Yoakim couldn't help but to laugh at Kade's behaviour. Sometimes, he was such a... such a... well, such a child. Afterall, when he had first meet Kade, he had belived that the boy was only a teenager. With that baby face and his small body... and his attitude. Let's not forget the behavior. "Fine then... I do need to warm up before the race, I supose..." Sad, but that really was the only reason why he would go 'play' with Kade in the water. He started to follow the boy toward the sea, albeit very slowly, if only to stay amuse at the hairdresser's effort to pull the blacksmith in.

    Mei listened to Lesley very carefully and took every word into consideration... She had been serious when she asked what you did at the beach, and so she took Lesley's answer seriously, too. There were some cultural things she missed, like the term 'knocked up', or lighting wooden benches on fire. But for the most part it sounded solid! American, even! "Well, I do have this... I was hoping to save this for the fireworks, but you're welcome to have some now if you'd like," Mei said as she opened the lunch box, which turned out to contain several others smaller containers. After a little rearranging, she pulled out a large thermos-like container that was filled with enough rice wine to keep a large family satisfied for hours.

    Percy raised his eyebrows, slightly skeptical. "Wow, a cafe? I have to come by sometime, is that alright?" Wow. He didn't really have to ask for permission, did he? "Cosplay... isn't that when you try to dress up to look like one of those... anime characters, but you fail because it's impossible to look like them?" He looked down at his feet. Maybe he shouldn't have said that. He looked to the water. He didn't think there were any sharks, but who knew nowadays? "Um... I'm pretty sure there's no sharks, but if there is..." He paused to think of something heroic to do if there were actually sharks, but gave up. "I'll save you!" He probably wouldn't, but she didn't need to know that.

"Um... what?" Ash's whole face turned pink and she looked at the sand. He already had this whole thing planned out? And it ended with a kiss? She wished she didn't know that, because now she would be nervous the whole time. No more calm Ash.
Cue subject change. "T-Tattoos?" Gino had tattoos and he was only 14... right? Didn't you have to be at least eighteen? Lulu wanted to get a tattoo once, when she was 16, but they wouldn't let her... Maybe because she didn't have parent permission? Oh well. Ash stayed silent when Gino showed his tattoos, because well, she had no idea what those meant or why he would get them on his hands. They would be there forever. "A triforce... would be cool I guess." It was basically impossible for her to say no, with how much she liked ToZ, but tattoos were just... weird. With a very conservative mother, she was raised in a house where tattoos were frowned upon, so she just grew up with the thought that tattoos were bad. "I... don't think I'll get any... B-but you never know." No, it wasn't really a possibility. Plus she hated pain.

Lesley grinned, taking the container, and took the cap off, then took a huge sip of it! She then let out a pleased sigh before losing it. Mei probably had a different standard of satisfied for a whole family. What she took was barely anything! Her and her americaness... "Thank you. It's kind of weird tasting though." She should have brought beer! A drunk Mei was probably less 'ching' and more 'chong'! That made sense in her head. "Hey, would you like to come to my place sometime? For some real drinks?" Well more like her brother and his friend's place, but while they're out touring it was basically all hers!

Gino was rather proud of them. He felt cool with them there. "My sister has one too, on her lower back. It's like a tramp stamp though. I think it looks good on her though." Did he just say his sister's lower back looked good? To a date?! "Well if you ever want one, I'm sure we could pay someone massive amounts of money to get you one without needing your parents!" He grinned. "You know, since it's always fun to do something they told you not to. Like the time me and Cici got hammered out of our minds with a friend of ours who broke into our dad's liquor cabinet after he said not to..." Gino said, thinking about it, and drawing a blank. "Hurh, no flashback? Yeah guess not..."

The eldest St. Jean child walked out of the changing rooms by the bathrooms, twirling her keys in her hands. Mom had FINALLY let her have her car back, after that unfortunate incident with a mirror and a few pairs of scissors. She'd come a little bit later then the rest, and forgot that it was beach day, she needed to change, because who didn't want to see her in a bikini? The changing rooms were extremely gross though, and she came out almost wanting to throw up.
Lulu raised her eyebrows as Zachery came up to her. "You're that kid that came in to my room the other day, weren't you?" She frowned, and rolled her eyes. "Seriously? I just changed. Maybe if you asked me like ten minutes ago." But... She hadn't had sex in like... three weeks.
She sighed. "How much you got, kid? I'm not as cheap as you may think." She put her hands out and raised her eyebrows. She was not doing this for anything but money, even if Zach wasn't. "Oh yeah, one more thing," She said, putting out a rule. "NOT my car. Seriously." She had just got it back, and didn't want any... weird bodily fluids in there.

