im not sure if this was a ghost or an angel but when i was like 1 or 2 my folks dropped a glass when they cleaned it up they missed one and I put it in my mouth like a while later i went up to my folks and stuck my tounge out and there was the peice of glass was still there. my folks say angel I say my dead great gramma

I say the best way to deal with ghosts, is to find major "haunted places" and visit them yourself.

We just had a spirit (good or bad, we'll never known) tell us to "go" just the other day on our voice recorder (my fiance, my friend and myself) out by the Ironwood Forest and the Silverbell Mine in Southern AZ near by where we live. I would upload it, but I don't have the time right now. I can tell you of stories though.
I have heard voices whisper my name in my parents house. I was living there when I saw, in the early morning hours, a shadow pass by the window. The head was cut off by the top of the window, a neck and shoulders, and straight down, no other characteristics could be made out. It didn't walk by, it drifted by. The reason the shadow's head being cut off by the top of the window is important...? They live in a doublewide trailer. The bottom of the window, my head barely reaches from outside, and I'm 5'8..... how tall must this figure have been? It also is amazing that it was inside the yard, the 5' high fence, and the dog it had "gotten past" if it had been a person. A 9 foot tall person, bypassing all this and gliding past my window at 3 in the morning....? I felt my whole body tense and chills sent down my spine. I was almost in tears at the time.
There was an old armchair out front, broken, but given to our elderly dog. When she jumped in it, it would bang against the wall. When she passed away, the chair was moved out back to be thrown away. I heard the banging on my wall that night.
In our current house, near my parents property, things have been thrown and broken (the AC wasn't on, nothing was perched precariously, and our cats were all accounted for), as well as shadows, heavy energy (according my fiance and friend, who both work with energy, I myself am not sensitive or haven't had anything to do with the subject) and something was written on the mirror in Expo marker, I wiped it away and it was back there that same night. I thought I had just had a false memory of doing so. Until I saw the kleenex in the trash with the blue marker residue on it from earlier that day.
I've got plenty other "paranormal" stories that don't pertain to ghosts, but since this is about ghosts, I'll simply leave it at that. wink I'm also joining this guild as of today..... It seems very interesting since I haven't been on Gaia in at least 3 years.

Of course, I do believe in shadow people and shadow creatures. Which of course are evil, and I don't like the thought I was in that close proximity of something like that.... but that's what I believe it was. It was rather creepy.
My fiance has also seen "hat man". A shadow creature or "man" that has a hat, usually a wide brim hat that looks similar to a top hat but not quite as large.

About ghost is real or not, no one can prove it until our death comes then we can see it by ourselves
