 Juliette "Etoile" CainJuliette blinked slightly at what he said. Her thoughts immediately went towards the possibility of it being some sort of test from her master. Or perhaps she was wrong? "Alright, then", she nodded slightly. Either way she didn't really feel like standing up anymore, so she went with soft steps towards the other end of the couch, sitting down on it, feeling that it was actually quite comfortable made in a soft fabric. Lightly she arched her back, stretching slightly before she turned her amethyst gaze back to him. "You mentioned a brother... ?", she asked slightly, not able to hide away her curiosity anymore.

 Șeth Țylerson He was sipping his champagne when she asked her question and he slowly lowered the glass.
"That I did. I guess it's fair that you know some of my background. I am the second eldest child of four siblings. Three brothers, one baby sister. I grew up in Cambridge with my family until I was seventeen, where I then moved here to this very apartment and started my writing career."[[No, no it's fine ^^ I'm going to start being busy soon anyway. School is starting soon]]

Juliette "Etoile" CainShe listened to him speak about his family, hearing him mention some brothers and one younger sister. All that family... it sounded nice. "Three brothers and one sister. Wauw... How is it, to have that many siblings?", she asked, wanting to know how it felt, since she had almost lived her whole life as an only child, but she remembered that her father had been speaking about someone else besides her a long time ago. Perhaps she really had someone? The question seemed to bother her.

Șeth Țylerson "At times, it was far from joyous and yet at other times... it was just perfect." He becomes silent as he becomes involved with the memories he has with his family. He raised his champagne glass back to his lips before downing the rest of the liquid. He let it fizz a bit in his mouth before swallowing. The young man stood up and looked towards her,
"I'll be going back to my writing... You may begin tomorrow if you wish." With those as his parting words, he left the living room to his study.[[It would probably be best to include a time skip soon. Probably only a week or two.]]

Juliette "Etoile" CainJuliette noticed how his expression changed in the time after he had been speaking about his family. That made her wonder, if it had brought back some old memories. She knew that feeling all too well, and then she looked back towards the glass in her hands. Gently she reached it towards her lips, taking a sip from it, before she got a glimpse of him standing up from the corner of her eyes. "Thank you...", she managed to say, before he disappeared completely out of her view. "... for everything".

Șeth Țylerson It has been just slightly over a week since Juliette arrived at her new masters home and Seth was certain she had grown used to her new surroundings and routine. Seth's routine, however, never once changed because of her arrival.
He would still drag his frame away from his bed at six in the morning to enter his study to spend the next two hours leaning over his desk typing -or just staring if nothing comes to him- on his typewriter. After that Seth would go to the bathroom and spend only ten minutes in there, including shower, getting dressed, cleaning his teeth and so on.
Juliette learned the hard way that Seth had a habit of waking up and then walking around in only his jeans in the mornings, which were zipped up but just unbottoned. Meaning each morning, she would see his bare chest.
It was defined with muscle, but they weren't a ridiculous 'I work out everyday, so you must stare in awe at them' or something to that arrogant effect. They were just there and at times would be pleasing to look at for some people. He had no chest hair at all, but he did have what people would call the 'treasure trail' from the bottom of his naval downwards.
As Seth had told Juliette, he would go out to countless lunch and dinner meetings that he mostly was never in his apartment except for the mornings. Every time the young master would leave, he locked the door but after coming to terms that Juliette wouldn't go anywhere anyway, he began to just leave it unlocked.[[Nah, just to help move it along and to show what life will be like... as you probably just read. ^^; Well, what's the point in having a sexy male character... if your not going to make him sexy? wink And I'm sorry about not posting sooner, I've had two induction days at my new college and I have to take two buses to get to it. So I will apologize in advance if this happens again!... Though I'll probably still beg you for forgiveness...]]

Juliette "Etoile" CainIn that time, Juliette had learned more about his apartment and none the less more about her master aswell. That seemed to please her, since this difference had turned to be a joyful one. It was almost as if she didn't feel like a simple slave - but she couldn't get herself to say that out loud, though. What to call it... standard-knowledge for a slave? Perhaps.
She learned how her master started his day, but she hadn't really been used to certain things at first. But that was only a matter of time, before the 'I-walk-around-in-nothing-else-but-my-jeans' moments, didn't surprise her anymore. She remembered seeing his chest one morning, and an immediate color rose to her cheeks, which she had tried hiding by turning around or perhaps even 'suddenly remembering', that she had something to do somewhere, eventhough Seth weren't the type to give orders each and every minute. But that 'fase' was over now, and she had gotten used to it.. but... well, anyways.
At least she couldn't complain. She wasn't locked away inside the mansion, but then again... sometimes she was the only one in the apartment, since Seth had so many meetings.

