This Is For Real,
Grinning wider as he played along, she was oddly pleased that he hadn't simply brushed her off. "We just need to get you some shorts and a straw hat. It'll be the perfect outfit." she continued, not letting the game drop. She wanted to see how long he'd play, how far he'd go. Replacing the shirt on the clothing rack, she went back to flipping through the shirts on the rack with only a passing glance. She wasn't really interested in any of them, considering they were for guys, and she really didn't have much of an idea of what Andrew usually wore. "Were you looking for anything specific before I so rudely interrupted you? I could try and help you look." she offered, grin fading to a much less obvious smile. "You know, to thank you... or something."

 Andrew Caliu. Necromancer.
Laughing as Rina added to the joke, Andrew smiled, continuing as well, "Yes, I agree. I think I'll add these items to my christmas list." Stepping beside the young princess, he decided that with her help, he may actually be able to find a decent shirt to wear, maybe two. As she spoke again, he smiled, answering, "Not really. But if you find something, besides that lovely floral shirt, I would be grateful." However, he took the time to shake his head at the second part of her statement, "It's no problem. It would've been terrible if you had more trouble escaping from these clothes."

This Is For Real,
Laughing at his comment, she shook her head lightly. "That is a dangerous comment to make. Now I just might have to buy you one for Christmas." she would have to make a note of that, just to be sure to remember to do so. It would be an amusing gift, she believed. Continuing to flip through the rack of clothing, she seems to pay a bit more attention now, looking now for something similar to what he was actually wearing. At his last comment, however, a surprised laugh managed to escape her lips. "Now what is that supposed to mean? I could have gotten freed by myself." she was slightly defensive, but more embarrassed that he had seen her like that at all. It was true, he had helped her quite a bit, but she hadn't been totally helpless.

Raising his eyebrow's lightly, Andrew was almost worried for recieving the shirt as a gift, or rather, wearing it. But it was all good fun, and he would be curious if the princess followed through with the statement. Moving the hangers across the rack, he noticed a simpl black button up shirt. Now that wasn't so bad, and luckily, it was in his size. He glanced back to Rina at her question, and answered with a light smile, "Oh, I know you would have gotten out, it just would have taken longer and cause more trouble without neccessity."

Noticing his changed expression after her statement, she couldn't help but laugh again; now she would definitely have to do it. His expression would be priceless, and she'd probably need to have a camera ready to capture the moment. The plan made her smile, the expression one of mischief. "I suppose it was lucky, then, that you were here to rescue me." she responded, looking amused but allowing. Holding up a different shirt this time, it seems this one is a serious suggestion; the shirt was another button up, similar to the one he already had in hand, but was navy instead of black. "Something more like this one, then?"

A small chuckle was followed by the same joking tone, "Yes, a rescuer in disguise. i knew all those days wasted reading Batman wouldn't be a waste." Still holding a friendly smile, Andrew nodded to her suggestion. Navy blue would be a wonderful addition to his wardrobe that had a tendacy to contain mute colors and earth tones. A far cry from a hawaiian style. "Yes, that does look much better." Was his reply, just as he discovered yet another shirt, similar to the two found before, but with sleeves and in a deep, forest green. Taking the item from Rina, he told her, "Thanks. Your help of finding three new shirts made this day rather successful."

This Is For Real,
Offering him the shirt when he reached for it, her expression became deathly serious. "Batman is never a waste of time." she informed him, cracking a small smile a moment afterwards. In all honesty, Batman was Rina's favorite super hero, though she hadn't been able to spend much time reading comic books. Noting the clothing in his hand, she had to laugh once more. It seemed she really would have to get him that shirt, if only to offset the obvious color scheme of his wardrobe. She smiled at his note of thanks, and shrugged lightly. "It was my pleasure. Assisting you was far more useful than what I was doing before." she informed him, finding 'wandering around with your mouth open in awe' to be less important than assisting a friend.

