Don't take this the wrong way, but, first off, try and get more crew/helpers. Cause I don't think the guild is ready to get a lot of people, since currently the only one that is doin stuff is Ronnel.

The problem is I don't know and trust enough people to do this. The last pair of people I trusted to do this both have been completely unhelpful so far. Which kinda hurts since since one of them helped prompt me to start this guild. And the thing is, there IS a way for people to get crew but no one has tried. The damn Staff Request form!

Personally, I would think it better to open it up more, so everyone can give advice. That way, those who have the gift for creativity can lend a hand, without having to push crew to do the work. Doing that would probably be quite beneficial, as you'd have a lot of viewpoints going into building one thing, which will weed out most problems, hopefully, and make it stronger at the same time.
I am sorry about not doing much myself, but mostly what's come up is fighting styles and summons, neither of which are in my range of specialty. That and I'm generally busy doing other stuff, and when I do have the time to check stuff here, I'm burned out.
