Is it only for a specific gun?: Any gun except shot guns
Should it be added to the special Round list. If not provide a reason I don't think it should only because I am trying to make Character as unique as possible, but if it is I wouldn't mind all that much.
What it does: It stops the opponent for one post. But after firing the super-chilled bullet the barrel of the gun is coated in a thin layer of ice, making it impossible to make a lethal shot, The lenght of this depends on the lenght of the barrel.
Sample: Yoh aim down the sights, onto an unsuspecting village. He had been giving the task of taking out an indivdual who is the leader of a gang, who has raided many villages and town. Yoh was also told not to kill the target. He was able to come out with a solution for this. He checked his clip and saw that the Cyno shot was the first round to be fire, under it was his hammer shots. Seeing movement in the village, Yoh put the clip back in the gun and slowly adjusted his scope. Just then He saw the man he was looking for. He sure he got a good line, then he checked the wind and felt no breeze. "Perfect" He said as he aimed for the head, but giving his position the bullet would fall lower than his head. Yoh squeezed the trigger and let the bullet fly. He aimed to the left and then to the right. The bullet hit his target in the back, freezing his everything but his head. The shots Yoh had fired afterward hit the gaurds, that were following the man, protecting him. One man fell to the ground and screamed in pain holding his leg, the second fell forward and seemed to twich. Yoh had caved the second man's chest in, he had a few broken ribs, Yoh though due to the way he was twiching(trying to breath). Yoh used his wind element and flew towards the frozen man and his guards. Yoh put away his rifle and puled out his dual pistols. He shot the twiching man in the head, ending his pain. Yoh crouched down to the man with the broken leg. "Speak and I'll kill you, Tell anyone about this, I'll kill you." He said with a smile. The man smiled and let out a whistle. Yoh swore and shot the man in the chest. Yoh quickly reloaded and readied himself. He watched as the gang came out of the houses. Apperently Yoh's informantion was abit off. "Well, no said it would be easy." He said with a cocky grin.

I'm sorry but I'm going to have to deny this and here are my reasons why:
1. It freezes your opponent, taking the uniqueness that is the Glaicia bloodline which deals with Ice. Should you have been of the Glacia bloodline, I would have been more inclined to appove this
2. It's too powerful, because from the looks of it, if you shoot lets say the arm, then it freezes the entire body and even though you can't make a killing shot with this gun you could definitley kill someone in the post that they are frozen.

Round name: Madame Ginny Mortimer
Is it only for a specific gun?: yes
Should it be added to the special Round list. If not provide a reason: Because Emmaline makes her own bullets for her guns and her guns have twice the power when she uses her own bullets.
What it does: It can blow a hole in a mans stomach with just one bullet and It can cause a man to go deaf if it goes a few inches from his ear.
Sample:
Emmaline ran through the streets. "Come on! Come on!" She mumbled to herself, grabbing her gun and pulling out her special bullets "M.G.M".
She quickly turned a corner and pepped out, firing a bullet a few inches from the mans ear. The man quickly fells to the ground, holding his ear..
The two other men stopped for a few minutes to see what happened.
Emmaline smiled and started running again, thinking that she has gotten away. "Ha! That will teach them!"She laughed, looking back and seeing that the men were following. She growled and turned around, firing a bullet into a mans skull. She watched as the mans head was blown completely off. She grinned and stopped. "Wow! Just one left! Now what Will I do with you?"She asked herself, rubbing her finger on the trigger as she quickly pointed it at the man and fired.
The bullet went through the mans chest, making a big hole. He looked down at his chest and fell to the ground.
Emmaline laughed and walked over to the man. "How weak.."Emmaline sighed. "That wasn't even any fun.."She sighed again, placing the gun back into her boot and walking away into the night.

"Sitting around and have nothing to do, Nothing to do, Yup nothing to do. Just sitting around and have nothing to do....Nothing to do..What a day with nothing to do.."She sang, hitting each note perfectly.
Suddenly a man busted through the doors and pointed a gun at her.
"Where is it?!" he shouted, his gun pointed right at Emmaline's forehead.
"Where is what?"She answered perfectly calm. She didn't care much about him pointing a gun at her head..but he needed to calm himself down..
"You know what I'm talking about!!"He snarled, pulling the trigger and sending a bullet next to Emmaline's head.
Emmaline looked over at the bullet hole next to her head and frowned.
She shook her head and Pulled out her gun. "Fine..Come this way..I'll show it to you.." She stood up then walked to the front of the desk and sat down, loading the bullets into her gun.
"Its down that Hallway and turn right.."Emmaline rolled her eyes.
"Y-You said you were going to show me!" the man said, obviously confused about what she was doing.
Suddenly he felt a sharp pain in his left leg and then the right.
He fell to the ground in pain as he reached his hands down to his shins, seeing the bullet holes placed perfectly in both.
"Wha-What did you do?!"He screamed out in pain.
Emmaline walked past him and opened the door. "I shot you..Both of your legs are broken..I suggest you go get medical help before you either bleed to death or get killed by one of my co-workers.."Emmaline said emotionless as she walked out the door and turned down the hallway..
The man sat there in pain and confusion as Emmaline stuck her head back in the office. "Oh, I almost Forgot.. Have a nice day.."She sweetly smiled before taking her head out of the room and disappearing.

Denied, these are actual rounds.

You don't know the mechanisms of a gun fairly well. The actual bullet doesn't really matter about how loud the gun is, but the amount of gun power and the caliber of the round. Also, easier way to do this, just put a silencer on the gun.

