 x████████x x████████x Bela's eyebrow made an very odd twitch. Did he just mention her father? What the hell does he know about him?! "Well, at least someone in your rag tag group knows how to go for the throat." she said coldly, balling her fist. She was holding back her impulse to clock him, but Romane was right over there. And Bela wanted no repeat of the jail situation, or even be trapped in there again anytime soon. "I just wanted some pick-me-up sex, but it just ended blowing up in my face!" she chuckled bitterly, shaking her head. She tilted her head up and mentally cursed the heavens, karma, or whatever.
"Why, thanks. And yes, I can be quite civil. Just not with my competitions lackeys, much less their bodyguards!" she flicked her wrist in his face, narrowly missing his nose. "So, Walt, I suggest you get out of my sight. Because if you don't leave, I will." she countered, throwing him an ultimatum. That was a big word, ultimatum. Well, she wasn't planning on doing it again, but since
the man was now standing, and she was still sitting, she couldn't reach his head! She had to choice but to slam her cane on the family jewels once again. Of course, all while doing that, she had kept he smile on her face, and reached back for the brownie, taking one back. He didn't earn it, at all! "What are the cops going to do, son? You are a foolish punk and I'm an old lady? Who will believe you?" She could proclaim self defence any time. Afterall, she was only defending herself agaisnt the man's foul mouth! She took a mouth out of the brownie, waiting for the man to recover from the shock he had just received. "Once again... are you going to behave?" She would train that man even if it took her all day long!

Yoakim was only half listening to what Dante had to say. He kept giving the ocasional glance in Kade and O'Malley's dirrection. It wasn't that he didn't trust the boy but, damn! A man was allowed to be jealous... a bit! Ah, he was jealous because of Kade. That was something he would have never believed possible. He smiled a little to himself and report his attention to the twin. "Yes... I suppose it's the same. I... uh... how to say this... I get great satisfaction about making things. It gives a meaning to your days, I suppose?" Yeah, Yoakim forced to make small talk wasn't the easiest thing to do. Still, he forced himself to do so. "You know, I heard that the flowershop owner isn't doing well with her flowers. Maybe you should help her?" Joked the blacksmith.

Leila let a little stupid giggle out of her mouth, looking at the man with a bat of her eyelashes. "Oh, Phillip! Anything!" There went an other giggle before she playfully poked him in the ribs. She would probably laugh at herself later on for acting like that, but right now, this was funny. "You still need to earn it, though" This time, it was a cute little wink that she did! Phillip looked like the kind of man who was stupid just enough to fall for that! Was she being too mean to him? Maybe a little, he did had pretty hair after all. Oh well, sucks to be a man. "Oh? I arrived a bit at the begging of the season. I'm only a little tourist girl! Sightseeing, you know." Or looking for her target... Same difference. She freed herself from the man's clutch in order to open the box. Those were really good looking chocolate! She put one in her mouth, making sure to eat in somewhat sensually. If there was one thing she had never been good in flirting, it was eating sexilly. Liking a spoon or sucking on a stawberry had always made her laugh. That looked just stupid, she couldn't do it! Instead, she took an other chocolate and brought it Phillip's mouth. "Come on! Say 'ahhh"'

Oh, wait, but – O'Malley wasn't his date?! But, but.. But! Then, that meant Lorenzo could – no, wait, he was with some cute blond guy. Then who was Kim with? He glanced around them, but he couldn't find his Kimmy anywhere! Oh, 'Kimmy'.. That would be a cute new nickname! Would Kim approve? Probably not, but it was worth a shot! He frowned in defeat and looked back at O'Malley, dropping the zinnias without much care. Well.. at least he wasn't paired with a stranger! Kade had been kinda slutty during his teen years, so he was used to running into someone from a one-night stand. It didn't happen often, but why should sex make this awkward? Never mind the obvious answers!
He smiled at him and nodded, “Yep, looks like it! I'm happy I didn't get some stranger.. I mean, I'm already dating and that would have been weird to explain, you know? But, this way, you already know and we can just have a friendship date! I still wanna have a TV buddy, after all!” Which was true! Not even Ellie would sit around and watch Home Makeover or Real Beverley Housewives or Project Runway or any of that stuff! Kim was a definite 'no' and he doubted Nora would be too into that stuff.. Then again, he never asked. Oh, well.
“What do you wanna do? Chocolate? I think I want some chocolate.. But, I wanna try the maze too – I've never been in the maze before, have you been to the garden before? I was here, like, once or twice..? But, the bees are kinda scary and it's not as pretty during the winter..” He paused and took another look around, “Um.. do you mind if we walk over there? I kinda wanna see who Kim is gonna end up with..” He asked with a motion over to where Yoakim went. He couldn't see him through the crowd, after all, just a bit too short for that.

