me personal I like the elites. Thay have the best story to them thay also have the best equipment the elite is the best covenent. If i could be a covenent it would be a elite. The elites could so kill all the brutes. Brutes are noobs as far as think.

Brutes probobly would be hard to kill if they were equipped with shields, active camouflage, and stronger weaponry

~.~~DeMoNiC~.~wArRiOr~~.~ There's actually one covenent: Elites. Because the Hunters, Grunts and Jackals are a different species including Drones. The Hunters, Grunts, and Jackals just have Covenent technology. But Drones are still Drones just "Drones with guns" The story with Hunters and Grunts are completely different, the Hunters obviously must have lived on a different planet since they need equipment to be in the presence of Covenent and species. Same with Grunts. You see alot of Jackal snipers because their senses are acute and are equiped with shields, PPs, etc. since they're, well.. wimpy. The whole entire bunch of species are just called Covenent because they all serve the same cause, except where some of them betray the Elites and the Grunts. A.K.A. End of Halo 2. well the word covenant means: a written agreement or promise usually under seal between two or more parties especially for the performance of some action. so in other words they're all covenant but the calling the elites elites is just saying that there better then them

That reminds me of flood when you shoot off their arms, so they just follow you arround, but don't do anything to you lol thats not completely true one looked like it was having a seisure when i shot its arms off or like it was trying to do some freaky dance so i stuck him and ran (the sulotion to all problems except for brutes plasma grenades)

to tell the truth... I don't die too often from brutes unless they're in vehicles... or when they ram me I go flying of the edge

Motaku My favorite of all the covenant is the grunts. Why? Because in halo 1 and 2, on easy mode, if you shoot them once, they freak out and run away (unless there's an elite nearby) well if you read the books they were used as sacrificesand distractions becaust they came in such great numbers
