Maxwell couldn't help but chuckle a little. That was his feelings when he turned. A circus freak show that howls. An idea crossed his mind. There was an event coming up soon.
"So do you have a date to the gothic ball?" He asked.
That was going going to be soon. He didn't have a date yet and teachers were excepted to be at the ball to break up students who were unrully.

Nox raised an eyebrow in surprise.
"Theres a ball?"
She asked with a clueless expression. Maybe she ought of showed up at the Teacher meetings...or even listened to the announcements.

She didn't seem to know about the ball. There was a very strong chance she hadn't been asked out by someone yet. It was Maxwell's lucky day this day.
"Yes. It's for all the beauties that bump in the night. It's called the Gothic ball and dark clothing is required."
Maxwell made plans of what he was going to wear. Though he wanted to match Nox a bit.

Oh,is that what all those fliers were for? Oops.
"Well than,I would fit right in."
Nox wiggled her eyebrows and laughed. She wasn't quite sure if she would actually go anyways.
"Is it mandatory that teachers show up?"

"No it's not. Only teachers who are forced to show up have to. Or at least that is what Vice Principal Richardson said. I just happen to get the short end of the stick this time. I'm leashed." Maxwell answered.
Maybe a navy blue shirt with everything else black.

"Oh,that sucks for you!"
Nox chuckled as her ears twitched slightly. Poor Maxwell would be stuck with a group of hormonal teenagers. She rubbed her chin thoughtfully and smiled.
"Well,if you want I can tag along to keep ya company. After all, it must be boring to have to spend the night with a bunch of kids."

Maxwell smiled. He won this prize this time. At least he could be with a smart cute female from a similar species then the kids. Maybe get a dance or two in.
"A bunch a kids who are late for class or a smart young woman. Hm. I think I know which I like better."

Nox's smile turned into a sly smirk.
"They can't help it. A lot of them aren't very bright you know."
At least her students were at least. They hardly ever showed up to class - apparently summoning was considered DANGEROUS,and USELESS or something. Ungrateful little brats!

That's really the only message that he wanted his students to know.

Nox scratched her cheek and tilted her head to the side,slightly confused.
"At least your students show up; they'll get it eventually.

Maxwell didn't really want to take about his students. Half of them scared him. He was really a human who didn't want to see monsters under the bed.
"Yeah. Maybe so. I would talk your classes if I wan't a human. I have no real magicial abilities."

"Is that it? Summoning doesn't involve any magic at all really; you just need the right tools and such. In fact,a majority of the books we read in class on summoning were created by a human who had no magical abilities."
Nox smiled and scratched her ear boredly.
"Magic always comes with a price anyways. Its not all that great."

Maxwell was still new to the work of magic. He still needed to get used to the fact that he could bite back those monsters.
"Really. A human. Is it a Wizard or a wolf?"
He would still like to learn more in time.

 She glared at the boy who'd claimed to be a teacher. she honestly wasn't sure whether to believe him or not. not that it mattered he was rude, arrogant and childish. "So you're a werewolf, and a teacher? you look only around 200 if any older"
She looked to the real teacher who was now preoccupied with a girl around her age...well appearance. she turned to the boy once more adding. "If you are a teacher what exactly is your area of expertise?"

"He was just a mere magician. You know,a human who can perform magic without any real abilities or something. Anyone can harness magic from outside sources anyways."
Nox nodded shortly as she contemplated it. She smiled at Maxwell.
"Summoning isn't too hard anyways. Its pretty useful."