Romane was expecting some odd look from that action, but he didn't seem to mind. ..Good. That meant she was doing good. She shook her head when he suggested getting someone else, frowning at that idea. Just one look over the crowd would tell her that this was probably the safest person to be with. Sure, a few days ago, she probably would have thought he was hiding sixteen bodies underneath his back porch and preparing for a mass suicide with some local teenage girls after committing statuary rape with each one.. But, night's sleep did wonders on her psyche. Any assumptions she had were kept in the back of her mind, somehow managing a false sense of security with the idea that she was in public. Plus, she had a gun. That.. helped a lot in one's sense of security. Never mind the Cid fiasco, she was still wrapping her head around that one.
“It is fine. I was not intending to be a part of this event either. My.. superior,” She frowned. Calling a sixteen year old girl her 'superior' didn't sit well with her, but that damned Valentine's day rule kept her listening to the girl. Even if her job was probably already finished. “required me to participate.” Well, it looked like they were in the same boat as far as that was concerned.

   Mei shook her head, pulling off her usual 'ignore it and continue on' technique. "Wait, you know Lesley? She didn't remember anyone like MGX coming into the clinic, and it was weird imagining Lesley anywhere else... Like a teacher or something. River gave him an odd look. What a weird boy! "You say really odd things. It's like you're saying whatever comes to mind. Which isn't that weird, I do it all the time, but still. It's funny to listen to. Are you sure you're eighteen?" she went at a mile a minute, ending with a slight head tilt. Daniel shifted his weight uncomfortably. Ugh, this was why he didn't like talking to real girls! At least on the internet or in those dating games he imported from Japan and couldn't understand, they didn't put him on the spot or question him. "My sister signed me up. She wanted me to get out and talk to people. Sorry."Alex was relieved to hear that Romane wasn't there by her own choice, either. "That's good. Well, not good. But better that neither of us want to be here than just one of us." He glanced back at River, who locked eyes and glared at him, the same fierce glare that used to terrify all the local delinquents. He cleared his throat and rubbed his arm through his sleeve to get rid of the goosebumps. He was over a foot taller, but that girl could be ******** terrifying. "...I think all hell would break loose if we went on our separate ways, so do you want to just humor them?"

Phils face turned an even brighter red. She was cute! And nice! Very nice... and super adorable! Such a nice laugh! This was turning out better than he thought it would! Maybe he actually found a nice girl! He smiled at her when she winked, daw! She was flirting with him! ...s**t. She was flirting! He hadn't worked on the subtle art of flirting....for... Well. He never flirted. Just stalked mostly. He smilied sheepishly, "Oh? sightseeing eh?L-like anything you see?" Damn that was cheesy. But cute right? Right?! No. It was weird. The chocolates did look good...And she shared! Nice! He opened his mouth and took a bite of the chocolate and smiled. "Thank you Jasmine! They are really good!"

"Oh really? Those poor plants." Dante frowned. "Maybe i will pay her a visit." Dante said before he followed Yoakims gaze over to Kade. He frowned and instantly understood why Yoakim wasnt exactly Mr. talkative and lacked eye contact. "If your boy is over there why dont you go to him?" Dante said gently and with a light shrug, he couldnt hide that disappointed frown though.
"I wouldnt want to intrude on an already established relationship." Dante said honestly to Yoakim. Damn the hot tan buff one was already taken. That made his shoulders sink a bit.

"Sorry Ma'am." Walter said to Gladice before he released Bela and pulled Jan to his feet. "Whatever she did im sure you deserved it ol chap." Walter smiled. He then blatantly shoved Jan into Bela.
"Have fun you two." Walter said as he waved them goodbye.
"Ow.. oh who the ********! Walter?!" Jan protested before he was shoved into Bela and toppled onto her causing them both to fall. With him on top. "Hey Blonde b***h. Now this is more ******** like it! Alot better than that old bag over there!" Jan laughed.
Walter took a seat and sat across from Gladice. "Evening Ma'am name's Walter Dolone's." He said as he held out his hand for her to shake. "Im sorry about all that, i do believe we've had the wrong dates all along. Righto well would you want to go get a spot of tea?" Walter asked the older lady with a gentlemanly smile.

