I'm not here for your entertainment You don't really wanna mess with me tonight x x x Dendera chuckled at the vaporeon's sudden outburst, it was adorable how easily embarrassed that he was at himself. The umbreon wanted to see him let go of that feeling like he had to be impenetrable, he could just let himself have fun for once. "Yeah well that wouldn't be any fun." he said with a laugh and nudged the man with his elbow. Bang bang bang, they all fall down. Head shot head shot head shot, that was his thing, what he was good at - the fatal shots. Then again, shooting games were child's play altogether to the man. But he tried not to make it too easy for his companion.
Down the stairs, into the home that would be normal if it weren't for the blood and the knocked over furniture. But that wasn't what eyes were drawn to, the gameplay kept the focus on the zombies that, once startled, came running. He made sure to keep the game interesting, maybe not save the man right away when he got a hunter on him, shot every car that had an alarm, just various little things. He'd glance at the vaporeon every couple of minutes, to make sure he was enjoying it as well, and just to see him enjoying it. __________________________
After they had beat the four different levels that the game had to offer, Dendera set his controller onto the floor in front of the couch and stretched himself out against the back of the couch. "We can play something else if you'd like," he offered, turning to look at Silas now, "Or just do something else altogether." he offered, not quite sure what the man would prefer, though it was quite enjoyable to watch him get into the game.
Once finished stretching he decided to once again pop the vaporeon's personal bubble, grabbing hold of his wrists and pulling him against his chest as he let himself fall back to rest his head against the arm of the couch. He couldn't help but to laugh to himself, sure that he would catch hell for that move, but realizing that he didn't much mind it.

"He's a beautiful monster" "You're a knife, sharp and deadly" "Uhn, I guess," was all he replied, his attention only diverting for the briefest moment when the man spoke. Silas was absorbed in the game, quite a bit. His eyes were darting all over the large tv screen, on the look out for zombies here and there, or other lurking creatures that kept to the shadows. If anything, he was getting too into the game, because whenever something did pop out and attack his character he always jumped and yelled at the tv, pressing buttons rapidly. He'd yell at the Umbreon for help here and there, and then yell at the monsters and zombies that were attacking him, then yell back at Dendera for setting off alarms that called said monsters and zombies. The Vaporeon caught himself a few times, but most of the time he was too engrossed in the game to really notice his own behavior, or the glances from his companion.
________________________
He glanced over at the man for a moment as he spoke again, then back at the tv screen as he tried to think it over. They'd beaten the four levels that were available, which had taken up quite a bit of time. The thought of returning 'home' had crossed his mind. His hair was fully dried, and spiking out in random directions like it did when he didn't style it. He almost hated looking at it sometimes, because it reminded him of the past. "I don't know. I don't usually do mu-" he started to say, but was quickly cut off when his wrists were caught again and he was pulled over, suddenly finding himself in a laying position on top of the Umbreon.
It didn't happen immediately, he'd been too caught up in the game that he grew relaxed and let his guard down. But, the realization hit him like when a cat got a bucket of water dumped on it, and the hair on the back of his neck stood on end, his eyes going wide in surprise. "Wh-what are you doing!? Let go-!" he half yelled, an obvious blush rising to his cheeks as he struggled to pull away. Oddly enough, at first he could've sworn that he almost found the position comfortable, but brushed it off as him just being caught off guard and 'not in his right state of mind' when it happened.
The downsides to this particular situation was the 'particular' person he was struggling against. Dendera beat him in every physical category. He was stronger, faster, sturdier, and apparently had more experience. The only way Silas was going to get out of such a position was if the man let him out, which he was fully aware of, but was far too out of his comfort zone and far too embarrassed, as well as too used to refusing his own feelings that he continued to struggle anyway. The other downside was that the man always had the tendency to make him feel strange and always put him in situations he wouldn't 'normally' be in, and they only made his blushing that much worse.