Sliver Nitrate Rounds

This can be used for most rifles and small fire arms. Unsure as of now for anything large than rifle

Srin works on these in secret just in case he ever has another Wolf problem.
What it does:
Sliver Nitrate rounds bullets with simply steel casing but a special chamber is held just right under the tip of the bullet. Now when the bullet is launched from the gun itself it will the small projectile will launch itself into the target like any other victum but the real nasty part of this bullet is once it enters the body of the target the bullet releases sliver nitrate into the blood stream through ports that open during entry. The Sliver Nitrate is poisonous to most bloodlines even if they are not weakened by sliver it self. It will cause the target to become rather sick and they shall stay this way unless healed by a cleric or they bleed it out of them. Now bloodlines that have a weakness to sliver will become deathly ill when this enters their bloodstream. After three posts of this going around their body they will throw up violently or even become so weak they can not even stand. Of course this hinders all ways of regeneration for sometime even with a cleric there to heal it out of them the effects of the nitrate would stay in their body for seven posts.

Blinder Rounds

Blinder Rounds are another special project Srin has worked on in secret for a few years now. No one knows the special mechanics behind it other than him
What it does:
Blinder Rounds work just like your common flash bang grenade just a s**t ton more fun and easier to carry around. Blinders themselves are coated in a strange metallic alloy that when ignited lets off an exteremly bright light that blinds everything within a ten meter radius of it. The way the bullet itself works is when the hammer strikes and the bullet it launches out it takes a second for the bullet to prime and when it reaches it target it will explode into a great blast of light blinding all in the ten meter radius. This does no real damage to the body other than cause the target to go blind for a whole post and hit if enough by them could go blind from the effects.
Cannon Round Verison has the ability to reach up to 15 meters of the blast radius

Both are denied. Wulf, bullets are really fast. I mean -- really fast. In fact, so fast that in a battle with a gunslinger, it'd be almost godmodding to get away without being shot at least once, unless you immediately close the distance and kill them. Which isn't easy since most of them are really hasty.
So, the idea of bullets -- being really fast and really hard to dodge -- pretty much sealing the fate of anyone with a silver weakness is way too ludicrous. Also, the silver bullets should not make other bloodlines sick at all. Maybe nauseous for half a minute or so but these bullets should focus specifically on werewolves (and other silver-weak bloodline).
Nerf the bullets. They shouldn't pretty much guarantee a kill, that's just way overpowered. Having bullets that make you have an advantage over a BL is already kind of overpowered, so don't make the advantage that crazy.
Now, for the blinder rounds...
A redeeming quality of the blinder rounds is that werewolves in particular wouldn't be hindered much by them; they have extremely strong senses of smell. But every other PC... the radius is too big. 10 meters, 15 meters is really big. That's like, larger than my crappy apartment. Really hard to avoid. Also, since they're just bullets, how can you even recognize that they're flash grenades until you're already blinded?
By that point, when you finally realize they're blinders, you've probably been shot in the head five times so it doesn't even matter.
The "cannon round", or some form of grenade makes sense. But just a regular bullet wouldn't even be able to let off this huge blinding radius. And if they could let off even a small-sized blind, it shouldn't last long because otherwise the enemy is pretty much dead.
Basically, this is all too easy to abuse. I can think of like 5 ways for each of these bullets to auto-kill people, especially if used in conjunction.

Round name: Origin Shot
Is it only for a specific gun?: The Contender
Should it be added to the special Round list. If not provide a reason(It's my special bullet does not count as a reason, nor does I made it) These are special bullets made for The Contender's one shot barrel. It's unique fire power and bullet structure of their odd bullets make these special to this gun
What it does:
The Origin Shot is a special bullet that was found in the box The Contender was found in blueprint form. Whats so unique about them is that they hold the dust of the grounded up bones of the user. Darion being a Werewolf used this to his advantage and slowly and painfully chipped away at his bones when he was away and allowed them to regenerate.
The Purpose of these bullets are to get the user from one place to another by using the bone dust from the users body along with a fixed amount of energy (B Rank) to transfer the user's body to where the bullet is with perfect timing. If the bullet hits a person or ends up inside an object and warps he can die.
The reason why the bullet is able to transport Darion is because since the bone dust is still a direct part of him and he is the origin he can use his energy to project him to the bullet itself. However due to the bullets being made of bones and being harder to construct than normal bullets he has a limited count of 30 bullets. Once they are all gone and he wants to make more he MUST find a medical facility and use their services to keep him from bleeding out to be able to chip away at bones and let them regrow. This takes 10 posts to chip of enough for 5 bullets. He can only carry a total of 30. Using one of these bullets has a cool down of 4 posts after one is shot because the Origin Port takes alot out of the user.

Rpc name: Darion Nystrom
Round name : Ignis rounds.
Is it only for a specific gun?: The Contender
Should it be added to the special Round list. If not provide a reason(It's my special bullet does not count as a reason, nor does I made it) Same Reason as before.
What it does: The Ignis round is a regular Contender bullet with Darion's blood on it, it can be prepped and dry or on the go and wet blood. The blood being coated with energy (D Rank) allows Darion to command it to blow up with a small explosion. If the bullet is stuck inside someone it can rip a limb clean off depending on where it hits. This is mainly used as concussive shots not kill shots.
Sample:
Sample: Darion would quickly pop up The Contender's barrel to load in an Origin Shot. He would quickly slap down the barrel and c**k back the hammer. Taking out Ignis round before quickly shooting past his enemies face and activating his Origin Port when the bullet passed the person's face. Appearing behind him he would quickly pop up the barrel letting the shell of the last bullet pop out letting him put in the Ignis round. Slapping down the barrel once again and cocking the hammer to point the gun at the man's back releasing the shot. The bullet would get stuck in the man's spine as it hit him, Darion would quickly jump away and activate the explosion sending the man flying with a small hole in his back.
