I was hoping to go to this event. Apperently it's going to be in europe this week but I don't know which it's in since there isn't a GameStop in the UK.

This just in. According to serebii (and proven by myself) the three shiny beasts are now available through wi-fi distribution. For now it is Raikou until the 13th. I'm unsure if it will stop you from grabbing 2 if you already received one from gamestop since I didn't get the raikou.