I'm not here for your entertainment You don't really wanna mess with me tonight x x x Dendera laughed as the vaporeon tried to pull himself away. Honestly, he had expected resistance. Silas never just let him burst the personal bubble, and he was certain that there was more struggling going on in the boys head than what the umbreon could see. "Shhh" with a laugh he brought two fingers up over the man's lips to hush him. "Chill out." he said with a grin still in place as he stared at the man.
He attempted to get comfortable beneath his struggling companion. He took delight in seeing that rising blush in the vaporeon's cheeks, also enjoying to see him in his futile struggle. It was funny, he hadn't realized how much he out-did the man physically. Dendera was confident in his strength and ability to handle any struggle, but hadn't really sized up Silas as competition.
"Would it kill you to just lay with me, sober and awake this time?" he asked with an eyebrow raised just enough to have that taunting look on his face. He loosened his grip now, to allow the struggling water type free if he wished it, his arms now just loosely around the man's shoulders. "If I wanted to hurt you, I wouldn't lay down to do it." he added with a soft brief laugh, hoping that his friend would cool his jets, though it was doubtful.

"He's a beautiful monster" "You're a knife, sharp and deadly" He heard what the Umbreon was saying, though most of his attention seemed to be on the man's hands on his wrists. 'Cuffs I can't break out of,' he thought to himself, still pulling as hard as he could bring himself to. Silas wasn't much for strength, which was obvious. His frame was slim, small, though he had some strength, his main emphasis was speed, which couldn't help him now. The Vaporeon shifted to a straddling position, which made it a lot easier to pull than when he was laying down, but it was still useless.
Silas heard the man speak again and felt the hands release his wrists, but his arms found his shoulders. It wasn't long before realization set in again about the new position he was in, his blush increasing before he took advantage of the loose hold to scoot off the man as quickly as he could, pausing in a crabwalk-like position about a foot away on the couch. "That's not the point!" he half yelled again, gripping the cushions in his hands. His heart was pounding in his chest, so much so that the sound almost filled his ears. It was all happening too fast. They'd only met last night, and he could only remember pieces of it. Waking up in a foreign surrounding with someone he hadn't ever really met before, then having that person somehow get past some of his 'walls', who he then played games with for hours before getting caught in embraces he'd never been in before. It flustered and confused him, made him feel warm yet cold, part of him liked it, part of him wanted to run.
"I don't.." he started, the feeling of confusion taking over rather than anger for a change, "I've never.." Silas trailed off, his eyes darting to the side as he tried to think about what he was even saying. But before he could get too far, something that had apparently been welling up inside of him finally spilled over. "Why are you getting so close?!" he half yelled again before his voice dropped, closing his eyes a little, "You're so persistent..I don't want to..get hurt again.." His eyes went a little wide when he'd realized what he said, gripping the cushion just a bit more. 'I didn't fully think his plan would work..and yet it's only been..not even a day and I'm already this much of a mess? Why is this happening?' he thought to himself. He wanted to run, to get away from this..'persistent intruder' in his life, but he couldn't bring himself to move, he was stuck.
"...forget what I said," he finally said stubbornly, somehow getting the strength to get up from the couch. He didn't know where to go, the house wasn't his own, so he just let his feet carry him where they seemed to want to go. His walk was fast, and it wasn't long before he started running once he was out of sight. The Vaporeon stopped and opened a random door, darting inside before shutting it quickly and walking over to a window. His eyes glanced around the room, 'Empty,' he thought to himself, eventually staring at the floor. 'I'm in this position..again..I feel like some sort of wounded wild animal or something,' he thought again, biting the inside of his lip, 'and my 'caretaker'..seems to be getting past my 'wild defenses.' Silas kept himself quiet, trying to think. He wasn't sad, or even angry, he was..unsure of what to do. Most of what he'd done, apparently last night, as well as that day, most of it was brand new to him, some very 'out of his comfort zone'. He didn't know how to handle himself, so he tried to keep himself blank, tried to think. But once again his efforts were useless, his mind kept flashing back to the Umbreon outside of the door behind him, and it only made him more confused, as well as another light shade of blush to rise to his cheeks. It was frustrating, yet not entirely unwelcome.

