Eyes wide and trying to keep herself from hyperventilating, Emily backed out of the shed. Someone who knew her would wonder what she had under her short cape, while anyone who didn't might wonder if she was really a d-cup. Once the door had closed, she finally turned around and stared out at the garden. For a moment she didn't do anything, still shocked that she had done it. She had gotten Mr. Monty's medicine and come back out unscathed.

The witch looked right. Looked left. And then did a quiet little fistpump of victory. "Yes!" She whispered, feeling giddy and excited. Now to go save Mr. Monty!

On her way back, Emily could have sworn she heard voices in a tree. One even sounded like Shehk! The little witch chuckled softly to herself. As if her friend would ever get stuck in a tree. If Emily had gotten through safely, then Shehk could have gotten through and back like it was nothing. In fact, she probably did it everyday right before breakfast! Plus the groundskeeper was super nice. Terrifying, and capable of freezing her in place just by looking at her, but still...he didn't hurt her or anything, and had even given her this.

With one last, fond look at the tree, it really did sound like Shehk, Emily quickly made her way back to the dorms. Mr. Monty seemed pretty surprised to see her back so quickly and "in one, non-slimy piece." Did he seem a little disappointed? No, that couldn't be! He was probably still feeling sick, and didn't he perk right up when he saw the little pot she produced?

@ Byrn

A door opened in the back of the shed, carrying with it a sent of smoldering all its own, some small pile of papers carefully disposed of, but with a low hanging fog that trailed at his ankles.
Wide eyed Breck blinked in a moment of clear emotion besides anger. Surprised to see you there, unexpected... he wasn't even properly dressed, no cloak or cape about him to be seen just a heavy black shirt.

He strode forward and carefully brushed off a few popcorn crabs and adjusted the bag of them, stuffing some of the tiny pests back in though they pinched and nipped at his fingers.

"I was not ....expecting you." His voice as harsh as a hearse over cobble stones but contrite.
"Won't you come in."

He bowed and waved a hand towards the back of the shed, giving only a moments glance at the new hole burned into the roof.

Well the door was open, that was good. So far she had managed to get INTO the door. But what was that noise? She couldn't place it.

"Ah, Lily mi nina. Please do glance downward," Tartalo said hesitantly.

"Huh?" Lily looked down and practically scretched! She hated little crawly things!!!

Oh if her Aunt Loreta could see her doing a facinating redition of the salsa. She stampped and jumped about trying to get rid of the little crabs. Tartalo couldn't help but chuckle as he was swung about by his baby. Well maybe she'd learn from this little experience.

Something told Rain that this was a bad idea. Of course, she never was big on thinking. She wanted to know what was inside and the best way to find that out was to actually search inside. She shouldn't even be here. She was sure that exploring the grounds at this hour was forbidden but she couldn't sleep. Literally. Being undead, she never needed to rest and she got tired of laying in bed all night. Usually she read a book or listened to music but tonight, she was even more restless. She had decided to go for a walk and that lead her here.. somehow. Was it intuition or just coincidence?

Well, she might as well see if the door was unlocked.

Head tilted, Mai eyed the dismal looking shed with mild interest. Earlier that day, she'd overheard a student mentioning that they knew a guy who had a cousin who knew a girl who heard that someone had witnessed a student being launched bodily out of the building.

Well, that had certainly caught her interest. Sort of. Not really having much else to do with her day, she figured it might be entertaining to investigate the mystery student-launching shed.

She floated forward and reached for the door handle.

(i had to reply XD )

@Breck-

Oh if LOOKS could kill... well then again, she always looked like she wanted to roast a horse on a open fire. Still in the heat of the moment, she stepped over the (now dead) 'crab' grass and reached a tanned arm out to slap Breck. "...Breck dear, its not kind to give a woman crabs."

Was all Byrn said, looping a arm through Brecks and dragging him back into the back room... slamming the door behind them.

Rain was excited at first to see the seeds.. though that quickly changed when they began to jump at her from inside the bag. Were they trying to eat her? Well, two could play at that game! Snapping her teeth, she growled at the seeds, hoping to frighten them into submission.

It backfired. If anything, the seeds became even more rabid, as if taking the zombie up on her "challenge". A few of them had even managed to jump out of the bag and onto the floor, snapping and jumping at her ankles. She attempted to step on them but they were fast, always managing to get out of the way. In the end, Rain gave up and left the shed, making sure to shut the door behind her.

She wondered if she should go back in and try to grab one seed as a pet but it would just eat a hole in her pockets surely. Carnivorous things did not make very good companions. Sighing, she headed in the direction of her dorms. She was in for a long, boring night.

She had been following another student, planning to scare her. She loved playing pranks on others like that. Somewhere along the way though, she had lost her target. She had gone in this direction, right? Or was it back the other way? She was about to give up her search when she stumbled upon the shed.

"What a dirty little building," she mumbled under her breath. Didn't the owner ever think to clean? Or remodel? Was the inside as atrocious as the outside? She had to know. She had to find out who owned this shed. Maybe she could rearrange the furniture or redecorate. Wouldn't the owner be surprised? Perhaps even furious?

