Genin can preform B ranks as a maximum confused

I doubt any Gennin will have enough chakra to perform anything other then one B rank jutsu and not get rank up before then, but if there is ever a case of a Gennin never being ranked up, (like Naruto....the idiot is still a Gennin!!) then its possible for him to get enough to do beyond a B, if trained long enough.

He would of been chunin really if Sand and Sound did not attack leaf. Since they interrupted the Chunin exams, Naruto was like "Crap.....".

Didn't stop them from promoting Shikamaru. Anyways, Vice-Captains, (I think we don't have anymore crew since I promoted Demonic) TO THE BATCAVE! (aka the Crew Forum) We need to get the rules and some other thngs straigten out so we can begin the rp. Honestly, i'm waiting for Tenshi to give me his idea for the Profile code before I allow people to start. As for anyone who is still a member, please use the SUGGESTION forum if you wish to contribute your opinion on what should be added, removed, or change in the guild. Cool, so you guys are basing the rp off of a chakra point system instead of having a certain amount jutsu's of each rank you can use?

Its more of, the more you train, the more chakra you have for jutsu. You can know a jutsu, but you might not have enough chakra to use it, provided you risk the chakra burn. And wassup Jedi!