I'm not here for your entertainment You don't really wanna mess with me tonight x x x It became obvious to Dendera that his assurance didn't mean much as the vaporeon continued to try to break free from him. For some reason, the man was dead-set on believing that people were just out to hurt him, even if the umbreon tried to convince him otherwise. The laughter calmed and eventually died as his companion continued to be upset by the close proximity. At first Dendera had just seen him being pushy as an innocent attempt to make the man open up to him. But right now it looked a lot like he was forcing himself on him.
He didn't force him to stay when the boy sat up and pushed himself to the other side of the couch. "I just..I didn't think it would bother you so much..sorry." he attempted to respond but the vaporeon was apparently on a roll, lashing out at the man who'd popped his personal bubble on more than one occasion. Soon after the outbursts Silas just up and ran off down the hallway.
For a few minutes the umbreon just lay there, staring up at the ceiling and thinking to himself. He wasn't usually very social, but even so, he knew the vaporeon's behavior was odd. At the same time though, it was warranted. Dendera didn't know him very well but persistently came into close quarters with him, despite the shoving and protesting. He didn't want to scare the man off, he wasn't trying to be clingy or anything like that, he just thought that the things he did were fine and normal - it was just what he felt like doing.
He let out a sigh, deciding to try again. He peeled himself up off of the couch and made his way down the hallway, peering through doors until the room that he looked into held Silas. He approached him, though this time careful not to enter that personal space bubble. "I wasn't trying to upset you." he spoke softly.

"He's a beautiful monster" "You're a knife, sharp and deadly" The Vaporeon was still stuck in his rut thinking to himself when he heard the door open, going a little stiff for a moment before relaxing a bit again. He still felt tense, but at the same time, as seemed to be becoming another habit, the man made him feel calm. The situation was new to him, and he wasn't sure what to do or how to reply. For once, he found his mouth just moving on it's own and blurting out words he always kept to himself, but kept his face turned towards the window. "...I'm not..used to this sort of thing..I don't get hugged, or touched, really..I don't talk to people unless I have to.." he paused, reaching for the bottom of the borrowed shirt. Silas was hesitant about what he was about to do, but while he found he wanted to keep it to himself, a larger part was tired of hiding it, and if it was anyone else he probably wouldn't feel that way. He pulled the shirt up and off, holding it to his chest and keeping his back to the man, the long scar in plain sight. The motion felt familiar, like he'd done it before, which was about the time the memory from the club came back. He had done this before, shown the man one of his most painful secrets, and he couldn't help but smile a little sourly at himself for a moment.
"I'll elaborate on this, since I don't recall doing so last night," he finally said, his voice calm and quiet, but plenty audible in the silent room, "the person I came to trust the most gave this to me, in a round about sort of way." The Vaporeon felt anxious, nervous, shaky, but he couldn't stop himself from letting it all pour out. Maybe it was just..time that he did so, the right time, and the right person to tell..? He wasn't sure. "I was in a gang when I was fourteen, a street gang. My parents yelled and argued, liked to think I wasn't there, and I had no friends to speak of, so I finally just snapped and got involved in it. One time, a while after I'd been in it, I guess I became too much of a 'threat' to the guy leading it, he didn't like how great my reputation was getting. I didn't think anything of it, I had no intention to take over some gang, I was just enjoying being a part of something, being noticed, and I'd grown to trust the guy more than anyone. He sent us out to deal with some 'turf war' except I ended up getting left there in the middle of it, abandoned, left for dead, basically. I got this as a result of it, as well as the knowledge that I'd been discarded and betrayed. I guess he didn't see me the way I saw him, a friend, someone I could count on and trust without any doubts. In the end..he broke me." He finished even quieter than earlier, his hands buried in the shirt and clutching it tightly.
Silas was quiet, and very still, but his heart was pounding again. '..I can't believe I just told him everything..' he thought to himself. "Can you understand now why I act the way I do? I didn't have anyone to start with, and when I did feel like I had found someone I could trust they literally stabbed me in the back," he spoke up a little, turning a little to look at the man, the slightest traces of tears building up in his eyes, though it was difficult to see. As emotional as he was, crying was something he rarely did. "..I'm afraid of you and what you're doing to me," he paused, glancing back at the floor, "yet for some reason I can't just shove you out the door like I can with everyone else." The Vaporeon fell silent again, waiting for some sort of response, though his body was trembling, albeit it was subtle. He was on edge, yet so calm, it felt strange to him but he couldn't change it.

I'm not here for your entertainment You don't really wanna mess with me tonight x x x Dendera had a hard time controlling himself as the man began to speak. He wanted very badly to just grab the vaporeon and hold him tightly, it seemed the reassuring thing to do. But he was very unsure about anything physical at the moment, especially after the outburst earlier. He understood that it wasn't something that Silas was used to, and honestly Dendera wasn't very used to it either. He wasn't an impersonal type of guy though, he showed small physical signs of affection when someone was important to him. It was just that it had been a long time since someone had meant anything that warranted that. The umbreon just felt the need to lay his hands on Silas and didn't think it was unnatural and would be considered too much.
After a moment, the man before him began to undress. The umbreon's eyes widened before he realized what was happening. His eyes trailed over the scar that he had seen part of once before - when the man had been drunk the night before. He reached out a hand as though he would touch it but stopped himself short. He wanted to tell the vaporeon that it would never happen again, that he would never let him get hurt again, and certainly wouldn't be the one to hurt him. But he didn't want to interrupt the man, it seemed like it was very hard for him to talk about this and he wasn't sure that the boy would try to tell him again if he did interrupt.
He listened in silence to the story, standing still and quiet as the walls around them. It made him sad to see his companion so shaken with the retelling of his past. Dendera's anger was aimed at the figure from the boy's past and he just knew if it were happening in front of him there would have been hell to pay. But no, it was something that had already happened, and scarred Silas in more ways than one. But the umbreon got solace in the fact that at least now he could protect and shelter the male.
Once the man was finished speaking Dendera was at a loss for words. He bit down on his lip, looking into those wet blue eyes - unsure of what to do. Finally he let himself reach out, though he wasn't sure how it would be taken. He grabbed hold of the man gently turning him to face him, hiding the vaporeon in his arms as though that would be enough to protect him from his own past. "I understand your fear," he started with concern written all over his face, "But I am not going to hurt you, I could never.." he continued though sure that promising it wouldn't make it any easier. "I am not that boy from your past, I want to be your friend, and I am never going to abandon you. Never." he attempted to assure the boy though not sure how well it would work to make him feel better.

"He's a beautiful monster" "You're a knife, sharp and deadly" He was surprised, to say the least, when he was turned around and pulled over. Silas' eyes went a little wide at the actions, and that persistent blush that always showed itself around that persistent man came back to his face. It seemed to happen all too frequently, even during times like these. But he listened, quietly, his body still shaking in the Umbreon's arms in the same subtle way it had been since he showed the man his scar for a second time. He couldn't see Dendera's face, but he could hear the concern layering his voice, and it only made the words sound that much sweeter. The Vaporeon couldn't bring himself to fully give into those words, not yet, but a larger part of him than before found more faith in them than it had earlier, which was a great improvement for him in and of itself.
His hands were pressed tightly into his chest, still wound up in the black piece of clothing, he almost felt handcuffed again, though didn't really seem to mind it as much as he thought he would. Silas didn't feel threatened around Dendera, not in the same way he felt around others. Dendera's threat was unseen, something that wasn't tangible, but also something he didn't completely reject, much to his surprise. He opened his mouth a few times to speak, but closed it just as quickly, blinking here and there to keep the warm tears from spilling over. Again, he found his mouth moving on it's own, but by this point decided to just let it do as it pleased for the time being. "Please see that you don't..because I can't..I can't do it again," he finally said, his voice still quiet, docile even, if not a little shaky, resembling his body. "It might not even seem like much to someone else. I've heard of people who've had harder lives, but in my life..I'm not capable of going through it all a third time," he added in, closing his eyes a little before taking a few steps back, gently sliding the borrowed shirt back over his head and adjusting his spiked hair over the collar. "This is the last time I can do this," he warned, but his voice and face weren't harsh. On the contrary, they were..calm, a little concerned, though he couldn't tell if it was concern for himself or Dendera.
"You were right..earlier," he added in, glancing to the side a little awkwardly, "I am fragile, probably more than you thought. Don't let me break a second time." It felt strange to talk about himself that way, finally admitting even to himself that he wasn't as strong as he once thought he was or tried to be. In all reality, he was just another kid with a tough life and bad memories, but one that had someone around who actually seemed to care. It was practically beyond him, why he felt like he did towards the Umbreon, and why the Umbreon felt how he did towards himself. '..am I prepared now..?' he thought to himself, glancing back up at Dendera uncertainly, yet a little determined.

