Luna and Conner finally made it to the end. She growled lightly and turned to hawk some spit at the snow before giving this mountain the middle finger and leaving. "Let's go Conner."

(OOC: Right, since you're the person that's getting the skill, so the honor of rolling the dice is yours 3nodding .)

After quite a long trip, the boat docked on the shores of the mountain. "Uwah, so this is Turnback Mountain?" Feather admired out loud as she scrambled from the boat. Seeing how Haruki had taken the side that would be docked on the shore, the girl chose to simply get her clothes a bit wet in exchange for more time to explore. The place was so different from, where, from everywhere else. Of course, that was to be expected because no two places were the same. Actually, even the same place wasn't the same from one second to the next. Of course. that didn't really matter. It was just how the girl though.

Sora scampered out of the boat soon after Tsubasa. Darting around Haruki, the small summon jumped off the boat directly unto dry land and then began sniffing around wherever he could. Always, though, the guardian made sure to never fully leave Tsubasa's side. {We should change my form and then take a break for you to regain your energy,} Sora advised.
{Aww, but that'll waste time to explore,} Feather couldn't help but pout mentally.
Sora continued to act cute, but his mental voice definitely had the edge of a worried guardian, {This mountain is dangerous. We change my form and then rest so that we can start climbing in top shape.}

Tsubasa didn't argue, she could tell just how serious Sora was and didn't exactly want to get on his bad side. However, the girl was about to let her reluctance to take a break show clearly. That is, until Sora reminded her that he wasn't supposed to be able to say anything intelligent. Once more, the girl brought up her flawless acting skills, skills that had been honed since she was a baby, and suggested with her usual energy, enthusiasm, smile, and gestures, "Haruki, can we take a short break before scaling the mountain? I really want to see how it feels like to take a break here!". Such a statement wouldn't have really been all that weird coming from Feather. She was the girl who decided it would be fun and interesting to go into a haunted and dangerous church.

At the agreement to a rest, Sora scampered up to Feather's shoulder. With a slight tap from his summoner, the guardian began to change quickly. His white fur swiped into a dark purple as his body grew bigger and changed in several areas. The most distinctive changes would have been the growth of a pair of wings from his shoulders and the metamorphosis of his large, innocent eyes into ones that seemed more calculating and stern. In an instant, the change was complete.

With a sigh, the girl seated herself on the ground. The boat that Haruki and Feather had come on, meanwhile, had already started heading back to the docks. That was the way the boats were programmed. Feather wondered as she tried to think of a way back. "Right then!" she cheered out loud as she rummaged in her bag, "How about we eat something?". With a large smile, the girl pulled out two squares of something wrapped in paper. As Feather opened each one, Haruki would see that one contained a stack of hard, cracker-like slices of bread and the other contained slices of cheese. There was enough to make a light meal/snack for Haruki, Feather, and Sora.

(OOC: What?)

(OOC: Ultima, I covered about a page and a half just trying to roll a 6 on a six-sided dice. I'm probably no better -__- ....)

As she ate, Feather looked up inquisitively at the mountain, gauging just how hard the climb would be. She focused all of her senses, especially her trustworthy ears. "Doesn't look to be too hard," the girl happily noted out loud, "Actually I think I can see some trails. And there doesn't seem to be much life anywhere, meaning no monsters." As she observed, she swayed her head back and forth to a silent tune. Sora quietly ate his food and while he was less open about it, he was also observing the mountain. Once, when he was certain Feather wouldn't notice, the summon shot a menacing glare as a warning to Haruki before quickly turning back as if he hadn't done anything.

(OOC: Also, isn't this supposed to be for Haruki. From the looks for it, Tsubasa is the one leading the way xd .)