Morrigan could not resist the temptation. She looked around to make sure no one was watching before she quietly but quickly walking over to the door. What would be inside?

31-40 - You make it past the tree and the crab-grass seed, but there's a marvelous little plant that draws your attention just inside the door, its skull shaped blossoms are almost hypnotic, seconds later you're wondering how to explain that you can't get a house plant to stop trying to eat your finger/hand/toe/tail/

It was beautiful.

It was like it called to her. She didn't even have time to look around at the shed or to decide how to prank the owner. She barely recalled the root that tried to grab at her foot or the bag of hungry seeds. Once she spotted the plant, everything else seemed to fade away and she found herself inching closer and closer to it.

Damn, but it was beautiful.

The blossoms were like little skulls. Dainty but foreboding. As she waved her hand over them, they seemed to move, gravitating in the direction of her hand. Tentatively she lowered a finger and one of the skull shaped flowers began sucking at it. She felt the p***k of sharp teeth or barbs but she didn't mind.

They were too beautiful. How could she not give them what they desired? At least for a little while.

61-70- You dodged the other way from the trap door, you didn't end up in the gardening equipment, instead you seem to have found a... laundry chute? You slide down the rusty metal rattle trap and find yourself outside in a wheelbarrow with some dirty socks and a boot that needs resoled.... and one red bra with a gold-orange feather sticking to it. (wat?)

Upon entering, Mai immediately noticed the writhing bag of crab grass seeds near the door. Well, this was the grounds keeper's shed, the ghost supposed that such a thing wasn't too out of place. She hovered cautiously over the ones that were skittering about the floor boards, the vicious little things looked very much like they'd be happy to swarm right over her if given half a chance.

She was trying to pay very close attention to her surroundings as she floated through the small room, wondering what hidden dangers might be lurking about. She caught sight of a hauntingly attractive plant, but when she settled herself to the floor in order to see it close up, there was an audible *click* as she triggered some hidden trap.

Startled, Mai tried to will herself incorporeal, but she only got about half way there before the mechanism sprung. She thusly managed to be flung sideways rather than straight out, though it didn't help her situation much. Instead of flying out the front door, she was catapulted full speed down what was probably a laundry chute off to one side. After a few senseless moments of rolling and rattling, she was spit out of the chute, landing in a wheel barrow with a dull thump. Parts of her body became indistinct wisps at the impact.

Mai's little ghost flame companion appeared then after being absent the whole time, hovering near her face. It seemed to laugh at her as she lay sprawled in the laundry heap, her hair floating about her face like curls of mist. The light that came off of it sent rolling glimmers of blue across the scenery as the little spirit appeared to chuckle in silent amusement.

Arachne had heard the tales and the rumours about Groundskeeper Breck's shed almost as soon as she'd arrived at the Academy. What she hadn't done yet was see it for herself, and when she arrived in front of said shed she did wonder what all the fuss was about. Sure it was a little dilapidated and she guessed it might look creepy to some but really? This was it? She glanced at the signs spelling doom for all who would try and enter.

She guessed maybe the Groundskeeper was just stashing something away that he didn't want the students to see or get a hold of and so she extended a gloved hand, moving closer to the door.

71-89 - Somehow you've made it nearly to the door at the back of the first area of the shed. You couldn't even see it from the front of the shed...you can hear a faint growling just behind you though, from the darkness you see a mist creeping across the floor and 3 pair of bright green eyes light up the darkness like will-o-wisps. Breck's hounds are back - you make a hasty exit before you're caught with the hounds hot on your heels.

She was inside, a musty smell assailing her nose as she entered, the web ends of her dress trailed behind her and collected dust as she moved. She squinted in the gloom of the shed, moving further in, pushing back her hood and shaking out her hair. Now she could hear properly but there was little sound other than her breath and movements.

Once she was inside the shed she wasn't sure what to do other than move further inside, casting her gaze around to see if any of her eight legged friends had set up home here. As she looked around she caught sight of another door.

'How big is this shed?' she murmured, as she changed direction and went towards it. Something made her stop a few paces from the closed door, and she turned on the spot, nerves finally failing her. Green points of light flashed in the coiling mist in the darkness before her and with a faint noise she scurried forward, fleeing from the growls at her heels. Making the front door, she hurried away from the shed, supremely glad that no one had been around to witness her flight.

As far as she was concerned the shed had earned it's reputation..if only the cards had shown this when she consulted them this morning!

She shivered, standing outside of the shed that was said to be a 'forbidden place'. She surveyed her surroundings before holding up a lighted candle to examine the handle on the door. It was dirty - well, the whole place screamed "dirty!", so what is there is lose? She'll just need to give her dress a good scrub after returning to her room!

Putting her free hand on it, she hesitated for a second; she had heard countless stories of students who had tried to enter, but failed to get out... While that didn't really scare her, she didn't like the idea of breaking the rules. Its just that, she couldn't help but be curious - what is behind the door of this ordinary looking shed? Taking in a deep breath, Lizzy turned the handle and stepped in, holding out her lighted candle in an attempt to view the interior better.
