"I want you to make an restraints, in other word an handcuff. You've seen those before? it's to restrain a person from doing anymore damage around them. So yeah, that would be good to take away your enemy of the use of their hands." He explained to him, he even have one with him.
"After that, make Night vision scanner, infrared scanner, and Prop shredder. I know well that you are very entrusted of having night and heat vision to see in the dark. And the Prop shredder is actually an saw blade that you can have on you. It should be strong enough to cut even a shield in half." Bruno explained him the things. "Now hope to it!"

Restraints Rank: C Skill description: As the name says, it restrains a character. If someone may commit a crime, these restraints can be placed upon them to keep them from doing anything more. Although they have little affect on classes and Bloodlines with higher strength(8 or above). Although you have to manedge to get the character hands into the restraints. They can be placed on legs, hands, and other limbs and appendages. Can also be used to cuff someone to the user instead, usaully hand to hand. They also have to be made in order to use them. Night Vision Scanner Rank: D Description: A basic Add-on that allows you to see clearly in dark areas. Though this has a possible side effect. If the enemy notices that you are using night-vision and they create a bright light, this will cause your screen to be consumed in white light disabling the Night-Vision Scanner. Infrared Scanner Rank: C Description: May be attached anywhere except for the legs but if it is not as a scope it would require a HUD display add-on so that you can see what you actually scanned. This will allow you to spot the heat signatures of your opponents, not all that useful if the entire area is on fire. Prop Shredder Rank: C Description: It's a rotating saw blade that can be attached at the torso, arms or legs. It is as sharp as steel and can easily cut through a shield as long as significant force is being applied. It is actually considered a B rank attack for the blades spin and do repeated strikes. If you want you can also consider it a 5 C rank attacks.

X-x_iKemo_x-X Actually, since the boy is Trainee the C Ranks should take about 3 post. C Rank Skills=7 post- 5 [teacher] - 1 [Same Class]+2 [rank of skill] ((Don't forget the area bonuses this place gives, so that's another -2 post. And he's Novice, so it's only +1 for being above him. >.>))

Antonio waked into the room after him. Taking some metal and some tools he started to attempt to make some restraints. A few minutes later and he was done and had a pair of handcuffs. He put these in his backpack and went onto the next skill.

Antonio took some materials and pondered how he would make the night vision scanner. Looking around he saw two pairs of binoculars and took one pair. He took the materials needed and added a button to add a night vision scanner mode to them.

Antonio took the same pair of binoculars that he just added a night vision mode to and went to work on them again. This time he would be making a infrared scanner to it. A few minutes later and the binoculars had another button and a infrared mode to it.

Antonio took out a square piece of iron metal. He took out some tools and went to work. Using a motor and a y-shaped tube. He had the piece of metal into a serrated disk. Using a long bolt he put it in the tube securely and attached some wire to it. He attached the motor to the base of the tube and turned it on. The disk started to spin quickly. Antonio put a piece of the scrap from the square in front of the blade and it cut it cleanly in half.

"Cool. Now.." Bruno pulled out a scroll and toss it over to Antonio. "Here are guid/info and blue print with the Mechanist tools. I'm pretty sure you'll do just fine with all the easy ones. Let me know when your done all the E's and D's." He told him. He grabbed a chair and leanded on it to wait when he's needed.
((You can learn all the E's and D's rank on your own. The area gives you -2, so all the E's will be 1 post and D's 3 post. That won't be hard for you. I know you want to go through this quickly as possible, so I'll let you learn most of them on you own pace. :/))

Antonio looked at the book and went to work. Taking several pieces of scrap metal, he started to make a rectangular prism. He took out some welding equipment and welding the pieces together.

Antonio looked at the book again and grabbed some more scrap metal. Like before he made it into a prism. He welded the pieces together and cut out a circular hole at the top. Antonio poured some water into it to check for leaks. There weren't any and he poured the water out.

Antonio looked at the book again. He grabbed a movie projector and some more scrap metal. Using this he took apart the movie projector and used the parts there to make a projector. He turned it on and an image of himself was sent out.

