This is my home  Liars "I don't get angry." Jade said, shaking her head a bit. "Expecially not at people like you." Jade didn't explain what taht was supposed to mean, instead plowing ahead. "I was merely distracted. By the whole Malachi ordeal. Though we hardly know eachother, and he refuses to open up to me more than giving me his name, I still care about him. Besides, even strangers should be worried about people when they freak like that. It's common courtesy." Jade shrugged.
She removed her hands from her hips, instead folding her arms. "You shouldn't think it was all your fault or anything, though, if that's what you're getting at. Even the simplist things can set some people off. You'll learn that it's not usually what you say or do. It's normally memories or something the person has. It can't be helped." Jade turned to look out the window, taking a few steps towards it. ...Back up , you don't know if you've never been here,

 Zoey sighed as the girl spoke. She knew all of this and still Jade was avoiding her question. She didn't like being spoken too as if she didn't know anything. She didn't say anythign and turned to leave as Jade began to inch towards the window. "Okay" she said shortly and then headed outside. She might as well try to find Malachi.

This is my home Liars Jade herself was having those moments. When Zoey had grabbed her arm, she had turned and had seen the shadow of her sister. Then, when she looked outside, she could almost see her playing on the swings. Back before the cancer. Back when she was a joyful little girl with nothing to do but live her life and enjoy the sunshine.
Jade turned quickly as Zoey spoke, her footsteps retreating. "Wait!" She called. Her eyes flashed fear, but it quickly vainshed. She forced herself to remain calm. "Where are you going?" She bit her lip. Her eyes were a bit shifty. every so often she would look away from Zoey, embarrassed. But then she would quickly look back at her. ...Back up , you don't know if you've never been here,

Zoey turned shocked at Jade's outcry. "Are you okay?" she asked worriedly. She looked around. (sorry its so short)

This is my home Liars Jade's eyes jumped away form Zoey, over at the window. Her swinging little siter had dissapeared. The green eyes jumped back to Zoey. Jade opened her mouth to speak, but bclosed it, her eyes jumping up to the ceiling. "Am I okay? I'm not the one who has dreams of peple dying." She said finally, coldly, looking down at Zoey and holding her gaze there. Jade was embarassed by her outcry, expecially now that Zoey was asking her what was wrong. Her sarcasm was her natural shield.
Jade shook her head after a moment, her tone changing. "Where are you going?" She asked again. "I was just curious. Sorry I started you." Jade smiled a bit. She wasn't sorry and she wasn't curious. She just didn't want to be alone. ...Back up , you don't know if you've never been here,

Malachi could feel his anger increasing. Now was not the time to have an episode. He took deep breaths. When he had an episode, he lit on fire, starting in his hands then working its way to cover his whole body, then he'd black out. That's when people got hurt. After a moment, the anger subsided and that air around him got cool again. He smiled to himself. Malachi was starting to get really good at calming himself down. Maybe he'd be able to control it someday.

Zoey looked offended at the bitter sarcasm she gave back to her and then she wanted to be nice? Realy that made Zoey mad. Zoey clenched her fists. "You know what I've had enough people dissing and acting fake around me. I'm going to find Malachi if you MUST know" she said bitterly and then walked off. She didn't like being rude but seriously, Jade needed to figure out what emotion she wanted and stick with it, Zoey couldn't handle all of the changes in one person.

If Zoey knew anything, she knew that the woods were one of the best places to go when you wanted to be alone, because it didn't matter who you were with or what woods you were in you always ended up alone. So she decided that that is where she would look for Malachi that's where she started looking. She walked around the woods trying to be ilent as she walked not realy caring too much if she found him or not.

