((maybe we should just not worry about umi until she comes on, just sort of forget she exists. i hate rping with a char that's not doing anything mad )) Hiro continued to look around until he was satisfied he had the first floor memorized well enough. {I might as well not worry about the upper floors till later. I should get some rest, Mistress Miyuki is going to teach me to read tomorrow!} He began walking toward his room, looking foraward to sleeping in a nice bed.

((Okie)) Lady Miyuki poured herself another cup of sake and walked up to her study room. She sat at her desk. 'I should get started on the paper work...' She thought as she started to work.

Hiro walked into his new room and sat on his new bed, thinking about his new life. {I shouldn't get too comfortable. Whenever I have a good owner, something bad happens. I can't expect to be happy for very long.} He got under the covers and tried to sleep.

Hiro lazily rubbed the sleep from his eyes. "I'ts already morning? I can't believe I fell asleep so quick! This bed is really comfortable."

Hiro bolted up and got out of bed. "I can't believe I forgot! We've got to get started! Do you mind if I get dressed first?" He was still in his underwear.

Lady Miyuki's face blushed in embarrassment and she pulled out her fan and put it in front of her face to hide it. "I will be outside!" She quickly walked outside the room.

"Okay, I'll be there in a minute." He put on his clothes, and his shirt was on backwards because of his haste. He turned it around and followed Miyuki outside.

"Off to the library we go!" Lady Miyuki said smiling as she walked up stairs to the 10th floor. The library room held thousands of books of all types that you can think of.

Lady Miyuki walked off and came back with a stack of books and dropped them on a desk. "Let's get started, shall we?"

"I know the first few. I think so anyway, it's been a while since I've tried. Let's see...That one is...'A,' right? And then the next one is 'B...'" He continued to say the letters, up to 'G,' and then his ears went down. "I don't know what that one is...Will you please help me, Mistress?" He looked up at her sadly.
