the intense focus he'd had on his writhing agony, her canine screams unlike anything he'd ever heard from her. Immediately he snapped his head up to look over at her, still cradling the bazooka in the crook of one arm, hand on his torn shoulder. It was back in place now, the pumpkin pill having given him the boost of FEAR he'd needed to pop it back into place, his body automatically sorting out the ligaments and joints and where everything was supposed to go. His focus, too, had returned, and it was just slightly easier to concentrate on being human with the small bit of FEAR to cancel out some of the JOY around them. Still, it was mostly only the intense sound from his would-be girlfriend that coaxed him into movement, almost immediately by her side.
The reason for her panic was obvious. If they hadn't noticed before, it was hard to ignore the fiery inferno that was threatening to engulf the entirety of Santa's Workshop now, the blaze eating at an entire wall. Immediately Nuk scowled, moving quickly to put himself between the terrified Pricolici and the flames, fully intent to shield her if need be. Briefly, he glanced around for Sammy, the other undead he knew, (although there could have been more -- he hadn't taken too good a look around at the other students, what with his own problem threatening to tear himself limb from limb... or something equally as disagreeable,) just to know where she was. He wasn't sure if her phobia of fire rooted as deep in her as it had in Shehk, but he was a big guy, even bigger as the bear-wolf the JOY was trying to make him. He could cover them both and/or carry them both to safety.
It'd probably be best if he tried to put out the fire first. Eying the flames licking at everything made of wood, (which was just about everything except the robot,) Nuk lifted the snow bazooka back to his shoulder, flinching a little at the light spark of pain that spiderwebbed down his arm. Although at the moment he wasn't too fond of the thing, it seemed the best way to put out the fire without the ability to go outside, able to launch quite a bit of snow that might be able to douse at least some of the flames.
And hey, maybe he could get the robot in the blast too. Win-win.
Cocking the bazooka, he grit his teeth as he pulled the trigger, feeling the intense recoil once again and this time shouting out the string of curses, dropping the barrel of the weapon to the floor again and gripping his shoulder.

The Vetala nodded to Julian from her hiding place behind Petro, though she did stumble back the moment that the horse boil transformed and shot the scout. Nearly tripping over some debris in the process, something caught her attention as she went to right herself; some marbles. Someone lost their marbles? That was unfortunate.
Well, they were fair game now! Picking them up she did her best to throw them at the scout, just trying to hit it as opposed to aiming for the joints to get it stuck. Her first attempt to toss the marbles failed, and the second was distracted...by the terrified shrieking of a canine creature and the flaming wall.
Wait! ...Fire?!
There was fire here?! She felt a similar sense of panic rise in her throat, choking her and preventing her from making the same shrieks that the Pricolici was making, but she did get out a terrified scream before dropping her marbles. Throwing caution in the wind, the little undead girl moved as quickly as she could to the western wall, getting herself well away from that there fire even if it meant scrambling nearly on all reversed fours to get there.
"C..Come here, Puppy!" Amrita urged the poor canine the closer she had gotten to the western wall; sure the terrified howls hurt her ears, but she understood the fear of fire, and any attempt to comfort was...comforting?

PFFT!
The snowball that Nuk launched into the fire was lapped up by the tongues of flame. Appeased, the fire continued to be a fire and burn up the wall. If this was Halloweentown, then perhaps the fire would have ceased burning in that particular direction, hissing and pulling back from the cold to burn elsewhere. But this was Christmastown, where giving and sharing were Good Things to Do. In response, the flames seemed to swell up, burning hotter and brighter in a merrier fashion. However, the response Nuk's gift was nothing in comparison to Israfel's.
BOOOOOOOM!
The siren's aim true, the flask was snatched up and imploded by the fire. Debris and sparks flew everywhere as the floors shook. The fire swelled, and the roof came down -- right on top of the yellow santa scout. In theatrical villain fashion, it released its hold on the levers, yellow gloved hands curling into claws as if to ward off the ceiling.
SMASH! CRASH! CLATTER!
The ceiling came down with enough force to drop the mecha through the floor, leaving behind a pile of snow and a deep, black pit to the lower levels. The eastern wall is still on fire. Now what do you do?
HP: 29. But does that even matter, considering it just fell through the floor?!
Quote: OOC: LMAO OOOOPS completely forgot about attacking today. |D Anyway, CONGRATS! THE MECHA IS GONE YAY!Well, the fire is still burning, and at this rate it might consume the entire workshop soon. The yellow door is locked from the inside -- people may enter, but you cannot leave. The ceiling has made a nice hole in the ceiling to let in mounds of snow, but the sharp jagged edges and fire up there make flying up and out that way a very bad idea. The pit the mecha fell through seems deep and dark... you can't see the bottom of it! So. What do you do now?