Șeth Țylerson The front door opens at around three o'clock and Seth calls out to Juliette stating that he is back. Though it was surprising for Seth to be back at this time, usually he didn't come back until eight in the evening. He walked around his apartment until he found her,
"Juliette? I suggest you grab your coat, we're going out today."

Juliette "Etoile" CainShe had been standing by one of the bookshelves, lightly bending down to pick up one of the old-looking books covered in chestnut colored leather, which seemed to have fallen down from it's place. Her small, delicate hand had barely just touched the cover of the book, as she heard some steps approach her. She flinched, as she suddenly heard a voice speak, but immediately calmed as the voice seemed quite familiar to her. Juliette turned around with the book to her chest, quickly putting it back on the shelf. "R-Right now? But to where?", she managed to ask, still a bit startled from him coming home at this kind of hour. It wasn't like him. But she turned towards where her coat was hanging, letting her arms slid inside the sleeves of the light brown almost sand-powder colored coat.

Șeth Țylerson The raven haired author stood stationed in the doorway, watching her movements with the book and almost smirked at Juliette's mild surprise. He hadn't expected to come back to the apartment so early either, but something came up that -in his mind- urgently needed to be addressed.
"My editor has just informed me that I need to bring a female companion with me for tonight's evening meeting since he's decided to bring his fiancé. And as you know, I am not the one to ...socialize with women... because of my hectic schedule - so you are the most logical choice for me to pick."

Juliette "Etoile" CainJuliette blinked quickly as her master spoke, looking ahead of herself. A female companion? She thought about that for a moment. They were going to one of his meetings together? That was new. She raised an eyebrow at the last thing he said, but then nodded slightly. "But I don't know what to do or even say. I don't want to be the cause of something happening between you and your editor...", she said slightly, looking unsure for a moment. Juliette wondered for a few more moments, but she knew there wasn't time. "But of course it would be logical to choose me, so I will go", she said at last with a small added smile, her voice turning more soft, but with a slight impatient tone to it. She knew, that there wasn't time for her to think about something like this.

Șeth Țylerson Seth nods slightly at her concern, "Believe me Juliette, you will not have to say a single word to him. All you have to do is nod or smile when I introduce you to him and Rebecca. Now, shall we go?" He says with a mutual impatient tone. Seth opens the door for her and it's that moment when he realizes that this is the first time she's ever left the apartment (or at least to his knowledge).
"We have to find you a dress."

Juliette "Etoile" CainShe made a quick nod, and it seemed as if she could sense that impatience. Juliette walked towards the door, and since he opened it for her, she could just step right outside the apartment.
"Very well then", she answered. Just nod and smile, she repeated in her mind, lightly shaking her head at herself mentally.
Juliette looked thoughtfully for a moment, as he mentioned a dress. "Is there time for that?", she asked slightly.

Șeth Țylerson A small tiny smirk curls onto the black haired man's lips.
"Why else would I come home so early?" A chuckle escapes his throat and he raises his hand up to her hair. "You won't be needing this tonight." His fingers untie her maid bonnet. Once off of her head, Seth places the frilled material on the chest of drawers by the front door before closing the wooden rectangle and locking it. He turns back to her,
"Well then, shall we go?" Seth begins to walk down the open hallway and down the stairs towards the courtyard. Juliette notices that it has been raining and from the looks of it, it may rain some more later on.[[I am so sorry!! D:]]

Juliette "Etoile" CainAs the man raised his hand to her hair, Juliette's eyes slightly widened, but then a gentle, peaceful expression came over her face. She looked slightly upwards as if towards the maid bonnet. "Oh, I almost forgot", she answered slightly, not having remembered that it was still there, and her cheeks got a slight pinkish color.
"Yes", Juliette nodded at the next thing, beginning following Seth after giving the apartment a last soft glance.
The sky outside seemed rather gray, as if it had just been raining. The air seemed a bit moist as well, a few visible puddles on the ground. She didn't hope that they would see more to it. "I don't hope a storm is on it's way...", she mumbled slightly, adjusting the collar on her powder colored jacket, so that it covered her before exposed neck.
