The woman let out a deep sigh as she saw the beast fall apart. Looking down to her leg which was still pinned, she was going to have to find a way out of it. An idea came to her head, and she used the Quicksand ability to make the ground softer around her leg. As it sank slightly, she pulled her foot back and out. Of course, looking at it made her want to throw up again. But she began concentrating on her regeneration. The female used her energy to heal the bone in her body and the wounds around it. Once that was done, she stood up once more and ventured to the end. (1 posts left, )

Cherry used the rope ladder to climb up to the top of the mountain. Once she was up at the top the woman took in a deep breath. She had used more energy than she had originally wanted to by coming here. All she could hope for now was that her opponent wouldn't be too powerful. Otherwise she felt she would be screwed. She just had to return home with this transformation, she just knew she had to.
"Hello? Anyone home?" The woman called out as she began looking around.

AdeptAt the top of the mountain, Cherry would find herself standing in front of a large sun mirror, collecting rays that flooded the area. Suddenly her reflection smirked menacingly and stepped out of the mirror. She looked exactly like the real Cherry, only her hair turned a dark blue after leaving the mirror. Her skin glowed a pale white, almost like the moon. "It all catches up to you, ya know?" she said in Cherry's own voice, still wearing her smirk. "Everything you're running away from."

Cherry took a step back as her reflection stepped out and manifested into a physical form. Such a thing didn't seem possible, but there were things in this world that couldn't be explained, so she'd just say it was one of those. "Everything I'm running away from? And what, pray tell, might I be running from?"
She cocked her head to the side and looked at the female. The woman looked exactly like her safe for the dark blue hair and the glowing skin. "You are my lycan side are you not? Shrui said something about having to face myself."

Adept"Ha! What haven't you run away from?" the darker version of Cherry laughed, before glaring at her with all-knowing smirk. "First you ran away from your suitor, even your father." the dark Athena started to pace around Cherry. "How is your father, by the way? Have you forgotten about him? Cuz he didn't forget you. Oh no. Then you left your dead mother, and then you left Nocturne when your brother died. Was the guilt too much to stomach? To know that they both died because of you. Fenrir was right. You are weak." she hissed as she continued pacing around her counterpart. "You ran away from him too. You gave up and fled into the arms of traitors and rapists. Do you really think they're your friends? Do you actually believe Shrui sent you here because he genuinely wants you to get stronger? Don't be so naive. He only wants you to distract Fenrir. Just like he did before. Well, I guess it won't matter now anyways." the pale, glowing Athena slowed her pace as she rounded behind Cherry, taking advantage of her grief to charge energy into her hands. "Because I will end your cowardice here and replace you!" She quickly pointed her hand at Cherry's back and blasted a powerful stream of energy towards her.