Bruno streached out his arm and yawn, and look at Anto's project and say how far he is. "*yawn* I want to show you something." He suddenly said. He stood up to walk over to the pile of junk, to pull out his old mechanic Arms and legs. "Try making these. Some robotic part that you can where on you. You can put on any of your add-on's, making some more space on you, and have some armor body part as protection." Bruno tussed the part on the table with a little crashing sound off the heavy weight. "Make you very own, you can use my old one to help out any ideas." He told him

Tool Tinkering: Arm Rank: C Description: This uses a bit more energy to create but there are two ways of using it. You either create a gauntlet that forms over your arm or you create an arm. This arm/gauntlet may be from shoulder till your fingertips or just from the elbow. Get a custom weapon or custom machine for it (Although it won't count as one of your machines). At trainee only one add-on is possible, at novice 2, at adept 4, 5 at expert, and at master 7 can be attached. Antonio was already thinking about making some armor. He looked at the mechanical limbs. Getting a better idea he looked around for a bodysuit. He found one that was made from leather. He grabbed it and some iron strips. He sewed the strips onto the leather. Antonio then put the body suit on.
Grabbing more iron he started to make the actual armor pieces. Once he finished making the arms he slid them on the bodysuit. Taking a screwdriver he secured them.

Still working Antonio grabbed some more iron. He started to make the legs. Using most of the iron he made the right leg.
Grabbing more iron he went to work on the left leg. Once he finished making both legs he slip them onto the bodysuit. He then screwed them on to secure them.

Bruno"Very good. know something usefull for you head." He draw out a old scope. "Make a scope, it would hold some of you add-on's on you head. Though for beeing a smaller part, it doesn't hold much and should be easier to make." He told him.

Tool Tinkering: Scope Rank: D Description: The slightly unusual skill of the Mechanist but quite needed. This allows you to manipulate a normal pair of binoculars and attach add-ons you can create.At trainee only one add-on is possible, at novice still 1 at adept 2, 3 at expert, and at master 4 can be attached. This can be attached to your hat or helmet but you cannot replace your head just yet.

Antonio grabbed the things needed to make a scope. He put the lenses into the plastic base. He attached the extra parts needed in all scopes. Once done he set it down on the table.

"Alright. I want you three more things and I think we're done here. I want you to make Concussion Grenades, Percussion Grenades, and Cryo Grenade. These grenades will help you with your fights with people. The Cryo is more useful for Kusana. We got to make sure that we can stop and forest fire going on through the hole nation. Make sure you use those for that, after all you are part of our citizian." He pulled out a scroll and gave it to Anto. "Here's the blue print of making the gernades." He told him.
((1 post)) Concussion Grenades Rank: D A grenade filled to the brim with explosive powder. It has no shrapnel to it, all though it cause a mighty loud explosion, and can only harm you if your within 3 meters of you. Otherwise it's just an extremely loud noise. It's extremely deadly in the water, causing internal bleeding. ((2 post each)) Percussion Grenades Rank: C Percussion grenades, pose no threat, unless you have super hearing. Then it's one of the most debilitating grenades in the world. It produces a non lethal sound. For the average human, you would be deafened for 2 posts, and everything with super hearing would be debilitated for 3. Cryo Grenade Rank: C On the opposite end of the spectrum from the incidiary grenade, this one freezes the area. It does this by emitting a high amount of nitrogen after a small amount of powder blows water every where. This freezes most things in the near vicinity of the grenade, and puts out fires easily. If a person is frozen, they will be stuck for 2 posts, only able to escape with high strength, or fire as their element.

Antonio grabbed a spherical piece of crap metal. Grabbing a thing of black-powder he filled it to the top. Antonio then added a fuse and a top to it.

Antonio grabbed two more metal balls. He set one to the side and then went to work on the other one. He filled it halfway with black-powder.
Still working with the same grenade he put the fuse in it and attached the top. With a small plastic hose he inserted compressed air into the grenade. Antonio filled the hole that he had the tube in and then set the grenade to the side.

Antonio took the second metal ball and started to work on it. He grabbed a thing of liquid nitrogen and started to work quickly. Pouring the nitrogen into the ball he spilled some. He moved his hand quickly so he didn't touch it.
After moving his hand back, he poured the nitrogen in it slowly. He put a strange fuse in it. Closing the grenade with the top he set it to the side.