Flip s**t-o-meter has hit critial mass!!
Shehk didn't just panic. She flipped her s**t. Certainly she'd managed some sort of 'sane' response to the fire previously, which was known as 'stay the ******** away from it', but now she was just panicking like a b***h; shrieking, crying, pacing, and not really making logical moves. Such as the 'Ohai, I think I'll throw myself into this hole right here'.
Unfortunately, Shehk's attempts to dive into the hole in the floor in her teary state missed, leaving her in a pile of snow. A pile of snow that was hers and nobody else's. Shehk practically turned the thing of snow into a small...huddle of snow around her, completely ignoring her poor circulation which should have been screaming at her that it was freezing.
Instead, the Pricolici was practically burying itself in the pile, snarling, barking, wailing, and crying.
Frankly, if the fire didn't kill her, either the snow would or the hole she was lingering -way to close- to.. or she'd give herself an undead stroke and.... and...
fdjsalfkjasdf.
Shehk rolled about in the snow, her dying-creature-noises resuming. Though, while her possessiveness hadn't really kicked in full-force, she may have gotten bitchy if anybody tried to steal her snow.

When the Pricolici crawled onto her lap, the Undead child gripped onto her, hugging her for comfort enough for both of them, hopefully. She pat the silver fur, letting the undead canine lick at her face. Surprisingly that was comforting; but with her gray eye locked on the fire, having company to her misery wasn't enough. Whenever Shehk would return to her, Amrita would give her nervous pets and hugs, repeating 'It's okay, It's okay, It's okay' in a choked up whisper like it was some magic mantra that would make everything okay. When Shehk wasn't near her, Amrita pressed herself as tightly back against the wall as she could in as small of a ball as she could manage, covering her head with her arms and crying. Her wails and cries did not reach the loud pitch that Shehk's did; even in clear distress she was on the quiet side of the spectrum.
Seeing the canine force-shift back into a humanoid form that she didn't recognize still didn't phase her; it would have, had it not been for the flaming wall and the explosion! Screaming bloody murder, the terrified Vetala tried in vain to become one with the wall, too scared to get to her feet on her own to get to the 'safety' of the hole in the floor.
The little piece of flaming debris that landed in front of her might have had something to do with that.
"NO!" She screamed out in a deafening pitch between her shrieking and crying, her eye wide and on the piece of fire in front of her. Tears streamed down the flesh half of her face; even the eye socket from the skull half seemed to be crying, though it's tears were a thicker, darker liquid that was closer to blood than anything. "HELP ME!" She screamed again, the blubbering mess now finally trying - and failing - to get to her feet.

Julian downright HATED the sound of two of the undead ghouls, Amrita one of them, screaming at the fire, but there was nothing he could really do at that moment. He was too small to carry anyone present, he couldn't put out the fire, he couldn't even move anything around. And he was afraid of the wall of fire as well. The shock of the robot crushed into the floor, and taking the floor with it, had sent him wheeling in the air, but thankfully in the direction of his discarded lights.
He wasn't sure about any of the other, but he saw well enough in the dark in his human form. It was several times better as an owl. He swooped down and latched on to the lights as if they were a rabbit or a fox or something and flapped back into the air, giving his winged friend a shrieking call to tell her his intent.
Which, sad to say, was flying back up into the air, only to arch his wings to spiral silently down into the blackness after the robot, scouting ahead for the group as he was the one that could fly AND see (For the most part) down there.
It wasn't a great plan, every single bit of him from his soft head to his tail feathers screamed at him that going down into the hole first was a bad idea. But if he found some danger down there, at least he could warn his friends before they came down.
This was how he could be useful.

To any that look down: Julian was swallowed up by the blackness. It was a sort of blackness that was the latest fashion craze in Halloweentown, but here it was just down-right annoying. Just getting NEAR the pit to look down was uncomfortable, both for the unknown depth at which it was at in addition to the fact that the roaring fire was a couple yards away. Needless to say, you see nothing, save for the occasional burst of light. The light is too dim to see anything by, however.
Julian: As you fly down, the first thing you notice is that it's dead air. There's nothing that could produce a breeze here -- the air is dead and cold. The room appears to be the same size as the workshop above, and is rather empty. You can see a few packages here and there, but they look half-open. Rejects? Storage? You can't tell, and you don't particularly care because something else caught your attention.
You can see the mecha robot. It is half-buried under the rubble. The fact that it is still shooting sparks prevents you from investigating further for fear of being burned or stung. You don't see any movement, nor can you hear anything above the piercing shrieks of the undead girls or the furious roar of the fire.
