 9/25/10 Breakfast: Slept in. Lunch: Subway sub Dinner: morning star chicken nuggets and strawberries with two pieces of dark chocolate. Snacks: Special K bar Drinks: A cup of English Teatime tea. A cup of skinny girl tea. A cup of coffee. A glass of water.

 Last night at the party, I ate a plate of cheese fries. With ranch dressing. And a piece of cake. But I drank water instead of a soda or sweet tea. Uhg. My stomach is so upset, I'm not used to the greasy food. XD Lesson learned.

Tea is also good, especially since it contains a lot of antioxidants. Just make sure you're not drinking mainly caffeinated. Tea counts towards your 8 gasses a day for sure.
I know what you mean about greasy food, when I have been eating really well for a few weeks and have a binge on greasy food, i feel disgusting.
It's because we're not really designed to eat those things, we just get used to them. Haha.

 Ewww. Greasy food it is sooo yummy but sooo bad... XD Most of my tea is decaffeinated but I do drink a ton of caffeine a day. I have to or I will get migraines, my body will have withdrawals if I don't drink enough. I've been drinking coffee since i was six months old, I'm dependent on it. XD However instead of drinking a pot of coffee a day I've dropped to three cups if that a day.

xD Caffeine addiction yikes. I had that. It really does feel great once you break the addiction. I'd been drinking coffee from a really young age too.
Anyways, I never count tea or anything that's not straight up water towards my water intake. Mostly because tea makes me pee too much for me to really get hydrated. I think it goes through me too fast lolz. Plus I just don't feel properly "quenched" unless I'm drinking water, I guess.

Lunch: Morning Star buffalo wings and ketchup Dinner: Lean Cuisine TV dinner and a weight watchers cookie Snacks: two pieces of dark chocolate, chocolate covered pretzels. A ton of grapes. Drinks: Two cups of English breakfast tea. A cup of green tea. A cup of jasmine tea. two glasses of water. Exercise: Jogged. Took a walk. Took another walk.

 Today I was at the auto salvage. ^^ I weighed myself and I LOST SEVEN POUNDS!!!!!!! I am now 143 ponds! WHOOT!!!

Wow good job!! Keep up the great work! Did you lose 7 pounds in one week, or over a period of 3 or more weeks? Losing too much weight at once usually isn't healthy, the recommended amount of weight loss a week is 2-3 pounds.

 I think it was over a bunch of weeks, I don't really weigh myself often because it isn't a big deal to me. I go by looks and how clothes are fitting. I think drinking tea had a lot to do with it, I read that green tea and some black teas will flush fat. I've been gussling tea like crazy. I love the taste. XD It's better than the icky city water. My stomach isn't as pudgy but I still have a way to go.

 10/2/10 Breakfast: Cheerios and milk Lunch: Morning Start Chicken Tenders and ketchup Dinner: Kashi Pizza Snacks: A sew goldfish crackers Drinks: Lots of tea and water Exercise: My legs hurt to the point to where i could barely walk today, so I took a break.