This is my home Liars Jade bit her lip, turning and looking out the window once again. Instead of the time before her sister got cancer. Othe the window was the lonely yard and swingset after she had passed. Everythign dark. Jade closed her eyes. She wanted to scream. She hadn't meant to be so bitter, be so cold. Yet Zoey had gone ballistic on her. Acting face. Was that what she called it? Jade opened her eyes. "It's called protection." She said slowly, shaking her head. "It's called fear." Jade swallowed, forcing her face to be neutral, dispite her raging thoughts and upsetting memories. Lying once again. But it was something she was good at. Just like screwing things up.
Jade made her way out of the hall and onto the lawn. She decided to go through with her plan and climbed up onto the roof. But insteaad of sitting with her legs dangling over the side, carefree and chatty, she hugged her knees close to her. Like they could sheild her from herself. She set her chin on her knees, just watching the lawn for any sign of life.
Jade didn't want to be alone, that much was true. But she didn't want o hurt anyone else right now. She was unstable, insecure. She needed a few minutes to get back on her feet. ...Back up , you don't know if you've never been here,

Malachi put his head back against the tree. He felt exhausted. Being furious had taken it all out of him. He just wanted to go home, back to his normal life. Back to Evangeline. He grabbed his head, shaking it. 'She doesn't matter anymore.' He lied to himself. Of all the people he had hurt with this power, she was the one he regretted most. "You're a monster! A monster!" Her last words to him burned in his mind. He could feel his anger building again, this time stronger. The fury burned within him, anger with himself. The one person that had matter the most, the only person who had mattered and he had hurt her, burned her. He could almost she her perfect face burnt beyond recognition. Malachi hadn't meant to hurt her! He didn't even remember doing it.
He stood and began pacing, trying to release the pent up rage. But the inner fury continued to build, growing stronger and stronger.

Zoey kept thinking about Jade and felt bad for going off on her. Just like Zoey, Jade had issues too and it wasn't right of her to do that. She sighed and was just about to give up on her search and apologize to Jade, when she spoted Malachi pacing and still looking mad. She bit her lip and quickly made her way to him. "Malachi?" she said softly. "Are..you okay? I'm sorry if I upset you earlier. I didn't think what I said would bother anyone" she hurried to apologize incase he was to run off again. She wanted to grab his hand to keep him from pacing but based on what happened last tiem she kept her hands to her side.

Malachi turned and saw the girl. She was saying something but her words fell on deaf ears. Quickly, he grabbed her shoulders and slammed her up against a tree. His hands were really warm, almost hot enough to burn. "How did you know?? Who told you??" He demanded. This was the last person he had wanted to see, but now that she was here, Malachi was going to get some answers.

This is my home Liars Jade had calmed herself down. Now she was just lonely. She wanted to speak to someone. Maybe, if Zoey hadn't found Malachi, she could find Zoey and talk to her. Or find Malachi. either would work. She just wanted someone to talk to. Even if they thought she was a lunatic.
Jade had just started wondering around when she heard voices. Angry voices. Malachi's. She ran to them. Her eyes widened a bit at the scene before her. "Malachi! Calm down!" She told him. Her voice was stern, yet somehow gentle. The tone she had used to tell her sister what to do time and time again. "Yelling at people is no way to get answers. It only makes people scared or angry." Jade put her hands in her pockets. The people around here were such lunatics. "Besides, I doubt anyone around here wants a fight." ...Back up , you don't know if you've never been here,

Zoey was shocked when she was slamed against a tree and winced at the pain in her arms when he grabed her. He questioned her and she shook her head looking afraid but trying to stay calm. "Malachi calm down, I don't understand what you mean. Noone told me anything, It was just a dream" she tried to explain still not clicking that the dream was something that actualy happened, She looked to Jade confused on why she was here

Malachi could feel the anger building. If he didn't let go of her now, she could get really hurt. Malachi released her and walked in the other direction. He had to calm down. His hands were burning hot and it wouldn't be long before there was real flame there. But the girl was lieing! Someone had to have told her about this. How else could she have known. Malachi put his hands on a tree, leaning against it. The wood was cool beneath his hands and he could smell it begining to smoke. He pulled his hands back and sat down. 'Calm down. Come on, no need to exlode. Just calm down.' He had to know how she knew, but lighting her on fire would not be a good place to start.
