I meditate 1 maybe 2 hours a day, depends on how much time I have. I need to meditate everyday. High levels of stress, so much anger, and severe depression. Yeah, that's why I meditate everyday.

When I first started meditating I did it everyday for at least twenty minutes, and then life got busy, and I was meditating for 10-15 minutes once or twice a week (not counting the times when I used a really boring meditation CD to put myself to sleep razz ).. and then once or twice a month for while, until christmas when stress was really getting to me. I started meditating a little more; and have actually been meditating almost every day now.. a lot of it has to do with my yoga practice which I end with meditation. I don't really time myself; when my cat comes and starts nibbling my toes and climbing all over me I figure it's about time I got up. Its probably around 15 minutes, because that's about the length of time Harry (the cat) can sit staring at me in my computer chair before he can't stand it anymore and invites himself to sit in my lap.^^

I fall asleep all too easily, so long bouts of sit-down meditation are difficult. I work through it, though. Insight (aka walking) meditation has been more beneficial, especially being someone that tends to shuffle along, eyes down or wandering, noticing almost nothing about the world around him. Helps a lot with mindfulness, so I focus on insight meditation whenever I'm alone.

i meditate for about 10 minute in the morning, and about 1/2 an hour to a full hour at night.

When I lived with my mum, I was able to mediate for hours on end if I wanted. ;_; It was so wonderful! I always felt amazingly refreshed and clearheaded afterwards, and so full of peace ..
But then I had to move to my dads. ;.; Now work keeps me from ever feeling like I have a moment to myself. My dad is VERY nosy and is always barging into my room, asking me what I'm doing and just being an overall pain in the arse.
So when I have any time at all it's usually as I'm laying in bed. At first .. it's a little difficult not to fall asleep. xD But now I've managed to teach myself to go for an hour or more of DEEP meditation. Then I sit up and record some of the more important bits. Afterwards I lay back down and talk with my familiar ^^; then drift off to sleep ..
So it's not so bad. I just wish my dad didn't make fun of my Kwan Yin statue. -.-; And to stray from the point of this post .. he's actually very racist. >_> I've heard him say absolutely terrible things about the Japanese and the war .. -.-; And now that he's been in the war in Iraq he hates pretty much anything non-American. -_-

i medietate every morrning and every night. my friend brandon meditates every night for like 6 hours no joke.he has the graveyard shift at a construction site (security) so he has nothing else better to do anyway.

I meditate as much as I can. Whenever I find the time. (Which is not nearly as often as I would like...)
Probably about 2-3 times per week. For about an hour.
