Demon laughed and tore of after him. He was starting to catch up and when he was about to smack the other mans tail he slipped. He went tumbling into the underbrush.

"Ha!" He was surprised that he was winning then happened to look back. "Demon?" He didn't see him, "What the....where'd you...." He turned and ran back to find him in a bush, "Hey....you okay?" He poked his head in the bush.

Demon groaned and half-rolled, half-fell out of the bush. To his unfortunate luck he landed in a sticker bush. He stood up and shook his fur out trying to get ride of the thorns. He put pressure on his foot and yelped loudly as a thorn dug deep in between the pads of his paw. "Ow.."

"That was graceful...." He looked down at his paw, "Come here...." he used his paw and lifted up demon's, "This is probably gonna sting like hell." He grabbed the thorn with his teeth and yanked it out in one fluid motion, then spit it out. "Alright....you got any others?"

Demon shook his head starting to feel embarrassed. He cast his gaze to the ground and in a soft tone voice he said "No and thank you," right before a blush started to creep up under his fur which he hoped his fur would hide. He got up and started walking again still with his head down.

"Good...that was quite a fall you took...Your lucky you only got one of them..." He looked down at the male's paw, "How does it feel? Any pain?" He was slightly worried for the fox. That was natural right. The male was helping him after all. "You can lean on me for support if you like...I don't mind....happens a lot....I know this real clumsy vixen....she's always hurting herself."

Demon shook his head still embarrassed. "No I'm alright dont worry this is nothing."He mumbled. "Who is this clumsy vixen you know and why is she clumsy?" He asked in curiosity. Before nodding that they could move on.

"Her name is Aisling....and....as to why....Mm-hm..." He shrugged his shoulders, "She attributes it to bad luck..i think that she merely gets caught up in thinking about other things that she sometimes forgets to pay attention to her walking...." He chuckled, "You know how it is.."

Demon shook his head. He really didn't. He started to kind of close up again feeling awkward. He really wasn't a social person. "No I dont know how it is. I'm sorry." He looked around and noticed that they had about another hours walk before they were out.

"Well.....the main thing is that she is clumsy..." He shrugged his shoulders, "that's basically all you need to know about her. Bad luck tends to just follow her." He looked at demon, "So are you good to go?" He cocked his head to the side, "I think it would be best if we didn't try to race anymore...that was kind of disastrous...." He gestured to the thorny bush that demon had fallen into.

"Yeah we can go, not unless you want to stick around in here." He said while avoiding more thorn bushes. "It should take us about another 20 minutes or so to get out and than well yea your out of the forest." He was starting to get a bad feeling in his gut and he didnt like it at all.

"20 minutes....alright...." Aira started to follow demon once again. He looked at him closely, something seemed to be off. Maybe it was his imagination but he thought he noticed the male tensing up slightly. "So um...everything okay still?" he cocked his head to the side as he watched Demon, wondering what was going on.

Demon was lost in his own thoughts and did not hear Aira. He felt anxious and twitchy. "Um... I don't know. All of a sudden I feel this huge sense of anxiety. Like something is going to happen."

"Oh...." He looked around. Well crap! That was never good, especially from a fox that knew the area better then Airashi did. What if something was out there? What if Sin was out there? "Can you be a little more specific.....like what kind of anxious....like...danger....wild animal anxious?"

(alrighty)
Demon started to veer of to the left wanting to get out quicker. He shook himself trying to get rid of the feeling but it wasn't happening. "It feels like something bad is coming. Like a haunting feeling you?" He asked unsure if the other fox understood what he was saying.
