GOOD DAY~! 
Yo, everyone!! Because of how painfully slow the Treasure Hunt is turning out (no one's fault~), we're cancelling it and declaring Salmon Team the winner! The explanation will be in the paper shortly for your own references~!
In other news, Beach Day is officially open! So, send out your characters to the festival to participate in the contests there and get to know the townsfolk! Invite a girl or guy and all that to have a date! GO DO IT NOW.
Also, I totally redid the Festival Summaries thread to look pretty for no real reason! It's not important and you don't have to comment, but, I thought I'd let everyone know anyway! Look, ma, I'm doing crew-y decorating stuff! Yaaay~!

Little rectification, there won't be anything in the paper. This was only state out of Serend's foolish disire and love for Neil.
Also, I was asked to tell you all that Serend isn't fat. She just have big bones.

HELLO, HELLO~!
I'd like to agree with Zemblanity's previous-previous announcement that, yes, I am not fat, HOWEVER, I am not big boned either. I'm sure everyone here wanted to know that and I hope you will use this new information for further decisions and betterment of your overall life's happiness.
Now, in other news, I'd like to let everyone in on the the new stores in business. Considering the last addition to the rules on only active members running businesses, it certainly narrows down the amount of jobs any new members could have. So, for now on, every business without an owner will exist in a Zemblanity-created thread - the owners of said store, however, will just be an NPC until an active user wishes to take over the business with a character. So, go ahead and use the locations to your delight!
Also, I'd like to remind everyone that Valentine's Day Blind Date event is still open for participants, so PM me if you haven't already and would like to join in on it!

Oh, my. So many announcement lately! It just proves that your crew has been busy! So, two or three little quick things.
First of all, the Character Statistic has been uptate.... Yeah, we know, we know, we've been long overdue with that. But at least it's done now? Good.
Now, on other news, the application for the sandcastle contest at Beach Day are now officially closed and the contest will start next Sunday.
Finally, once again, do not forget to send your characters applications for Valentine's Day Blind Date Event.. We are accepting them only till Monday June 13th. After that, it will be too late! So all of you, join! (btw, more males for the Male/Female division and females for the Female/Female one would be very welcomed.)

After the results of the Poll on the happening of the next time skip, due to how even it had stayed and as a curtosy to all the new members, the skip will happen In January like it was originally intended to be. This means that the time skip will happen at The end of Winter Year 6. In other words, nothign chaged.
We will now proceed on a vote on a Length of the skip. Please, all active members, vote in OOC as to how long the skip should be. Remember, like last time, there will be Two votes. On will be for 5, 8, 10, 12 and then again with the two most popular choices.

This announcement is about a very important New Rule, so everyone should listen carefully.
From now one, NO MORE FEMALE CHARACTERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Okay, I got your attention? Good. Now let me go into more details. Since the over flow of females characters, we have no choice but to put a slow at them. After all, there are more straight woman than straight/bi/gay/other male characters combined together. However, no all women will be banned. Only Straight females wont be allowed. This means that you can still make bisexual and homosexual (and "Other") women..
Also, if this is the first character you are making, you will be allowed to make it a straight females.
If you already have 4 guys, you will be allowed to make a female.
If you have more than 50% of your characters males, you will be allowed to make a female.
Any kid under the age of 12 does not count, neither are unborn children.. That means you do not have to take them into account and your female characters can still give birth to girls.
This rule will be added in more detail/more clearly in the Rule forum soon.

Yo, yo, my guild peeps! This isn't anything major, but I thought it would be nice to let everyone who hasn't been talking to your guild leader know that Zemblanity Insomnia will be inactive/absent from the guild for 2 - 3 days, most likely. As such, I am in command! Which basically means you have to fear me instead until he returns!
Thank you for paying attention enough to read the announcements and let's all hope the guild doesn't fall apart with the temporary change in leadership, shall we? ;D
(Yes, I had to make an announcement just for that. D: It's not fair that you all don't get to miss him like I do! )

Good day to you all! This is a little announcement regarding the festivals, nothing big, don't worry.
First of all, the Valentine Day will end on Thursday. This means that I want all your character exited by then! Or, of course, if you want to keep it up, you can move your characters at Public Places - The Garden.
Secondly, the Tomato Fight will start today. So be there and ready to dirty your characters!
Finally, the Animal Festival will open on Friday. This year, there will be a separate competition for Cats and Dogs. So there will be 4 competitions: Livestock, Poultry, Domestic Pet, Other Pet. Other than that, the rules stays the same.
This is all!

Well guys, the result of the timeskip poll are in and we had to split using a crew vote. It has been decided that the timeskip will be of a Ten Years Length. Meaning that on the night from December 30th (or is it 31st? o-o) to January 1st, the RP year will go from Winter Year 6 to Spring Year 17.

Hello People! For the Pumpkin Festival Costume Contest, I would ask all of you, even people not in the festival to send me a PM telling me which costume everyone one of your characters even those not present at the festival would vote for. Of course, a character cannot vote for itself! I will take PMs until Sunday. So be sure to look at the various post and choose who's costume your character would like best!

Something quick!
First of all, the pumpking festival should be closed this Thursday, so please, go and post while you still can and then exit your characters!
Secondly, The Stocking Festival is comming soon! Which means that you should all make sure that your character have a house where they can receive their gifts and, most importantly, their supper letter of awesomeness.
Which reminds me that the crew should get to it to write them right away so to not take a month to do it and be late! If you dont have any where to keep them until posting time, you can use the crew Subforum. Letter posting should start next week!