Cherry was sent forward as the attack connected to the rock armor on her back. It shattered pieces of the armor here and there. The female slowly pushed herself up and turned to look at the Dark version of herself. She merely shook her head. "You aren't me. You're just someone with my face. If you were me, you'd know the reasons for everything. I do not feel guilt towards my father nor my suitor. MY father was using me! HE wanted to marry me off so he could get money and be well off once more. My father is nothing but a double faced carnivore. In the end, his daughters happiness meant nothing to him. The rest of us didn't mind that things had gone sour! My mother taught me and Mircea that there are times in life when bad stuff happens that you cannot avoid. She taught us to continue being good people during those times! She said they were tests of strength. A wealthy man who becomes poverty stricken will normally do anything to attain wealth again. It does not matter who gets hurt as long as he gets wealth back! My mother taught us that wealth is not everything. She taught us to be kind to your fellow man, do not use them to gain for yourself but instead help others stand! Mircea spoke to my mother about what our father was doing. Yes, I wish he hadn't. I don't think my mother had to kill herself just to prove a point to that man. I think she could have come with Mircea and I to Nocturne. But she chose her own path, even if I do not fully understand the reasoning behind it."
Cherry took another step forward. "No, I have not forgotten about them. As for Mircea, yes, I do feel guilty. It is a guilt I will live with for the rest of my days! I was not strong enough to protect him and I was too naive. I dod not think that my suitor would have sent assassins after me just because his pride had been hurt. But that is why I strengthen myself! I may not wish to engage in fights like other lycans, but I want to be someone that others can depend on! Sometimes the strongest people are those who lead by example!"
The female took yet another step, her blue eyes narrowing. "And if you knew anything, if you were me, you would know why I went to Aramil. I left Nocturne not only because of Mircea, but because I loved so much, I longed for Fenrir so much that it was killing me. Knowing that I could never be anything more than his student. I willingly left with Xiomar because I thought it would be best if he didn't have to worry about me. I know Fenrir seems like a cruel man, but he genuinely wants all of his students to succeed. He has so many of their lives in his hands. If he doesn't train them well enough then they die. I know he won't shed a tear for them, but I think it breaks his heart just a little bit each time one of his students dies. That is why I ran away the first time! I thought he would be better off not having to worry about me.
I never returned to Nocturne because I was a traitor. I love Fenrir dearly, but I know how the others look at him. They seem him as cold, cruel at times. He is a man not to be trifled with, and his image dictates that no traitor can just waltz back in to Nocturne. Even if he wanted me to come back with him, how could I? I know people would talk about it. I'm sure a few probably would have gotten upset as well. I could not cause him such a burden. It would be better for everyone if I just stayed put wouldn't it?"
Cherry shook her head lightly, "You do not know how much I would give just to see that man smile. I love him, and naturally I want him to be with always. I want to be the one who puts a smile on his face. Yet...He told me he was my teacher first and lover second...This tells me that he doesn't care about me as much as I do for him. And though it breaks my heart into a million pieces, I will respect his wishes just to see him smile. Fenrir is the one person who deserves happiness. I don't know what he went through, but I have a feeling it was pretty terrible. I just want to see him smile, even if it is with another. Yes, I will naturally be upset, my heart will break in two, but I would give away my happiness for his.
As for Jasper has learned his lesson! And he has gained control over his Incubus side for the most part. A feat that not many of his kind seem to be able to achieve. Shruikan, he left Nocturne due to his own reasons. Though I do not expect him to survive the battle with Fenrir...I wanted the two of them to talk things out. Surely there was a middle ground that could be reached. But in the end I know in my heart that when they do fight, Fenrir will be victorious. There is no one who could bring him down. I think all this is just a matter of foolish pride.
Yes, he used me to distract Fenrir once, but he would not do it again. Besides, even when Fenrir comes to Uuma, there is no way I could ever fight against him. I would never raise a hand up against him. I would much rather sink into the waves and have him forget me, then to fight against him or to have someone try to use me against him. Though the latter seems to be an ignorant choice."
Cherry stared at the woman, her body was glowing neon pink as she narrowed her eyes. "Though, I am quite tired of being called weak. My view differs from others, it always has, but that does not make me weak. You can try to kill me if you can, but I will get my transformation and I will destroy you to do it. So, forgive me, you poor foolish soul."
She focused on the ground around Dark Athena. If the woman was just like her, then she knew the woman would be a little bit slow. The ground beneath the womans feet began to get soft and would probably be pulling her under. As soon as she was down waist deep, Cherry planned on crushing the woman. Though, even she doubted that would work. It was a simple attack, but she had to think logically. She only had so much energy left.
A thought popped into her head as well. Surely she couldn't dodge two attacks at once. The female concentrated on her energy to distract the woman from the quicksand, and created a line of sharped columns that looked like spears coming from the ground. With a step down and a thrust with both hands, Cherry sent the sharpened columns at the Dark version of herself. She just hoped her little plan worked.

Adept"I am your soul." the Dark Athena replied menacingly as she started to sink, appearing not to care. "Or at least, I will be." As Cherry sent the Earth Line at her, Athena manipulated a five-square foot of earth beneath her to lift herself up out of the quicksand and over the horizontal columns. Two rings of energy then formed around her wrists as she stayed on her platform. "So die already!" The Dark Athena waved her arms to send down a barrage of ten wide arcs of sharp-cutting energy, all around and on Cherry's position so that she would have no place to dodge.(Earth Levitate D-rank, Halcon)

Cherry didn't give the woman a response. The watched her closely though. More so than any other opponent she had before. As the woman fired the Halcons at Cherry, she quickly noticed just how many she had sent out. Cherry's energy could be seen as she released a Halcon of her own. The magical seals unleashed twenty seals in all. Ten was sent to those Dark Athena had unleashed, and the other ten where heading right for her. But that wasn't it.
Cherry began manipulating the air around her and used an Air Funnel to bring Dark Athena closer. She was hoping that by doing this, she'd get rid of any chance the woman had of escaping so the Halcon could rip her to shreds. Of course, Cherry put one hand behind her back and did a partial transformation as well. She was going to be damned if this woman bested her.

