Pecan looked towards Jatai and followed her with a quick pace. Those claws hurt!
"Wait up!" He ran towards the stream eager to catch up to the fox. He shouted out with a whining tone to his voice. "Wait for me!"
Maybe he doesn't like kids as much as he thought...

"Is that so hard to believe?" she snorted in response to Hoshi's question, taking a good long drink herself. Stopping to look at the oncoming Pecan, her tail gave a slight little wag. "Can't handle a little play-time with the kid, Nutty~?" she teased, raising her paw to rest it gently on the tip of his muzzle. "C'mon...You're tougher than that~!"

Tsuki just laying down
Winter giggles watching her daughter
Hoshi laughs a bit as he stretches "Well have fun Jatai." He walks by her as he stretches a bit trying to get the tiredness off of his body.
Shiro Tsuki walks over and starts to play with Kon'iro's tail.
Kon'iro watched Shiro as she giggles "Well attacking my tail isn't going to get you far."

Pecan shuffled his feet as he waited for Jatai to finish drinking. "Of course I can..."
He took a quick drink from the creek to clear his throat. "And I am tough!" He puffed out his chest as he spoke. He wouldn't run away from some kit. Pecan gave Jatai a quick smile and rubbed his head against Jatai's neck affectionately as a sign of appreciation. "Thanks."

"Guh--?!" Her blue eyes widened when Pecan nuzzled his head against her so sweetly, her cheeks getting a bit warm. She sputtered a bit, pushing him away gently, "D-don't start getting mushy on me here...!"

Hoshi hears Jatai as he smirks a bit. He then walks up to Jatai being rather close to her as he nuzzles his nose to hers and then rubs up against her before smirking and walking back to the river bank to get another drink.
Shiro Tsuki still playing with Kon'iro's tail
Kon'iro watched Shiro as she giggles "Well as long as you are having fun I guess."

Pecan giggled at Jatai's reaction. "It's just a thanks! It doesn't mean much more- we're both guys after all."
He took a step back to stretch when Hoshi walked up to Jatai and nuzzled his nose against hers. For some reason, Pecan didn't like the feeling he got from seeing that. Shrugging it off he walked back up the hill with a confused look on his face.

She froze up when Hoshi came and pressed himself into her, being far too affectionate for her to be comfortable...And when Hoshi moved away, grinning so arrogantly, Jatai continued to be rigid and confused before glancing to the leaving Pecan and then Hoshi...Her face contorted into one of anger and she moved towards the creek and proceeded to roughly push him into it.
"You...You Flea-Bitten JERK!" she snarled before rushing off from the scene.

Hoshi hears Jatai after he was pushed into the water as he glances back at her "Stop lying to yourself Jatai. You like him right. Then tell him. Before you lose him to another female. Be honest with yourself and act from your heart." He thinks as he sighs. "Jatai you are beautiful remember that." He thinks more about what he wanted to say. He then moves out of the water away from all the others needing time to think as he shakes the water off.
Shiro Tsuki hears this as she looks over seeing Pecan as she walks up to him "Pecan you look sad is something wrong?"
Kon'iro sniffs the air "Hoshi sweetie." She sighs a bit whispering that. She is Hoshi's childhood friend and knows when he is truly hurt.

Pecan looked up at Shiro Tsuki and gave his normal smile. "No, I'm fine! What do you want to play now, Shiro Tsuki?"

Jatai had ran far from there and she continued to run, more and more, until there was nothing left in her. She curled up under the upturned roots of a nearby tree, giving a sort of tantrum for a few moments...before she settled down and simply laid there for a while...

Hoshi continues to walk as he isn;t sure why her words hurt him so. He then starts to run only to end up out of breath and where Jatai is as he sighs. "Jatai.. I am sorry." He bows only to roll over being submissive to her as he is trying to make up for what he did.
Shiro Tsuki looks at Pecan "Lets explore and you can tell me what is wrong and why you look so blue." She smiles a bit

"What are you talking about?" Pecan titled his head. "I'm smiling! Doesn't that mean I'm happy?"
He looked around for Jatai and began to grow worried. He didn't see her. "Shiro Tsuki... we can play next time. I should go find my friend." Pecan gave the kit a quick glance and a flash of a smile before he ran down the hill. "Jatai!?"
She disappeared. He gave a slight frown. He was alone again. Off in the distance Pecan saw Hoshi run off. Maybe he knew where Jatai was? At a quick pace Pecan chased after the adult fox at full speed.

Jatai frowned when she heard Hoshi's voice, turning herself upright to look at him from her earthy den. Ear flattening against her head in irritation, she snarled, "Go away...! I don't want to talk to you!" She retreated backwards to the far end of the root bars, keeping her angry glare on him.

Hoshi sighs "Jatai I am sorry. I will do anything to prove it. I was in the wrong." He bows as he turns to leave like she had asked. He wasn't in the mood to have someone get even more pissed at him as he sighs looking a bit sad. He didn't mean to hurt her. It was only a semi joke.
