Basically you sign up for the contest by submitting your request to the thread.
Then on a certain date I give you the name and request of someone else's to draw.
You then send the art to me by the 23rd and I send them out to the recipient Christmas eve. All the while keeping who drew it a secret.
On Christmas I'm going to put them on the thread for everyone to see.
