It wouldn't be long until the sounds of gun shot echoed through the ally and the groaning and screaming stopped. "Figured as much...." he murmured.

Xena: "Good thing that it wasn't us over there." She said.

"Yeah." he said as he got to the end of the ally and looked around to see if he saw any military, cop, or anything else. Not seeing anyone he headed to the small abandoned convenience store.

Xena: She looks around as well before following Raph toward the abandoned store.

Once he got to the store, he pushed the broken door out of his way and entered. "Don't go for tha cold stuff. It's gone bad by now. Boxed stuff might not be sa good either. Just go for cans." he said as he started to move around the store in an opposite direction from Xena so he could see if any zombies or humans might be hiding.

Xena: "I suppose the beef jerky have gone bad as well, haven't they?" She asked as she looks around the store.

"Actually, nah. Those'll be aight to grab too. I'd forgotten bout that." he said over his shoulder.

As Xena would search through the store she'd come to the back wall where most grocers would cut up meat. She would hear slight moving and heavy breathing from behind the wall.

"Yeah." he said as he got to the end of the ally and looked around to see if he saw any military, cop, or anything else. Not seeing anyone he headed to the small abandoned convenience store.

"Actually, nah. Those'll be aight to grab too. I'd forgotten bout that." he said over his shoulder.

As Xena would search through the store she'd come to the back wall where most grocers would cut up meat. She would hear slight moving and heavy breathing from behind the wall.

Xena: As she grabbed some bags of beef jerky as well as some canned goods, her ears perk up from hearing the slight movement and heavy breathing. "Raph, I think we got company."

He moved quickly to join her. Once at her side, he looked over the low wall and saw a young man hiding there. "Yo." he said.

The young man cried out in surprise and fear, then he'd stand and fire a gun off that would graze Raph's bandanna and fly right at Xena before either Raph or Xena had time to react.

"s**t.....s**t!!! Stupid kid!! Goddammit! He was probably just scared. Thougt we was gonna kill em! He was right though. I ******** killed em!!" he exclaimed as he looked at the young man with slight horror in his eyes. "********!!" he punched his hand into the bloodied floor. "FUUUUUUCK!!"

Xena: She would walk over to Raph. "There are times I wonder if you really want to live the rest of your life like this." She murmured.

Xena: "Try me." She said as she walked closer. "I've seen worse during my childhood. Seeing a dead body isn't new to me."

"That's not what I'm talkin bout and ya know it! I don't wantcha lookin at me!! DON'T LOOK AT ME!!" He cried out. "Don't watch me!!" he growled as he started to pull chunks of flesh off the young man. The longer a dead body lay around, the sooner more zombies would show up. He started eating the body as quickly as he could, and for a moment he pushed Xena from his thoughts as he choked down large chunks. Soon it become mechanical and he felt the hunger that usually controlled him when in his darker moments subsiding. It took a little while, but not too long before nothing was left but bone and pieces of the body too hard to chew. He stood up and looked at his blood soaked chest, arms, hands, and legs. He grunted and turned away before heading for one of the restrooms the place still had. "Gonna....clean up." he murmured.
