you are the daughter of a wealthy empress whose empire was destroyed when foreigners invaded her realm. The Imperial War stripped you of family, friends, home and title of warrior heir. Because you are alone, you forsook the ways of the knight sorceress and wander the new empire trying to fit in, getting a job at a shop. There you meet the man of your dreams.

You find out he is a farmer who dreams of becoming a knight, and because you are skilled, you pose as an enchantress and teaches him the art of sword craft. Upon leading many against a villiage raid, the Duke of the fief hears of his bravery and skill, making him an officer in his guard where he had better wages.

However, the duke discovers your true identity and sends you into exile. You thank your stars that you are alive and can survive even in a wasteland by the sea. But you can only spend your days waiting for you love to look for you, not knowing if he loved you at all because he never said so.

Eventually, you join a band of out laws and kills their leader, becoming the captain of a ship called Sandhawk. It becomes widely known that you are the queen of sea rogues. You become feared for your skill and cunning, but still you cry on the inside.