Ash nodded, although she never planned on getting a tattoo... They were probably really painful. "You... you drank alcohol?" Ash asked, surprised. Ash was sheltered her whole life, and spend it playing Pokemon and cuddling with plushies. This was simply unheard of! "But... didn't your dad tell you not to?" She made a straight face. How come Gino didn't listen to his guardians? Only bad kids like Lulu didn't obey... Was Gino going to turn out like Lulu? But wait... Was she supposed to know what it was like to be drunk? Or at least a little tipsy? Because she knew that Percy once went to a party with alcohol, and he was underage... But, was she supposed to have some by this age? Gino did.

Lulu scoffed. "You wish kid. Maybe sex for you is enough, but... Not when you're me." She winked. Raising an eyebrow, she eyed the car skeptically. She seriously doubted that this was this kid's car, but as long as she had the keys after this she wouldn't care. She'd have to paint it black, but that wasn't a big deal. "How do I know you just won't run off after this?" She'll find you and track you down, that's why! She knew from experience that deals like this sometimes, more so than others, ended badly. "Give me the keys once we get in the car, or it's deal's off." A frown crossed her face, and she pushed Zachery towards the car.

Ash'd only done one or two things in her life that was against her parents wishes. One of them being Lulu teaching her how to drive, which ended... not so great. After that she was afraid of what her parent's would do to her if she did something they didn't want. But Ash didn't want to seem deprived of a fun childhood... "Yeah, of... of course! I... um... buy... guns and... stuff..." She scratched the back of her head embarrassedly. "Uh... no... I... actually haven't. Don't think I'm lame! Because... uh, it... wasn't actually my fault that, um, I don't do things I'm not supposed to." She said after a pause. She probably wouldn't be able to handle if Gino thought she was lame.

Both he and Cici owned quite a few of their favorites, even if they weren't carrying any right now. On other occasions they did carry them everywhere. He chuckled at her a bit when she was clearly both lying and embarrassed at how much of a lame person she was. "I think it's kind of cute actually. There's nothing wrong with it, but you have to live a little y'know! How about..." He smirked. "You come to my place, uh tomorrow, or in two days, like around 5ish? And me and my sister will help you live a little?"

Zachery's face was bright red as he zipped up his fly and got out of the car, he already handed her the keys and looted a few things from it first. The young boy was incredibly humiliated, it took like... two minutes? Really quick. Worth it though, felt amazing. Just... so... so quick... especially compared to how it was with Kotone. At least he made sure to wear a condom! Especially after the mishap with Kotone, right about now he knew to carry some around everywhere. Though... he took half of he time just trying to put it on... god he was so lame.
The young boy walked away from the car now, head down in shame.

Lulu got out of the car smirking. Oh, that kid. Just look at him walk away like that. Noob. D< That'll teach him to mess with someone like her. She tossed the keys up in the air, then caught them smoothly. "Nice doing business with you, see you soon!" She called after Zachery. Well... now that was over, she should probably go have some fun... But make sure to leave before someone noticed that their car keys were missing.

Leila looked at the man.... and looked more... and looked more... then, she realized the horror. She was talking to a hobo! Ew, ew, ew ,ew ,eeewww! And now he was down with him~! The other had a few inches on him, so what was shoulder-deep turned out only chest deep on Kim, but it should still work out just as well! He crawled and paddled his way around to the back of Kim, setting his hands on his shoulders. He lifted himself up enough to peek over his left and watch the waves, “Okay, so, we're gonna play leapfrog. You've played that, right? Good, because, if not, um, you can just.. do what I do! It's just like if we were on land, but it's gonna go over the waves! Okay? Okay!” He bounced lightly as he spoke, excited to play a little game like this again. He loved playing things like this – it was so fun! Sure, even he could see it as childish, but.. well.
There wasn't anything wrong with doing something simple and fun, right? Besides, how often did Kim and him actually play? It was always what Kim wanted to do! Not that he didn't mind hanging around the smithy or talking on the bed, but it wasn't fair that he got to choose everything and.. Oh! The wave! Just as the water started rolling it's way over, Kade gripped onto Kim and, with a hop, heaved himself up and over Kim to his front. He dropped on top of the wave with a splash and giggle. “Alright, alright..” He managed in between some chortles – that really was fun! More fun than he thought it would be, even! He looked back at Kim, “Your turn! Ready, you jump when the wave is getting close, okay? Just like I did!” With that, he straightened up and waited.

