Sepheran felt the rumble of the ground as a very large beastie stomped about until he heard a 'splash'. The basilisk had braced himself slightly until the earthquake had settled. "Wow...someone fill me in on what that was?" Sepheran asked. Sephy was pretty sure it had been another student from over hearing a conversation but he couldn't get much else. "Better to know who else we'll be traveling with..." the basilisk added having not met anyone from any other cars. "Let's just hope that ruckus didn't stir up any enemies..." Sepheran stated lastly, though maybe the thought of some gigantic monster might sway a few enemies into not attacking...

Cyrilla just laughed and followed after the boil. For the first while, she waited at the edge as he swam loops, letting it get out of his system. But then he darted off somewhere. She frowned, what was he up to? Probably saw food.
If it weren't for the wreath and other things, she'd have gone in after him, but it was just too much to swim with right now.
"Okay Merope." she called after him, knowing full well he could hear her, "Don't go off too far!"

The bump in his side made Israfel give an unexpected peep of surprise. Looking down he smiled weakly before scratching Shehk behind the ears. "Hey Shehk, I uh-" He blushed. "Sorry about me being- you know-" He sighed. "Cadlejacking plastered." Moving further on the bridge he gave a tiny wave to Lucien. "It looks like about half of our car is here. Still, I hope the other guys are okay."
Earwings drooped. "Think we'll get to the end before them?"

Bone-puppy was back! Luce barked happily and bounded over to Shehk's side, wagging her tail at the larger pricolici.
"We seem to have all made it through," Malodore said, with a sigh of relief; Braum's group had split off a while ago, back in the forest, apparently intending to travel the high route. If it looked across the water, it could see the faintest glimpses of a clean striped path...
Thank goodness Israfel was sober now, too. And looking a little the worse for wear... though Malodore privately thought the siren deserved it. Just a little bit.
Noting the noise caused by the students - not only their group, but others too, including one who splashed right into the water! - Malodore looked ahead suspiciously. "We have no chance of sneaking up on them. Be ready-"
CANDLEJACK THERE IT WAS.
... It was somehow underwhelming. Though, given what Malodore heard it say to the unlucky student it had accosted, it was rather a good thing the elephant-toy hadn't come across them last night. Then its assertion re: drunken-ness would have been decidedly untrue.

They just weren't that lucky, as almost as if it had been summoned, something had shown up and started to attack.
Myr blinked. Was that a pink elephant? And it was attacking Sepheran? That was kind of rotten luck for the basilisk. First a tree, and now this. And he thought his luck was bad.
He hoped that it wasn't him who had been luring these creatures to them, sure he was unlucky, but this? It seemed a bit too much even if nothing ever went right around him.
"You can do it, Seph!"

Lucien couldn't do anything when he seen that pink elephant march up to another student. It was weird. Lucien could have sworn he had seen something like this before, but he knew he hadn't. It was one crazy deja vu, one that came with a small urge to go hug the pink elephant. To try and distract himself, he looked to Malodore, "Any idea where we're heading from here?"

Tybalt wandered out past the last group of trees. So far so good, he had not been attacked throughout the entire forest and so had all of the little bit of health that this JOY filled land had left him with. Hopefully his luck would continue. It would really make things much easier for him. Unfortunately that was rarely ever the case.
"Now... Where the heck did everyone disappear to?" He said, looking over the area before him. It wasn't like couldn't find anyone. No. He wasn't alone. Hell there were a lot more students here, from what he assumed was the other groups. But the black dog was having difficulties locating anyone from the Oblina group. Jack damn it!