AdeptAthena could feel herself being pulled towards Cherry so she quickly levitated her slab of earth in front of her to act as a wind shield while she dropped down to the ground, avoiding the halcon blades in the process while they tore her former platform apart. As she hit the ground a sudden earthquake would throw Cherry off balance and Athena took advantage of it to fire her remaining ten halcon blades at her. She also made sure to be wary of any magical circles that might be forming around her. Being a part of Cherry, she was well familiar with her fighting tactics and wouldn't fall for her usual ice entrapment spells.(Fissure creation)

Cherry tried moving out of the way, but the fissure caught her off guard, so the woman fell onto her rump. As the Halcon came at her, she rolled out of the way of most of them, but a few of them ripped at the remaining pieces of her armor and creating deep wounds on her flesh. Cherry, now bleeding, slowly pushed herself up. 'You can't win this alone. Silly girl, you cannot combat against yourself. Since I've been itching for a fight, why not allow me to deal with this little nuisence?' It was Lust, speaking in the depths of Cherry's mind. Cherry was hesitant, she didn't want Lust to be the one who killed this woman...but she also knew that Lust was right. She couldn't combat this mirror image of herself. 'Fine, do what you must to get rid of her so we can move on.'
Cherry's body began transforming as she stood there before the dark version of herself. Most would have expected Lust to come out in her humanoid form, but instead the woman transformed into her true self. Another two set of arms appeared from the body that used to belong to Cherry while her legs melded together to form a very long tail. The skin became more tan and her hair and eyes turned from pink and blue to Dirty blonde and muddy brown. The last thing to form, was the Bondage Sword, which Lust took into her hair. The woman smiled at her little mage opponent and swung her tail around, getting ready for battle.
"What a little annoyance. Shall I make your death quick and painless? Or shall I rip you apart piece by piece? Hmn? Heh...I think I might make you suffer. It will be entertaining to watch you fall."
Lust swung the blade around in her hand. She began slithering across the ground at a pretty good speed. Certinly she was faster than the Dark version of Cherry was. The woman moved just a bit closer until she was within range and slammed the Bondage sword into the ground while simultaniously releasing the chain of energy which held the blade together.
The chain moved through the ground and popped out of the ground below Dark Athena at an angel, looking to strike her through the stomach. All the while, Lust simply smiled. This was going to be fun. ( 450)

AdeptAthena wasn't expecting Cherry's sudden transformation, but she quickly adjusted. This new being wasn't like Cherry at all. It couldn't be her. As Lust's sword traveled through the ground, Athena raised a large Earth Wall to defend herself from whichever angle Lust was planning on attacking. Despite it being a higher level of defense though, Lust's weapon still managed to pierce through the wall. Dark Athena shifted to the side to dodge it, but the blade still cut managed to cut her cheek, drawing blood. Athena's surprise suddenly shifted to fury and she extended her arm to lightly touch the earth wall she'd created. Suddenly the earth wall zoomed forward towards Lust, threatening to crash into her with the weight of an entire city block. This was actually just a distraction though, as Athena created an ice pillar underneath Lust's true form to freeze her in place for the attack. Since Lust couldn't see behind the wall she wouldn't have seen Athena raise her arm for the spell, and with earth wall coming for her she would be too distracted to notice the subtle magic circle forming at her feet.

Lust smirked as the Ice Pillar appeared around her. The woman quickly pulled her blade back into full sword form. She slammed it into the Pillar and pulled herself up onto it, quickly striking at the Ice Pillar again with her Transformed hand, thanks to her lovely little Host. The woman wrapped her tail around the blade and pulled, swunging her body up, tail first and out of the pillar. Of course, now she could see the Earth Wall coming at her.
As soon as it was two meters away from her, Lust conjured up a Fire Bomb and unleashed it at the wall, blasting it apart before leaping through it herself. The woman flew through the air and came down at the ground. Dark Athena wouldn't have been too far away. Once on the ground, Lust used four of her six hands to make sweeping motions. The result were firey arcs and rings headed straight for Dark Athena. Since these covered a wider space, she doubted the woman would be able to fully dodge them. But just in case, she had another trip up her sleeve. Whipping her thirteen foot tail around, she brought the Bondage Blade back into her right hand.
While the woman would be distracted with the bits of fire coming at her, Lust used this to her advantage. Slithering across the ground quickly, the serpentile female headed for Dark Athena, and once she was close enough, Lust not only thrust the blade at her heart, but she used the arm with the partial transformation to grab hold of Dark Athena's wrist to keep her in one place. If it went through, the next thing the little witch would feel was her insides being torn apart by the blades as Lust pulled it out. ( 450 - 50 = 400)
