I kind of want to respond, but a) I would end up staying up too late and b) I don't feel like singling out people I dislike when I really don't dislike anyone that much. Lately I just laugh at how ridiculous people here are. Plus, regardless of how diplomatic my response could be, the couple mean defensive lines that get stuck in there would be the only ones responded to.
Do I feel like wasting my time with that? Not really.

Do I feel like wasting my time with that? Not really. Don't be defensive, then. Just put it out there and don't give a damn about how people respond. That's why I come off as "mean" at times, but it's just that I refuse to let people infringe on what I believe in.

I think I generally come across the same in text as in person, but you'd have to check with Wayne and Orphie on that one.

The way you communicate in text comes off as...s**t, I dunno what the word is. Intolerant? Irrational? Harsh?
Now, I know you're not that way, but I think it's possible to harness language to come off as non threatening. I do it all the time, even though I'm often a bubbling cauldron of seething rage.

IE: "Hello Allegro, how are you?" can Commonly be misconstrued as "ALLEGRO! ******** YOUR s**t" It's all about the subtext.