Surprised by Rina's serious expression, Andrew nodded, trying to keep his face equally as serious. However, he soon found himself laughing as she did. "Yes ma'am. I shall tell Ms. Nox that the next time I'm missing homework because of reading." He was, of course, kidding, as he tended to take his studied seriously, counting on his future being bright as a result. Rina shrugged of the wieght of her helping task as he took one last glance at the shirts beside them, and he found himself slightly surprised that they had found anything among the vibrant styles. "Well I do appreciate it, and I hope you'll help out the next time I find myself in this situation," he added, refrencing to his occasional shopping trips.

This Is For Real,
Taking his comment about homework with a grain of salt, he didn't seem the type to slack on work for pleasure reading, she grinned in response. "As long as you don't try and drag me into it." not that she had a Ms. Nox as a teacher, but it was best not to get involved. Following his gaze to the shirt rack, the same thought crossed her mind, as it was a rather obvious thing. At his comment, however, her grin turned to a different kind of cheerful expression; one much softer and more personal. "I would like that." she responds, a part of her really hoping that he would invite her along next time.

Smiling, Andrew agreed to Rina's request of not dragging her into the story with a simple nod. Although he did feel the need to throw in jokingly, "Even though you were the one to put the idea in my head?" Giving a small laugh, he let it dissipate before speaking. Rina's response sounded kind, and it made him glad that they were friends. His response cheerful, and he let his tone sound warm. "So would I." Allowing his tone to return to it's lighter and more jokish side, he added, "As long as you can stand my company."

Laughing in response to his statement, she laughed in return. "Even though I was the one to put the idea in your head." she confirmed, making it clear as well as playing along. The princess almost blushed at his tone, not used to ones so warm and friendly, though she managed to keep her composure. The mood headed back towards lighthearted at his comment, and were she not so versed in following the difficult conversations of the court, she might have been confused. "And so long as you can stand my fits of clumsiness." she retorted, thinking her ability to 'stand' his company should be rather obvious by now. It really wasn't all that difficult, as she rather enjoyed his company; he wasn't nearly so serious or haughty, as were the guys she was used to.

A small chuckled followed Rina's retort, as it was clear that she was always ready for a rather witty response. "Of course, I'm sure Batman didn't mind much clumsiness." was his own comment, keeping the joke up for his benefit. However, as much as he wished that they could stand and joke in the spot for a long while, it seemed that the sales people were finally becoming concerned. It made sense, as the two looked like they were highschool age, and that never seemed to make clerks comfortable for fear of theft. Turning toward the check out register, Andrew asked cheerfully, "Would you accept my escort back to campus once I purchase these?"

Following him towards the register, Rina smiled in amusement. "I sure hope he didn't. Otherwise I'd never stand a chance against Catwoman." she commented, referencing her favorite Batman love interest. She, too, had noted the uncomfortable air coming from the direction of the store clerks, and so she made no move to reject his suggestion. The princess knew from experience that it was not a good idea to make store clerks uneasy, though at no fault of her own; people being thrown out of stores based on suspicion of stealing wasn't uncommon in large cities. She smiled at his offer, and nodded in assent. "I most definitely accept your offer." she responded, moving to stand off to the side as he made his purchases.

Pulling the wallet from his back pocket, Andrew purchased the shirts. As the clerk punch the register's buttons and scanned the tags, he responded to Rina's acceptance, happy for the answer. "Good, and don't worry. I'm sure Cat Women was rather clumsy when it came to bank heists. After all, she was always caught by Batman." As the teller handed him the shirts, carefully placed in a plastic bag with the store's logo, Andrew turned, offering his arm polietly as he spoke with a tone of amusement, unused to being so courdrial. "Shall we?"

This Is For Real,
Taking his comment in stride, she now shook her head in disagreement. "It is not that Catwoman was clumsy. Batman was just too good." she corrected, though it wasn't forceful or aggressive. Waiting patiently as her companion was rung up, she giggled at his offer. Taking his arm in the manner of a courtly lady, she nodded in assent. "We shall." she answered, amused at this sudden turn of formality. As they moved away from the register and towards the front of the store, she remembered one minor detail; she had no idea how to get around campus. "So tell me, good sir. Where is it you are taking me?"