x████████xx████████xWell, this one had some balls, for damn sure. Bela shot him a death glare at the mention of her father, again. She was going to retort, but he just kept on talking. And before she knew it, he was dragging her along somewhere. "Let me go, your hurting me!" she shrieked, beacuse it hurt, indeed. But it was more because of her own struggling, and not Walter's doing. And as she fought to stay firm, she couldn't help but let him drag her. Because digging her pumps in place would just break them, and these were expensive! She had to pay a full months pay for them when she bought them! Bela was not as stupid as to break them over some crappy little squabble like this. Stripper, b***h... whatever. She was still a lady, god damn it!
So, with an look of pure seething hate and frustration, she tagged along after him. She was surprised to see Gladice there, but before she could greet her, Walter had pushed Jan unto her and made her fall.
Was this really happening? She was laying on the ground, under some kind of man-ape?! Another of Integra's lackey's no less! Slapping her hand onto his face, she pushed Jan's face away from herself. First impression: Jan was a pig. "Get off me, Planet of the Apes!" she protested, managing to roll him off her body. And though she was over-dramatizing it, she didn't care that people would be looking at her. Better publicity, anyway. She instantly stood up and tried to compose herself, as if nothing happened. What an brute, this Walter! And so much for being a gentleman. Pshh!
Oh no, she wasn't going to do anything to him now... She'd plan this on her own, to get back later at this english ingrate! She gave Walter a look, before saying, "Have a nice Valentine's Day." she said to him, though her face said otherwise. Taking up Walter's offer, she kicked Jan in his side. Though it was weak, only meant to get his attention. "Well, you coming or what?" she asked, throwing on a mask of indifference. Because honestly, she still wanted pick-me-up sex. X was very well aware of her surroundings, and while she was mostly looking at Mei she still noticed Lesley's bitterness... she cold play matchmaker! After all it's not like X can date Mei, that would be kind of difficult to do when you're being kept somewhere they work at against your will. It would be like a prison guard dating a prisoner - only the prisoner didn't really deserve being there, so it wasn't creepy! Y-yeah that's kind of hot actually... Mei visiting her in the middle of the night while she sleeps there alone... and cold... THEN THEY ********. Mystery Girl X was blushing madly thinking of this, biting her lower lip. Screw Lesley! She wanted a romantic story like that! But how, without revealing her true identity?! Yes. Lesley is the nurse of the clinic, kind of hard not to know her with only one clinic! She held with a smile. So Mei, what do you like to do on your free time~? Maybe we could do some of that stuff together later. This was her flirting. In writing. In Chinese... yeah.

Nanami raised her eyebrows. Really? Was Vlad asking for Haruka to join? She wasn't sure if that was okay with her! Better to pretend like he hadn't mentioned it... "General store, huh? That seems like an interesting business to own," she said with a subtle nod. "Me? I'm a tattoo artist..." Her voice trailed off as Haruka walked over and linked arms with Nanami. She smiled slightly, ignoring her mother's nervous expression. "Hello, I'm Haruka~" she greeted Vlad. Long haired men were trouble, and there was no way she was leaving her defenseless mother alone with one! "Oh. That makes sense," Mei nodded, all suspicion disappearing. Lesley was a memorable presence at the clinic, too. She crossed her arms and tilted her head to the side thoughtfully. What did she do for fun? Well, there was work... And then she went back home to eat, shower, then sleep. Maybe read. Or practice the piano. But she wouldn't count any of those as hobbies. The more she thought of it, the harder it was to think of anything, and she ended up with a very serious expression. Alex cracked a small smile; Romane was kind of odd, but at least she was taking charge. He followed, but with his long legs, it didn't take long for him to end up walking alongside her. "You're a police officer?" he asked, trying to strike up conversation. Not that it would go anywhere, but if the two of them were going to fool the people who put them in that situation, they might as well have a nice chat. Daniel wasn't sure if he had made her upset or not, but she was smiling, and that was good enough for him. "I dunno, I don't mind talking," he shrugged. "How old are you... you..?" He was going to say her name, but he forgot what it was. It was nothing personal, he never remembered anyone's name (he often called River 'blonde sister' and Elliot 'fake lesbian sister'). River was impressed by Zach's story, and it took a lot not to fall into her head and continue the adventure. There would be robots! And illegitimate children! Aliens! Good thing he interrupted her daydream, otherwise she would have ended up in some bizarre scenario. "Me? Putting out? Zero percent," she said, holding up her hand and making it into the shape of a zero. "...Ten." she corrected herself, taking her other hand and holding up a single finger to make a ten.

