She continued to looked down at the ground as she remembered all the places she had been too. Most of them she didn't want to ever go back too. When she had started out she thought everything would work out... and then it just went down hill.
"Oh... no." She shook her head as she looked at him. "I'm not any type of healer..." She blushed. "I was looking for... a place to call my own and possibly... a mate..." She looked away.

"A mate?" His ears perked up, "Realllllyyy?" He smiled to himself, "A mate is a good thing to have....companionship.....love....It is all very vital to everyday life..." He nodded his head, "It is a shame that you found no one to share your life with....Though i must say...." He used his paw to stroke her face.
"Their loss....is my gain...." He smiled at her sincerely.

Ellica looked over at him. He had it all down... everything she had wanted. A home to call her own and mate to come home too at the end of the day. She had thought she would find someone but all she had found so far were jerks. Then she just sort of settled down in this little place. She blushed as he stroked her.
"They were all jerks." She closed her eyes as her ears fell. She then blushed at his last sentence. What exactly was he saying?

"Do not be saddened my blossom....It is never too late to fall in love..." He smiled at her charmingly, then looked down at his wounds. "I am feeling much better...thank you..." He leaned in and nuzzled her neck softly then kissed her cheek. "You are truly my guardian angel." He grinned. "Now...i must find a way to turn that frown upside down my dearie."

She looked back at him. Could he be right? Is it really never too late to fall in love? She blushed lightly then looked away thinking about it. This male that had somehow stumbled into her life... he... seems to care about her... that made her blush more. And she was blushing? Could this mean that... she had feelings for this green and white Male?
"Oh!" She blushed snapping out of it when he had thanked her for her help. "Your wel..." She stopped when he nuzzled her neck then kissed her cheek. "Come... Mm... guardian angel?" Another blush. Just who was he?

"Yes....i believe that you were sent by a higher power to me...to care for me...and to steal my heart...." He flashed her a flirtatious smile. It was true, something about this maiden had captured his heart. She was kind, gentle, loving. Everything that he had always looked for in a mate. Also she was the most beautiful creature he had ever laid eyes on. He couldn't seem to look away from her.

Ellica looked over at him with a look of surprise on her face. Did he really think that she was sent to be his? Thinking about it she couldn't help but smile a little. She would like to think that she was that special to someone. Looking him up and down he wasn't a bad looking fox. She did have to admit however the little wing like things on the side of his head were strange.
"Mm..." She snuggled into him. It felt comfortable. "So... where did you get those things on your head?"

"Well.....during my travels i came upon his little village....and while i was there there was this ritual where male foxes go out into the forest for a week...and the one that come back to the village with the most game become the honorary Hunter, and receives the mark so that other people will know of his skill and precision." Kai smiled at her as he wrapped his tail around her and pulled her closer to his body.

She smiled as she listened to his story. It sounded like he lived in a pretty interesting place. She had no idea that he was marked as a great hunter. Then again... he did just take on a group of foxes and managed to beat them single handed. She looked up at him and admired the interesting items.
"How exciting... I had no idea you were so skilled at hunting." She then blushed as she scuttled closer to him. She did like the warmth of his body though.

He chuckled as he nuzzled her neck, "I was kidding Lira..." He decided that was going to be her new nickname. "It was a modification that I got because I thought it looked badass....Besides it went with my panda eyes." He smirked and licked her cheek. "Your so cute...." Kai smiled and snuggled her closer, "Your so easy to tease."

Ellica blushed at the nick name then glanced at him when he said he had been kidding. She blushed a little at the fact that he had teased her. She wasn't mad or anything just surprised that he managed to teas her.
"Mm... so you weren't a great hunter them..." She glanced at the items and blushed as he called her cute. "Well they do go with you eyes..." She sunk down. "I am not..." She pouted as she placed the fluff of her tail over her eyes.

"well I am a great hunter....I just didn't get the wings because of it. No...no they were just a modification. " he chuckled as he leaned forward and licked her cheek. "You are so cute Lira....I cannot believe that you believed me....this is going to be fun...teasing you for days on end....that is if you'd still want me around. I would understand if you wanted me to leave." He suddenly looked away sad. His own family could only handle him in slow doses.

"Oh I see..." She tilted her head to the side and examined the modification. "I like them... I'm planning on getting some modifications in the near feature I hope." She smiled then blushed. "Mm..." He seemed to like calling her cute allot. "Well your story made sense...." She then looked away. "I don't mind you staying. Besides... you cant really go anywhere hurt like that."

Kai smiled, she wanted him to stick around. He hadn't known how invested he was in her company until she agreed to allow him to stay longer. True he was injured, but the both know that he could walk if she truly wanted to be rid of him. "Thank you Lira." He leaned in and nuzzled her neck, then licked her cheek in thanks. "You don't know how much that means to me." He whispered to her softly, an affectionate look on his face.

"Your welcome...." She leaned into him as he nuzzled her neck. It felt good to have another here. She was always lonely when got home and some times creepy. She would always worry that those other foxes that tormented her would find her home and be waiting for her. With Kai she felt safe and he did seem to care about her. That made her happy. "Mm... Kai..." She looked over at him. "Your welcome to stay... as long as you like..."
