 "T-They are salt water taffies, miss..." She handed one to Belt. She couldn't shake the feeling that Belt was on to her. She was worried, the last thing Cappy wanted was for everyone to find out she was an angel. That and, she really didn't want to fight. Cappy was lazy, and hated to work.

Belt nodded at Kaoru when she asked about if she liked taffies as well. "I mostly like sweet and spicy but salty is good as well." Belt said expecting this girls candy to be salty. And just as she susspected as well. Salt water taffy. "Thank you." Belt said and took the taffy the girl handed to Belt and popped it in her mouth swallowing it whole. She could taste it even if she only had it in her mouth for a few second before swallowing. "I do not think I ever got your name. Either that or I don't even remember it." Belt said honestly. If this girl did tell her, her own name or if somebody else did and Belt didn't remember, then Belt probably didn't care.

"M-My name is Cappy..." She said in her shy tone. "I am, um, new around here..."

"Ah....so that's your name." Belt said crossing her arms like she was inspecting Cappy.

"Y-Yes..." She wasn't to sure what was going on. She reached into her pocket, and ate another taffy.

Kaoru looked between the two, and smiled. At least the tension died down! She would take the opportunity now, to kneel down, seeing something pink in the sand. As her hand moved the sand about, she found a starfish!
" Now that the tension between you has died down a bit, maybe we can head somewhere a little warmer, and get to know each other?" She had a day off today, perhaps it would be best to do something good with it.

Belt didn't really know any place that was warmer. She doesn't go anywhere that much besides to search for Panty and Stocking once in a while. And even then she would rather stay at home and do nothing. "Umm...the pastery shop?" Belt suggested. It was probably the only place she knew now.

Scarf entered the area only in purple swim trunks with a lolly pop in his mouth. "...." he was carrying a parasol, a chair ,and a bag. He'd stick the parasol into the sand and open it, placing the chair under the shade and sat down, relaxing with shades on.

Kaoru beamed, when Belt suggested the pastry shop!! Excitedly, she would bounce a bit. "Sure! Let's go get some yummy treats!!" Now, to wait for Cappy's approval, before heading off to the shop.

Kaoru always seemed so...happy and hyper. It was strange. Belt crossed her arms looked at Cappy for her approval since they would all have to agree. Looking around she spotted a few more people on the beach. One person looked pretty firmiliar...Scarf maybe? the only male she knew besides the mayor. "Not sure if the pastery shop is open, Scarf is over there." Belt said pointing over at the purple trunk man.

 A pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity.
The male took notice of someone pointing at him. He sat up and looked over at them. Recognizing the three, he laid back down and went back to relaxation.

Power is what I desire.... A cloaked figure floats above the beach looking it over before landing on the sand. "......." He looks around some and shakes his head. "Humans and there places of recreation...keep them easily amused." He walks off towards the city with no real destination in mind And Power is what I will gain.

Cappy was busy making a sand castle after running out of her taffy. "We can wait for him to get back to the store, and then we can get some candy..." She sulked.

Power is what I desire... He continues walking from the beach. "Why is it humans enjoy themselves at a place like this" He shakes his head as his cloak flutters a little in the wind. "Such simple creatures they are." And Power is what I will gain.

Belt put her hands on her hips seeing Cappy sulk while building a sand castle. Shaking her head she sighed. "How about we go talk to him. Maybe he even has some sweets to give out." Belt said crossing her arms once again. If she could just continue this conversation somehow with somebody else, maybe Cappy will spill the beans and confirm that she is an angel. "Sound good to both of you? We might convince him to go back to the shop as well." Belt said looking the other direction as she said this. She sort of wanted a sweet or two as well...