Mei jumped as Lesley startled her out of her thoughts. "...Oh. Hello, Lesley," she said with a clueless smile. She didn't seem to notice how upset the girl seemed to be, since she was used to her always being dramatic. "Huh? Ask you?" What an odd idea! And that was ignoring the obvious social faux pas of Mei being the one to ask someone else. "I thought you would have a lot of people to spend the day with. Am I wrong?" Of course she was. Mei just idealized her, because she was outgoing. "Besides, we spend all of our time together. Shouldn't I make more friends, so I'm not bothering you all the time?"River paused to think, and she considered it a little too seriously. What would make her want to sleep with him? "Alcohol would help... I have a much lower sense of morals when I'm drunk... But you... Hmm, I wonder. Do you happen to have a katana?" she asked, feeling a little proud that she had come up with something. If the only thing as hot as a good looking Korean boy was a samurai, then imagine what a good looking Korean boy in a hakama and carrying a sword would be like?

I have tons of friends really, heck there's not enough time in a day for me to hangout with all of my friends, or time in a year!" She said with a large smile, implying she's very popular with everything. That smile faulted quickly and was replaced by water eyes and a quivering bottom lip. "Okay fine! I've lied since forever, I actually... don't have anyone to hangout with... besides for you..." Considering that they only hangout at work, that said a lot. Her days did consist of work, getting home, eating, and watching trash TV until she fell asleep on the couch. Lesley sniffed, wiping away the wateriness of her eyes with her sleeve. Mei said that it would be good for her to make new friends... she couldn't deny her that. She wasn't that bad of a person. "Y-yeah of course! I can't uh, keep you all to myself!" She said once more in her bubbly voice, before her shoulder and head sagged, and she pathetically walked away to go back to hiding behind that chocolate stand.
Seeing as Lesley finally walked away, Mystery Girl X took a few steps towards Mei again, before walking in front of her once more so she could show her the signs she had. Your uh, friend is really weird. By weird she meant that X wanted to punch her in the face, but didn't want to have Romane arrest her for a crime and end up sending her to serve time in jail and in the psyche ward! Really awkward there for a moment. o__o

Well alcohol was easy to get. He was staying at the Valentine's after all, and Victoria wasn't ever sober. The Valentine home was basically a bar with beds here and there. So check that. Hm, katana? He wondered. No he didn't have a katana. But... Andy did. Andy had all sorts of animu crap. All of those weird comics with the oversized eyes and all them DVDs of girls that transform by spinning around naked. The katana he was sure of, it was above Andy's figures of girls hardly wearing clothing with huge breasts that were all anatomically correct. Hell Andy had that and whatever that little silly sword was above there. He knows since she used them as a threat that she will cut his balls off if he ever approaches her girlfriend.
"Yes. I do have a katana. Just didn't bring it since - you know - didn't want to be too much of a bad a** ******** on the first date. Also have liquor. Tons of it. So how about we bail on this and head back to my place?" He asked, completely forgetting that he was Mandy's way home. For some reason the idea of nailing this chick made him forget that his best friend - who was in a wheelchair and could hardly take care of themselves - needed help getting home. Oh well, Mandy can hitchhike.

Ah, so he had notice... Yoakim had tried to not make it obvious that he was giving glares to Kade, both so his date would feel left out and so he wouldn't feel ashamed of himself. He wasn't the kind to admit that he was feeling jealous of Kade and O'Malley after all! But hell, the boy had already slept with the other man and the blacksmith hated cheaters to no point so it was easy for him to imagine awful things! Sure, Kade had done it with permition and Yoakim had joined in but that was beside the point! If the hairdresser had liked O'Malley more than him during that night... He might want to do it again... without him! "No wait, get out of that. This doesn't make any sense. First of all, Kade loves you way too much to cheat on you and secondly, you aren't the kind to make a fuss about that! Go back to your date, moron." Yoakim thought to himself. Yeah, it was better to simply return his attention to Date. He had already showed the other man that he didn't care all that much for him, it wasn't reason enough to ruin even more the date they were having even though it was only a fake one. Yoakim smilled at Date sheepishly. He brought his left arm around his own neck and rubbed it in embarrassment, a classic Yoakim-move. "Oh... uh... yeah. I'm sorry. you're right. I'm already in a relationship. Only got stuck in this blind date thing because I was told too. Family is link to the island government... uh... And Kade is also on a date so.. I suppose I was a bit.. jealous... or something... Doesn't mean we can't have one for ourselves." That was the least he could do, right? He was supose to give his date a good time, and he would give him one, goddamit!

Gladice let the man roll on the floor a bit more before even looking at him. He was going to get over it. If worst came to it, he would just be infertile, which really, wasn't a big loss for the world. She was, however, taken by surprised when an other couple, (was that Bela James?) came to them and... switch partners? Oh, why not. As long as everyone had someone.
