Backstory for the group: Insula was born and raised as the heir to a wild dog pack. Her parents the King and Queen found two slightly older playmates for their daughter, Hotah and Achai. The three quickly became friends and as they grew it soon became clear that the boys saw the little princess as a playmate as well as one who they needed to protect. So once the three were old enough for lessons the boys were taught to fight and protect while the girl learned how to lead and rule.

The three friends still spent many hours together and soon they were adolescents. With the two boys guarding the princess the King and Queen did not worry when the three went out so when one horrible day a rouge wild dog entered the pack and commenced taking over with his cohorts, the King and Queen could only thank the god's that their daughter was gone adventuring. The battle was fierce and bloody and by the time the three returned to the pack it was long over. The wish for revenge and blood raged in the three's blood, all had lost there family but it soon became clear that Princess Insula was in grave danger. The usurper would either have to kill her or wed her for his power to be complete.

In the dead of the night the three left the pack forever. Insula, Hotah, and Achai knew that to return would be death and for the princess a fate worse then death. Over time the three became adults and the pain and hatred faded. There was nothing they could do to save the pack, to take revenge for their families, so they drifted. They survived and yet they did not thrive not until they found the Ulili-Mlindaji. There they found a pride where they could live and let the ghosts of the past rest.

It was quickly deemed that hunting would be best for the three. Insula convinced the two boys to keep there past a secret and to treat her normally. The boys bowed to her wishes but still did there best to protect their princess. And so the three came alive in the pride and soon they thrived. Their bloody past buried at last.

Guiding the Souls
Girl's Name: Luleka ((Guide))
Girl's Personality:
Luleka is never phased by anything, she trust everyone and no one can convince her otherwise. It would take someone physically attacking her for her to loose trust in them. Even then she would quickly forgive and wish to give them a second chance. Luleka loves her job!! She tries to learn all she can so that when someone visits she is able to do more then just keep them safe in the terrain. In all ways she is like a tour guide who actually enjoys her job.

Shift the Earth
Leopard's Name: Pangako (promised)
Personality: Pangako is a ladies' man. He still isn't sure why he joined the pride - except that there were some pretty females. He's pretty content with his job though; he's always been extraordinarily strong and dragging those big rocks around lets him impress any watching females. Plus, in all of that downtime while the carvers get the next rock ready and the higher-ups decide where the rock should go, Pangako can get on with more important things.
Hobbies: Courting any female that catches his eye; giving tips to younger males on how to deal with females; escaping the disapproving eyes of the more devout pride members, showing off, boasting, kissing and telling, and charming everyone into forgiving him. He also enjoys watching the clouds when none of the other options are available.

Leopard's Name: Katu'ba Dhambi (variant form meaning "Repent of sin" [swahili])
Personality: A calm, quite male he is a hard worker and very reliable. He speaks little but when he does its not simply useless chatter. He has a very polite, almost stiff manner of speaking and his actions are the same. He treats females as they ought to be treated, as something to care for an protect, males are honoured and give respect. If pushed he can, and will fight, though he isn't very good at it, for all his strength he is too honest and simply doesn't see when an opponent is using a fake move or otherwise playing him. This also makes him easy to swindle, though really... one is never sure if he simply doesn't realise, or if he does and is happy to let them use him. Some suspect the latter, as he has shown a startling ability for insight into another's heart and mind, refusing to do anything that would hurt others, even when the plot was especially convoluted and twisted.
Hobbies: Katu is a philosopher, when he isn't moving the stones around, he contemplates them and the gods they represent. He is often found up on the mountain side, gazing up at the sky or at the shines below thoughtfully. It is not that the questions of the universe particularly bother him, he is just the kind to mull things over, to question and hypothesise to himself without ever telling anyone of his conclusions. He rarely speaks but when he does, he is perfectly polite, even if the other person is not so.

Shift the Earth
Leopard's Name: Chanarong ((Experienced warrior - Thai)) aka Chan
Personality: He once was a well known warrior who fought for the good of the grasslands until one horrible mistake made him swear off fighting for good. Since then he has turned quiet and yet he sees much. He finds moving the stones for the gods a form of repentance and yet willingly helps with any other task except hunting and guarding. His is no secret but few know it and fewer tell of it for it is tragic and something Chan feels heavily on his soul, as if he was caring a stone that he can not remove.
Hobbies: When Chan is not moving stone he can often be found in the various shrines meditating, visiting all and forsaking none although he does tend to visit a few more then others; Forgiveness, Souls, Oaths, Peace, Remembrance, and Penance. Although if one is lucky enough one might find Chan practicing moves from his past life, to keep limber and strong and to remember who he once was and didn't want to be again.
