Well, dust is settled and finally cleared. The funeral was yesterday. Also heard from Sib 4, she's a manager now. Supposedly sib 5 is finally going to be working in the same store. We have a condo now on the beach close to P-cola. If any time y'all can come down the 2nd week of any august for the week it would be awesome! Something to think about and make future plans. Things are about to get interesting, LOL!

I'm guessing it belonged to the one that passed? A condo sounds nice. I don't think we'll be able to make any trips for some time with how expensive it is to now have to pay for two passports for myself ( Norway and US because of being dual citizenship ). ..and then getting tickets, needing money for other things for the trip and back and so on. We still haven't been able to get my name changed because of this. emo Expensive stuff.
I'm not allowed yet to be able to work still until I get this issue with my eyes solved so I no longer have the left eye causing migraines.... but they won't help me that much because they say my issues started before I moved here so I have to first talk with the US embassy they have set up here and we just don't have the time to make the trip and such.
The hubby still has to relax because he's told he's highly stressed but we at least have a good bit saved up that we can stretched for some time still. It's driving us crazy. .. and also why we keep saying for y'all to just come over here to visit because we can't leave right now. gonk
Anyway.. just had some pizza for dinner. Not sure what we're gonna do tonight. You gotta let me know about that computer so we can start getting stuff together! surprised

Well, I for one, can't wait until everything is completely settled. After Step Dad's passing it is all about making sure Gran can afford to keep the payments on the new house. It's like she started all over again! It's like jump one hurdle then prepare for another. razz

Is there really no rest? Why wasn't that planned out as well? confused Never a good idea to do those kinds of things especially when still working on one house and then wanting to move into a not yet fully paid for house in their old age. The house market has been very, very difficult for people to be able to keep homes for some time now.. even small places... this was a derp move...
Over here, I've just been resting. Not sure why I have a headache again that won't go away. Likely because the cats are going out a lot more with the snow melting.. and bringing more things in on their fur. gonk
How much closer y'all at getting a computer?

892 is completely paid off so no probs there, except fairy and leprechaun will be taking over the insurance and upkeep.
The other property only has a third of the value left to pay up on the mortgage. The lap top I want is not there right now. Asked your uncle if he had one. He does but wants to clear some stuff out of it. I wont be able to wait much longer. Going to Office Depot today and have a look.

Been a boring day. Have had family over but we haven't been feeling well. So we've stayed mostly away from everyone. burning_eyes
Finally getting some warmer weather. Enough so that we can start airing out the house while cleaning. FINALLY.

Looks like Gaia is being worked on still and some things are randomly breaking for every other thing they try to fix. .. I can't even see all options for making posts. BAH!
Other than that, been pretty slow around here. Some sheep are here but quite silent. o.O They seem chill, though.
Currently having some spaghetti for lunch. Might go back to playing some Staxel a bit later. Hmm.. maybe I'll watch some 'no commentary' walk throughs of horror games. Just saw another one recently posted. The Youtube channel tends to make high quality videos so it's pretty nice.

Worked in the garden and yard this weekend. sweatdrop Now that Gran's paid off the house she is struggling to save Step Dad's estate. There is a waiting period of about six months for creditors to come forward to collect any bills he had incurred and notifying next of kin. It's going to be an uphill battle for her. As for me, I'm tapped out so can't help her financially but she (thankfully) prolly wont have to worry about anything until the 6 month stretch is over.
Liam is planting a vineyard! He is also moving the blueberries out into the sun. No berries, figs, or olives yet. stare Been doing some research and think its an acidic issue. Maybe try some coffee in the soil.Planning to get a few more fruit trees but we haven't finished working on the current problems. Went to the chiropracter as I haven't been in about a month. Had to fix the ac as well. When it rains it pours. But I still have hope, found a new laptop stand for my bed outside in the stuffs. I think the computer god is smiling down on me. It must be a sign!