Well, he sure as hell wasn't dressed for it, but Conor still headed into the festival. A t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers. ..Right, probably the worst beach wear, as he was discovering with his entrance. The sand just got ******** everywhere! In his shoes, socks, eyes, nails, hair – he swore he even felt some in his boxers! The ********?! Probably had to do with some kids building a sandcastle.. Goddamned kids. He hated kids, always so ******** annoying. He heaved a breath and headed away before he started cursing out the kids for yet another messy scoop of sand flinging into the air. He should be happy to find out that the sandcastle contest had been canceled.. But, eh, he was more focused on finding..! Oh! “Blaire!” He called out this time, flapping an arm above his head and grinning. No Keith was with him to stop him this time, so he hurried over to where she stood and.. frowned. ..Lucas. Yeah.. Whatever. “Haven't been to the beach in ******** ever..” He stated casually with a glance around before returning his eyes to sit on Blaire, ignoring Lucas's presence entirely.

Zhi walked into the festival with a sway to her hips and curiosity in her gait. There were festivals back home, so of course she wanted to go check out what they did over here. But, it all seemed so.. dull. There wasn't any decorations and.. it just looked like a simple gathering at the beach. No 'festival' involved. Weird. No wonder Mao didn't want to come! The p***k! He probably knew it would suck! She grimaced at the groups, but.. well, people weren't so bad. She just didn't like not knowing anyone, made her feel kind of.. off. But, it was so much freer at the same time, wasn't it? No obligations. She wore a pink and white swimsuit, her hair done up in a bun with some colorful fake flowers pinned up just for the heck of it, and, of course, a skirt to hide her butt and such. ..Well! She liked her breasts and legs, but butt? Everyone had their 'I-don't-like' areas! Plus, there were bigger reasons. Regardless, it looked like..

..the contest was about to start! Gaston had just come walking onto the beach with his wallaby hopping awkwardly behind him. She hated this! But, the man had left Angelina behind so the maids could deal with his little.. 'problem'.. Gaston wasn't going to look at his little girl in the nude and if Angelina refused to tell him what was in her bathing suit bottom, then she had to be punished! It was just a part of good parenting, even if it made him cry every time. He wiped away a tear now and looked over the festival. He was, of course, in a basic, golden speedo, just like every male of his family should be in! It was tradition! Or, for Gaston, it felt like a tradition! He'd been wearing speedos since he was four, after all! He stood proudly at the front of the festival before spotting Gladice and heading over there, the wallaby following slowly since, well, wallabies didn't know how to walk on sand! This was just weird! Once he made it to Gladice, he spent a few seconds mocking her feeble form before telling her that the contest should start as soon as possible! And it was wrong of her to make everyone wait this long! Really, couldn't she do her job right?!

 Yoakim wasn't quite sure what Kade was trying to do. This was all... childish. Jumping over each other? Really? Playing in the water? The blacksmith wasn't the kind of person to be 'playing'. No, he would... swim around. Exercise, read a book, watch television, take a walk or something. But playing like little kids? That was... that was too much for him. Sure, he had let Kade do his thing. He didn't minded the boy using him as a sort of tool like that, but not way he was going to jump around like that! It was just... silly. Even for Kade it was silly! He straighted up, looking at Kade with an eyebrow raised. It took a moment before he decided to speak, more because he was trying to find his words rather than being shocked. Of course, Yoakim never had been someone who would found his words easily. "Uh.. Kade? I... I think not. That's.. uh.. I... No." Did that make sense? He hoped it did. He shook his head a little, holding a chuckle in. The boy was really just that, a boy. "Kade that's... that's just silly. Really. I'm not doing it."

Gladice was calmly enjoying her peaceful time at the beach. The sun wasn't too hot, the shadow not too cold, the crowd not too loud. it was just perfect. Relaxing even! When the mayor came to her, however, he mood died for a second. She hated that man with a passion! She was an easygoing person but Gaston? No. Just... no. She let him finish his rant before smilling back him and taking a paper out of her picnic basket. It was a copy of the contract that the mayor had sign all those years ago. She had made numerous copies and had always at least one with her. "Now, you see dear mayor. Riiiiight here. It says that if there is only one contest happening at a festival, or only one judge needed, the role falls on the mayor, that's you. Since the sandcastle was cancelled, because you were so late to arrive, you're on swimming duty this year." She smiled back at him and returned to her book. Jenifer had just find out that Jeremy was her twin brother after all!
