First of all, the volume for the spores needs to be way smaller. This leaves for very little chance to fight back without fuuton jutsu. Second of all, restrict the amount of endurance lost by much more. Say... 5 for every post they linger in it.
The volume applies to every spore attack except the countess, but that wont blind anyone it will just be such a thick smoke screen that you cant see. Also this can only be used before a battle has really initiated, meaning that you cant attack back if someone attacks you, you have to immeditely summon this before it becomes a real fight.
As for the prince, the loss of motor functions is pretty much an instant kill, so no to that. Think of something else.
The dutchess seems fine. Oh, but for that second genjutsu it cant affect touch.
As for the marquess, she seems fine except for the reversal stream, take that out. If its not of their element then they cant use it.
The barons abilities will not be allowed. Increasing it by that size is quite a bit to much. :/
Also, dont forget to give each summon a proper rank in which you can summon them.

Considering he's the S-class summon I figured it would be okay for him to still have at least that much. 2. I reduced some of the volume but they are rather large butterflies. I don't see why it has to be at the start of a fight but It's not totally impossible to escape it. I will edit it to say that it reaches full volume two posts after the technique has been activated if that's fine with you. 3. I figured that you would say that, so My back up plan was a reversal of motor functions. Still something you can work around but is still worthy of an A-rank. 4. I edited it to no longer affect touch but still affect taste. If you'd rather it to affect both I can fix it. 5. I changed it to a mineral stream. making it a Doton technique. Marquess is a masculine title by the way. Marchioness is the female version. 6. I meant to erase the 1's before the 5 but it must have slipped my mind. I also lowered the height a bit. 7. I gave each of them their rank. If there are any further problems let me know and I will fix them when I return from work. 8. IMPORTANT NOTE: Only the summoner has been stated to be immune to it's effects, not his allies.

First summon is fine.
Reversed motor function is fine.
Dutchess is fine.
Marquess is fine And sorry, most titles ending with ess are usually feminine.
Well no combat use for the countess because its an escape vehicle. Its kinda like saying "Ok so I'm fighting this guy forever and when it seems like hes gonna win I'm just gonna poof myself away while he's struggling to even see." You know? Its just kinda cheap.
The baron is fine.
So overall its accepted, and I don't really care about the reason. It was an overall welldone summon, and thats good enough for me.

Requesting Summons Name: Kagirinai: Graveyard of Blades Type of Summons: Weapon Special abilities: Magnetism, Lightning Description: While training with the Mugen Ittoryu style, Rei Hyuga had a special blacksmith he knew create 100 long blades that looked similar to the Lightning Blade of the Mist, just longer. Once they were all made, Rei infused them all with his own special lightning chakra, using his better control over chakra as a hyuga clan member. Each has been infused with a special seal that works with a specific scroll carried around by Rei and only Rei. He throws the scroll into the air and the weapons are summoned forth, raining down across the battle field. Ten blades (which become unusable) slam into the ground with great force in a good position around the battle field. Their electric filled chakra connect around in a circle, and erect a barrier dome around everyone within the circle. The barrier is electrified, meaning anyone including the user who touches it gets high voltage shock, no escape until the summoning disappears (which it does after 3 turns from the user, 3 turns then on the forth turn) or it is dismissed. The remaining 90 blades are infused with Rei's special chakra, meaning anyone besides Rei who touches them gets a powerful shock. As well as they are all magnetized by the chakra and react to his touch, allowing him to control it as he controls his own chakra (-1 chakra point per blade controlled, per turn). I said he can control. That doesn't mean he will. He can use them at will on and off, and it only is subtracted if he decides too. Like if I want a blade from twenty meters away to come to me, I control it and drag it over too me. That'd be -1. But say I wanted too use 10 swords at once, yet I only have 2 arms. Well then I hold two swords and magnetically control the 8 other blades with my chakra. That'd be -8 points for controlling that many on that turn alone.

Hmmm.... Well then I think it should take off a minimum because you have to keep them infused with your chakra, and the barrier will cost chakra. A ranked chakra for the barrier each turn, and then -2 chakra for each sword controlled magically at once.

The chakra is already sealed inside of the blades so its pretty much just chakra control. It was sealed inside when they were made, as said in the description. And once the summon ends the chakra starts to return to them, which wasn't stated. All in all think of them all as living swords with their own chakra set.
As for the barrier, that uses up all of the chakra in those ten blades making them unable to anything else besides hold it up, not even being able to be used or controlled. Thats why it needs all ten.
Though I did forget to say that the summoning automatically ends in 3 turns.

I realized... It did say it ended in three turns. So all in all, it can't be used more then once every day. And as his ultimate technique, why won't use it constantly. He does still have the original none special blade version *nods* Not to mention he will most likely use his seven blade of the mist before he uses this, this being much stronger then the single blade. Though when used in combination...

It also has an extremely powerful claw to keep the opponent still in the vice-like grip, or even crush them to death with it. His claw and lance are made of superheated water, while the rest of his body seems to have a metal like texture; however it is only his shell. Description: From the water rises a menacing figure that has a grip as powerful as a sharks bite, and a lance that can reach you a mile away. wow, ok, this is actually a good idea. i might make something like this..... i may approve it, but you gotta realize why i'm a little wary. maybe you should be required to be summon specialist. if not, you better come up with a damn good reason why i should let you have 20 something summons.....
ok, first of all, if i do approve this, all of them need to be near water. and i'm not talking about a small lake. i mean like a river water. you can make it manually using a jutsu or something, but it has to be enough water to hold a couple of these beasts.
second, the ability to cancel out genjutsus is not happening. i might allow it in Gengen, but really, there is no reason why any other should have the ability to basically negate any genjutsus used against them/you.
Shark Man can't have 300 strength. 200, maybe 250. but 300? Frost Lobo needs to be jounin. Jet shark can't have twice the agility as the user. maybe 1.5 or something. fix those things and i'll take a look at it again

@Nerd: Well, there are no rules at all about the amount of summons. The only perks summon specialist gets is sage mode. You can have as many summons as you want no matter what class.
Yes, every one jounin or above needs a water source, but the others aren't strong enough to need much water.
Actually that ability is scientific. Sharks have supersensitivity. It allows them to smell things all around them but whats really extraordinary is that they have these pores that allow them to trace even the tiniest of electrons, meaning that they can sense anything within a mile of them [and thats the smaller sharks] that has electrons meaning humans, animals, electronic devices, raiton jutsu, etc. Which pretty much makes genjutsu useless. I can use this science to prove why the genjutsu's are inneffective against my summons in the middle of a fight, but I figured it would be easiuer to just have it as an ability to stop confusion. O: Oh and the shark sage has been raised by the shark and has grown the nodes to allow the supersensitivity.
Well his only ability is pure power so I think 300 would be good. They would have to move pretty slow to be hit by him even with his wide reach. If I change it to 200 or 250 can he still have the thing where if they have the base equal to his its always exactly 100 more than their strength? I'll change the frost lobo [Even though he's not very powerful..] and I'll change the jet shark one to 1.5 O:
