Why should you have it?: Why should I have it? Why should anyone have anything? I should have it because I am a fair, and honest role player with the ability to use this bloodline right. Not some cheap noob who abuses it to the max. Plus, it's pretty cool man.

What do you know?: It is a bloodline descended from the sage of the six paths ( I think. ), similar to Byakugan in ability. It requires a dramatic event to unlock, and further. It has the ability to track movements, as well as copy them to a certain degree at lesser levels, and perfect ones at higher. Can also see if someone is being affected by genjutsu, as well as the chakra of others. But not to the same effect as Byakugan.
RP Sample:

Mizax peered around the corner, breathing heavily. She had been evading this man for hours, and he seemed to have endless endurance. There was a gash on her leg that was bleeding freely, a careless action on her part when she had stumbled into a trap. She hadn't had the time to stop, and patch it up, as the man was relentless in his hunt. He didn't appear to be from any village, so she assumed that he was a rogue shinobi after her sharingan. He wouldn't be getting that this day, despite his boost in confidence due to her injury. No, he would be dead soon. Without another thought she would kill him for attempting to indulge in his greed, and no doubt lust as well. Usually men never passed up the chance to take a woman when she was completely at his mercy.

Nothing more was going to be happening to her today though; maybe a few more scratches, but she would kill this man. the familiar red of her bloodline flooded into her eyes, the signs of the sharingan spinning into existence as they appeared anew on her features. A grin spread across her lips as she thought of the encounter. Now either she, or him would die, two people wouldn't be coming out of this alive. With one last look about the corner of the boulder she darted from her hiding place, bouncing off of her leg, throwing a kick towards the man. It caught him completely by surprise due to her speed, and knocked him to the ground sprawling.

It didn't take long for him to come back to terms with the ground, even less for him to retaliate. Instantly he was moving to engage her in taijutsu fight, which was a bad idea on his part. Everyone who knew her, knew that she was one of the best when it came to taijutsu, not even needing the eyes. Vivid images passed by her eyes of his actions, a prediction by the bloodline on what his next physical movement would be. She countered a solid punch by pushing it off to the side. His balance immediately fell, allowing her to send an elbow to the back of his head.

When he hit the ground though, he didn't something Mizax wasn't expecting him, or saw he would do. His hand struck her injured leg, causing her to keel over as the pain washed over her anew. The clever b*****d was actually taking advantage of the situation, but before he could do anything further, she would to. Using her momentum from the pain she swung her injured leg into the air, bringing it down on his back before he could get up. There was a crack, and a scream emanated from the male's mouth. His hand was covered in the blood of her leg, and it began to bleed vigorously, freshly open by the clever jab. She struck his spine with her foot again, wincing despite the kill being quick.

Honestly, she hadn't expected to kill the man so fast, but that wasn't something she could help. Drawing one of the few kunai she had, she slashed the mans neck, placing the weapon back into its holster before limping off. Another greedy man dead, possibly hundreds more in line. Why were people so eager to get their hands on a pair of sharingan eyes?

Thank god though. NUR has so much sharingan users. Uuuugh.

What he said, though my profile hasn't been accepted yet. It sounded quite logic to me that a Mizukage should at least have ranked up her bloodline. But if that isn't allright with you, I am happy with stage one too wink

Why should you have it?:
Because...I'm gonna join the akatsuki and essentially purify the shinobi world within this guild of all demons. lol or something like that
What do you know?:
That you have the ability to copy jutsu, along with breaking down the movements of the opponent making it almost slow motion, the clan has an affinity for fire and is adept in genjutsu and taijutsu because of the abilities of their eyes.
The first Tomoe is granted after a hard time in the person's life and is only the beginning to there glory.
The second alows them to pierce threw genjutsu and see through another's body and see there chakra, this isn't as grand as the Byakugan to show the system but it is useful as you can tell the difference between bushin and an actual shinobi.
The third Tomoe allows the user to see what the opponent will do before they do just by seeing the slightest muscle tension, making them able to know where they will be before they are there. Also lets them use hypnosis by locking eyes with another

Rp Sample:

Damon walked threw the forest, his foot steps light as a feather as he trailed the shinobi in front of him, his eyes a slate gray with a black pupil as always, he took another step only he launched himself into the air silently, he landed in a near by tree, his right foot connecting to the branch quietly before the rest of his body. Damon looked out and smiled, they had no idea he was present, and as it was it appeared nobody had Doujutsu to try and find him, either way it was an easy mission, follow, gather information, and then report back to his kage, and this was simple for him to do. Damon yawned lightly nearly no noise coming from the depths of his core. With that he heard rustle in the village, somebody had heard him, 'Son of a ...' Damon thought as he heard the clicks and clanks of weapons, Damon sighed, as he did his eyes spun rapidly and turned blood red, as this happened the tomoes that looked like black swirls spun and then stopped, he smiled as he seen the chakra outlines of the men below, there was only three but they where skilled said his report that was. He shook his head, it was time to get this done with, he latched wires to two shuriken, as he did he threw one to the right and another to the left, they went perfectly around trees and then latched themselves to the same tree on the other side of the camp behind them this made a circle around the camp, he smirked as he fell silently from the tree branch and landed with a thud, as he did connected the wires to a single tree forming the circle. The gleam of a liquid could be seen on the wires. It wasn't long before the shinobi began to grow impatient, they sent a man forward in Damon's general direction, he sighed quietly and threw himself against a tree, his back to it as he looked at the nearing man, Damon grasped two more shuriken, as he did the spun around the tree as the man looked elsewhere with a simple flick of the wrist he hurled both projectiles at the man and they hit him in the chest with a light thud, the man gasped and fell backwards. Damon moved from the spot he stood like a flicking shadow.

The next man shook as he stepped forward and began to circle the camps edge, it was obvious the other man was the precious cargo that Damon was meant to watch, he shook his head, this was futile, the man passed Damon, as he did Damon lurched his right arm forward, as he did three Senbon lurched forward in a gleam as a poison was coated with them, they hit the man in the back and he fell forward laying limp, paralyzed for a few hours. Damon now put his final plan to work, the man stood in the center of camp, he was still and bore no weapon, Damon shook his head, he didn't know exactly what would happen but he knew it was something of a trap, he stepped lightly over the wire, he then did a hand seal, as he did he breathed in and exhaled a stream of fire, it hit the wire and ignited and quickly shot around the circle making the camp blocked in. Damon walked forward into the camp, he looked at the man as he did so, the man looked at Damon and a horrible nightmare streamed into Damon's mind, Damon laughed loudly as he did a hand seal, a second passed before the nightmare vanished and the man began to scream in terror, he used the Kyouten Chiten [ Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change ] which reversed the genjutsu on him, he continued to laugh before he spoke. "Do you not know if my clan!? That was truly foolish." Damon said as the man screamed in horror, Damon walked to him and took a poisoned senbon, he stabbed the man paralysing him, he chuckled and shook his head, he began to go through the items they had brought with him before he vanished in a stream of black fog.
