Kio smiled and took ryan's hand in his and shook it. "I was about to ask what your name was hehe. Anyway that sounds interesting...i would like to meet those friends of yours sometime. But for now...i should realy focus on how the hell i got here. See...its kind of strange.." Kio stoped at the vending machine that was the disquise for his bike.

Ryan's intuition kicked in. "Let me guess, you got transported here to?"
*He then looked up, seeing the Vending Machine.*
"What weird looking Vending Machine." he said.

Kio nodded at the statment about being teleported. He then smirked and got a little joke in mind. "Ya know i am suddenly thirsty."
Kio took out a cell medal and inserted it into the machine. he pressed a button and a couple red cans fell out. He took one and undid the tab. Instantly the can transformed into a mechanical bird. "Oh no! how could this have happened?" he said in a sarcastic tone.
Kio then did the same for the other two cans and they took off into the air. "hehe that will definetly come in handy."

*Ryan jumped back in surprise. After he regained his composure, he got an idea for a little joke as his own. He took out a dull Yellow Memory, different then his white Fang Memory. He pressed the button on it, "Spider" it declared. He then inserted it into his matching, oddly shaped watch. "Spider" the device declared again as Ryan pressed a button... The watch changed into mechanical spider and launched into the air, grabbing and reeling back in one the Taka Cans*
"Well would you like at that," he said with a grin.

Kio's jaw droped a little. He shook his head and sighed softly. "Okay okay...thats an odd watch. But there is a reason i sent the taka cans out...servailience. Think about it...with them flying all over the city they can alert us to any monster sightings. This way we can act fast."

"Oh, I see." Ryan said, as took out the Spider Psuedo-Memory.
*The Spider Shock released the squirming Taka Can as it returned to its inactive state.*
"I can do something similar with the Spider Shock. Except it allows me to track targets."

"hmmm..thats handy to keep you safe. Lets you know if you are being fallowed. Wish i had something like that but no worries. Right now i got what i need right in here." He tapped his hand on the vending machine.

"Yeah. Unfortunately it only allows me to track those I've already marked."
*Ryan then heard screams, he turned to face the noises. What he saw shocked him. It appeared to be a Dopant that Shoutarou and Philip-san had already defeated, the Cockroach Dopant. He took out his Memory and Driver, playtime was over.*

Kio blinked and looked to the creature. "Uh...one of yours i take it? Well no worries i got your back."
Kio pulled out his belt and put it on, inserting the ryu medal into the side. "Henshin!"
Tapping the dragon horns, the belt cried out "rrrr...RYU!!". Then three rings appeared and began to circle around him. After a moment he was transformed into kamen rider Dragoon.
"lets do this."

*Ryan then helped several injured people to their feet.* "Don't worry," he said, "I'll get you guys out of here."

Kio cracked his neck and charged in. As he got close to the dopant, he suddenly dropped to a crouch. Kio then kicked the feet from right under the cockroach, sending the dopant to the ground. He stood and slammed his foot down onto the monster's abdomen. "Now listen here ugly...unlike those you have fought before...i don't go easy on monsters."
Kio then grabbed the dopant by the antenna and pulled it to it's feet. He started punching, landing fierce blows to its stomach. He kept that up for a little bit before kicking, sending the monster flying back. "Hey i wonder...what would happen if i used my finisher on you. Well only one way to find out."

The Dopant got from under Kio. He started to speed around him/attacking him from different directions. He then stopped right in front of Kio, attempting to uppercut him into the sky.*

Kio side steped, the upper cut barely missing him. He countered with a swift kick to the dopant's abdomen. "Whooo close one there bug boy. But a tad slow."

The Dopant back-peddled, clutching his abdomen. He speed up again, appearing behind Kio; attempting a point-blank plasma blast.

Kio cursed to himself and quickly grabbed a cell medal from his holder. He inserted it quickly into the muzzle slot and the dragon head roared. The energy flowed to his legs and his speed increased. He moved just in time to avoid the plasma blast and got behind the dopant. He let loose a barrage of super speed kicks to the dopant's back. After less than a minute his speed returned to normal. "Whoa...okay i didn't know i could move that fast...still not as fast as that cheetah core medal."