I'm not here for your entertainment You don't really wanna mess with me tonight x x x Dendera wanted to just stay that way, just hold him tightly like that for the longest time. He felt the vaporeon shaking in his grip, it made him seem so frail, like if he let go the boy would shatter. But he wasn't make of glass and he wasn't cracking into tiny pieces, he was just sharing parts of himself that he wasn't used to sharing and it was obviously very difficult for him.
When he spoke, he sounded like he was trying so hard. It seemed like the vaporeon wanted to be strong but Dendera didn't think that he had to be. The umbreon wouldn't blame him for having a weak moment, there are things that could bring anyone to their knees - there was no shame in having weakness. When the man pulled away, Dendera brought his hands together, gnawing down on his lower lip as he looked with all the sympathy in the world towards Silas.
"I know.." he spoke softly, barely speaking at all, trying to be so gentle as though his tone of voice alone would be enough to shatter the fragile vaporeon. He came closer to the man again, in no amount of sudden or startling movements, and slid his arms around his neck. He pressed his forehead against the shorter males own forehead, staring him right in those lovely blue eyes. He scanned them, as though there would be some secret answer in there as to what he could do to make it all go away, but there was no answer there.
After a long moment in the silence he spoke again without moving a muscle, "I promise you, as long as I am here, I won't let anything hurt you." he spoke firmly, strongly, confidently. At his core, the umbreon was a soldier, a rock solid one, and he knew, even though they barely knew one another, that he would never let anyone harm Silas like that again - not as long as he was there to protect him.

"He's a beautiful monster" "You're a knife, sharp and deadly" Silas took note of Dendera's voice, his attention focusing even more on the man, if that was possible. It was soft, but in such a still and empty room it was almost perfectly clear. He saw the movements being made towards him, and normally he would've flinched or avoided them like the plague, but this wasn't a normal situation for him. Instead of recoiling or feeling any rejection to it, he almost welcomed it with open arms, though it was still too soon for him to do something quite like that. His eyes stayed on the man's, his peripheral vision keeping track of the movements until their foreheads touched. Another new touch, another new sensation that would be etched into his memory from this day, something..he could call pleasant edging itself into his life. He was calm, and the Umbreon's same alluring red eyes only made him calmer, relaxed even, and his body finally stopped its trembling.
It was unexpected, especially for himself, but the words managed to make him crack a small smile over his lips. It wasn't as open as he recalled from last night, but was gentle and a little confident. Even if parts of him weren't ready to accept it or ready for it at all, the larger part believed in Dendera's words, and he really did feel safe for a change.
He raised a hand after a moment, a little hesitantly, but just enough to loop a couple fingers through one of Dendera's belt loops on his pants, tugging just slightly. His eyes glanced to the side shortly after, blushing a little more than earlier, his small smile finally fading back into a calm but shy expression. It was a subtle action, but he was hoping it spoke loudly enough. Silas wanted it to mean that he was more..comfortable around the man now, accepted the fact that they'd be around each other more now, and accepted what he said, though it would still take time to work all of himself through it. The Vaporeon wasn't sure how long this moment would last, this strange peaceful calm, warm feeling that was spreading through him. He'd be back to his 'usual self' once it was over, but for now, he decided to just let himself enjoy the feelings.
Silas' eyes finally closed the rest of the way, almost feeling tired from everything that had happened in such a short time. 'It's so comfortable now..' he thought to himself, keeping as still as the room. He wasn't sure what to do, and didn't really want to think about it. The Vaporeon felt like if he moved then the moment would be over. He'd go back to being stubborn and embarrassed, putting up his front to distract everyone from who he really was. But Dendera would see past that now, wouldn't he? Far more than anyone else could, unless Silas willingly let them, which he wouldn't just yet. Though, even if this moment ended, he got the feeling more would be occurring in the future now that he'd be around the one causing them more often.

