[ Haku ] 1.) We just don't have Kugutsu properly set up, so we can't really set up the Puppet User class properly. The main thing is poisons, custom puppets, and all that jazz. Additionally, the puppets themselves need new formats. You may want to talk to AandOE
2.) Dark eiseijutsu? You're not talking about the offensive jutsu, are you? Because that's in the guild already...

Ah... Well... We... didn't...
Healing Eiseijutsu is the first post, Offensive Eiseijutsu is the second.

I meant you classifying them as "offensive". When I think offensive Eiseijutsu, I think of things like the chakra scalpel, not chakra enhancement drugs.
Frage: Are we not ever allowed to make our own Kekkei Genkai? And what I mean by that is make something and submit it to the people in charge to look over. Because I have ideas that are just rotting away.

Chakra enhancement drugs? You mean... like those pellets Kiba used or whatever? Those were outlawed in Shinobi Yochi and Hidden Villages. So... it just sort of dragged over to Shinobi Nations...
And, feel free to post any ideas you have in the workbox subforum. Until a bloodline contest opens up, you'll just have to wait. That, or, I might ask you for ideas if I remove a bloodline at some point. =/
Also, if you'd like a template for bloodlines, pm me. :I

The edited rules should state that...
If not, that is correct, and I'll go make sure it's there.

In regards to summons who have a head summoner already, is there a period of time, a cool down of sorts, for the sage's activity, which would permit one to learn a summon without the need to seek out the inactive sage?

*Cough* Eh? Are you asking for how long does a sage have to be inactive before his summon is up for grabs again?