I'm not here for your entertainment You don't really wanna mess with me tonight x x x Dendera's eyes were fixed on the pair before them. The only time they left his blue eyes was when that smile appeared, it was a quick glance down at those lips. It felt nice to make him smile like that, even more so knowing that it was no simple task. He was unsure of what more to say or do, he held his position motionless and silent, just keeping that heavy stare.
When he felt a light tugging at his hips it startled him. He wasn't excepting the vaporeon to make any movement at all, particularly not one to pull him closer. He wrapped his arms more tightly around the man's neck in response, pulling their bodies closer. For once the man could feel his heart pounding against his rib cage, the firm thudding blasting in his ears. Was he nervous? That was new to him. Rarely did Dendera ever care or worry about what anyone thought of what he did or said but this moment it was so sweet in this silent tender moment, that he was afraid of ruining it if he spoke.
Silas was so different from anyone he had met before. He was such a complex and fragile little thing, it was like he was playing with the most intricate little puzzle that happened to be made of thin glass but bit by bit he was figuring out how to handle this puzzle and he didn't want to crush it. He moved his lips to speak, but it ended in just a light exhale. After a moment of choosing carefully he spoke finally, "You are infinitely adorable, Silas." a smile slid over his lips as he adjusted his arms, wrapping them around the boys back, his hands coming up to rest on his shoulders, his forehead still pressing against his, keeping in close quarters afraid that once he left that personal bubble it wouldn't be easy to get back in it.

"He's a beautiful monster" "You're a knife, sharp and deadly" He was..a little surprised again when he was pulled closer, but didn't show it outwardly, at least he tried not to. Silas couldn't understand why, but his heart was starting to beat faster again, and the feelings were almost overwhelming to him, whatever they were. He didn't know how to handle them but to try and keep them to himself like he'd always done, though he had the strange urge to return the embrace, but couldn't quite bring himself to.
Silas' eyes snapped open briefly at the man's words, but glanced off to the side again to avoid looking at him, which was hard to do when their faces were so close. "I-I am not," he stammered out quietly as the Umbreon repositioned his arms, his blush getting worse. He didn't know what to do with his own arms, so after a moment his free hand just finally hooked a couple fingers through another belt loop, mimicking the first hand. It was awkward for him, being so close to someone else. The last time he'd been that close was when he was being carried away from a fight before he was 'expelled' from the street gang he'd been in, though what he felt then and what he felt now were entirely different. Now it was warm, safe, almost unbearably so, and something was building up inside his chest that he couldn't comprehend.
The silence in the room was starting to become so loud, the beating of his heart pounding in his ears, his blush thoroughly covering his cheeks. He was..shy? Nervous? Embarrassed? Flustered? Something else he didn't have a name for? Whatever it was it felt like it was about to burst. Silas wanted to hide his face somewhere, hide the blush that wouldn't leave him alone, hide his vulnerable expression, yet he wanted it out in the open. 'I feel so confused..' his mind trailed off, tugging at the man's belt loops a bit to get his attention. "..can..can you let go now..? I don't think I can handle much more of this right now.." he finally mumbled, his eyes still staring off to the side, focused on some part of the white floor that really wasn't as interesting as his glance made it seem.
"And it's me that you cut into" "But I don't mind"

I'm not here for your entertainment You don't really wanna mess with me tonight x x x Dendera gave a quiet bit of laughter when the vaporeon stuttered a denial out, which in Dendera's mind just further showed just how cute the man was. But that warm close encounter was cut to an end when the vaporeon spoke up again. The umbreon wanted to force him to just stay there, wanted to whine in his ear 'Just a few more minutes'. But he couldn't bring himself to make things any harder on the man, even if he so dearly wanted it.
He slid his hands from the vaporeon's shoulders, down his arms until they met his wrists once more. That was when he pulled his face away, taking a step back to give him some space. "Sorry." he said quietly, a hushed voice though in the silent room it was easily heard. He reached up a hand to the man's face, brushing back a piece of soft blue hair. His hand lingered there for a moment before he finally retracted it.
"You know.." he started, beginning to speak like normal again, the tight feeling in his chest starting to subside, "I'm going to find any excuse to make you spend more time with me." he stated proudly, a grin coming across his lips. He said it as though he were a villain that was finally revealing their evil plot to the hero, confident that they couldn't be stopped. But he was no villain, and he didn't plan on bringing any harm to Silas, he wanted nothing but good things for the man. He wanted to be there for him, always.

"He's a beautiful monster" "You're a knife, sharp and deadly" He couldn't look at the man, still, his eyes remaining fixed on the floor even as he felt the hand brush back some of his hair, which only made his blush deepen a bit. He'd never felt what he was feeling now before. It caused his face to heat up, his heart to beat rapidly in his chest, his usual recoiling to fall short, his attitude to drop, and he felt so very...vulnerable, an open book even. It only lasted for that moment, but it was new to him, and it felt like it'd lasted far longer than it really did. But he was returning to 'normal' now, and once the man finished speaking again his eyes snapped back, his blush retreating to something much more mild.
"Tch, you can try," he replied stubbornly, though he really didn't seem to disagree with the statement. Silas wanted to spend more time with the Umbreon, yet didn't, warring with himself again. If anything, he only replied the way he did because he was so stubborn, with himself and others. Besides, he still had a promise to keep that he made with Dendera, so that was guarantee enough that they would have to see each other again, whether the Vaporeon's stubborn side wanted to or not.
After taking some steps, around the man and back to the open door, he paused before half turning back to his companion. "I should probably go 'home' soon. I can't keep borrowing your clothes," he finally said, pulling at the bottom of the borrowed black shirt to emphasize his point, showing just how large it was on him. He didn't really mind loose fitting clothes, and part of him particularly didn't seem to mind that they were Dendera's loose fitting clothes, but he still couldn't keep wearing someone else's wardrobe when he had one of his own. He wasn't one to mooch off of other people. "I don't know where I'm at though, since I was brought here asleep," he started again, glancing to the side, "so it might take a while to find my house." Silas was kind of glad that it probably would take a bit to find his place, but that just meant that he could spend more time with the Umbreon without actually saying that's what he was doing.

I'm not here for your entertainment You don't really wanna mess with me tonight x x x Dendera smiled, seeing that the vaporeon was back to being stubborn again, and yet that unmistakable blush still colored his face. It seemed that Silas would continue to stubbornly pretend to be distant, but the umbreon was quite sure now that he was anything but that. He leaned in close once more in response, raising a hand to move the man's blue hair away from his ear, "You say that, but those red cheeks seem to think I'll succeed." he said softly in a devious tone, knowing that was a small victory of its own. As he pulled away, that smirk was still on his face.
But it turned to a laugh soon after, "You could if you wanted to, it wouldn't bother me any." he stated, honestly he wouldn't mind having the vaporeon around for longer but it was seeming like the boy could use some time to himself to think and just plain calm himself. The umbreon was making a habit out of destroying his defenses and Silas might need time to get used to that, especially if they were going to be around each other more often.
"That's fine. We can drive around until you find it if that's what you want." he offered, again leaving it up to the vaporeon. He thought that perhaps giving him even a little sense of control would help keep the vaporeon from snapping, aside from that he also just wanted to give him whatever it was that he was wanting and so he was willing to comply with the man's desires.
