How I Normally Look

When you see Ayden, your first thought is 'man, he's tall' with his whooping height of 6' 2". Once you notice that, you can help but to see how skinny he is and how awkward he's built. Then, your eyes trail to his other features. His long light brown hair obviously needs to be cut, and it is always straightened without a flyaway hair or a curl in sight. His high cheekbones seem to outline just how little fat you'd find on his body, while making him like slightly model like. His face structure also is sharp and precise, as if every little detail is exactly where it needs to be, with no flaws allowed. His nose is straight, and his lips are round. His brilliant blue eyes seem to be sharp and narrow, piercing right into your soul. His eyebrows are thin and angled, due to his constant plucking.

Once you get past his face, you'll notice his other alarming features. His neck is skinny, and you'll see his Adams apple poking out just enough to notice, yet not enough to disgust. His shoulders are sharp, yet not wide. You'll also notice his collarbone sticking out, even through his tee shirts. His arms are like toothpicks, without an ounce of muscle or fat. His elbows seem to jut out, and no matter how much lotion he uses, they seem to remain chalky. His fingers are thin, and his hands are wide yet small. As the rest of his bones, his wrist bones also seem to stick out. However, he seems to hide that with his few threaded bracelets he keeps on his wrist. His arms seem to be lined with a few light blue veins that are just dark enough to stand out when studying him. His chest is the same chalky white as the rest of his skin. He has small abs, which so happen to be the only muscle on his body. Yet, with that in mind, his ribs and hipbones are still very noticeable, sometimes even when he's wearing a tee shirt. His legs are skinny like his arms, but unlike the rest of him there's just enough fat to keep them from looking to skeleton like. His size 13 feet are just barely proportional to his body, therefore gives them a slightly goofy appeal.

Overall, he tries his hardest to put on the impression that he's perfect. He spends his little earnings on clothing that’s the best of the best and highest quality makeup. All of his clothing tend to be tight and are shaded in neutral colors. The only color he tends to wear outside the neutral color shades is a baby blue. However, from time to time you can find him in a blinding bright pink or a clashing neon green. His shoes are almost always TOMs or Converse branded, though he owns one pair of flip-flops for when he's in a beachy mood. You will never find him out of skinny jeans, ales he's in the shower or at the beach. His shirts are always full sleeved or around the elbow. He does have plenty of v-necks that he can wear on blistering hot days or whenever he needs something to wear underneath a button up shirt. Ayden hates tank tops with a passion and you will never ever find him with anything without sleeves of some sort. There are those times where you'll find him wearing makeup. Actually, he never ever goes out in public without some sort of powder on his face, always in the lightest shade he can find. On the days that Ayden decides to wear eyeliner, its shows up in a distinct contrast towards the rest of his chalky white skin. Luckily, the effect leaves his eyes even more piercing and breathtaking than you'd think possible. He always carries along some sort of lip balm, since his lips are always chapped.

Though Ayden goes far out of his way to show the image of perfection, he is very flawed. Obviously, his scrawniness and paleness turns off those who are in love with Abercrombie type boys. His skin gets dry often, with results in him constantly seeking out new ways to moisturize. He even goes to the extent of putting baby oil on him skin after every shower. His clear skin is the result of the top-notch acne medications, which if he forgets to scrub he'll get a few blemishes. Ayden is always counting calories and practically starves himself in order to maintain his fatless body type. He also is always working out yet he fails at gaining any sort of muscle. Ayden is obsessed with modeling, and has always dreamed of being huge in the New York modeling industry. However, because of this, he has a very low and unhealthy view of himself. He will always think he's the ugliest boy around, and tends to stay away from most males because of that. oh la la♥!

Fairytale Appearance

Ayden’s fairytale appearance doesn’t differ much from his typical look, except the fact that he looks like a complete dork. His typical skinny jeans are replaced with a pair of even tighter tights. His long sleeves are traded out for a white turtleneck with long baggy sleeves. On top of that, he wears a long royal blue vest. The vest is designed with gold trim, and his held at the waist with a golden belt. He also sports a long red cape, which falls to the edge of his shoes. For shoes, Ayden wears a pair of boots that go up to his mid calf. They’re brown leather, and fold at the top. Ayden is stripped of all makeup while wearing this outfit and his hair is pulled back into a ponytail. The academy wants him to shorten his hair some, though he continually says no. Ba Bam!

How I am

Ever since Ayden was a young boy, he had been the most adventurous of his peers. He would always drag his sister along on little adventures throughout the nearby woods. They’d go far and wide; climbing trees, swimming in unknown waters, and getting lost every which and way they went. Then when that wasn’t enough, they’d lock themselves in their rooms and play make-believe versions of adventures on deep waters, unknown islands, and terrifying ghettos. As Ayden aged, his adventures changed drastically. Instead, they turned into hoping in his car (long before he was granted a license) and drive miles out of his small town. He’d look around and find the most rare and vintage shops and hangouts. Then he’d go off and make friends with the college kids in the nearby town. Though, no one makes friends with the nearby college kids without a bit of a rebellion streak. Even if it was a Bible College, he still managed to find the few who stuck out and spent time with them by partying and sneaking out. Ayden was always in some sort of fight with his parents. He would use his older friends to buy beer and cigarettes, just so he could smoke in his mothers face. Ayden never seemed to sleep in his own bed. Instead, he spent nights upon nights at one of his friends houses, while never telling his parents where he went. Ayden was always being reported to the local sheriffs department for either partying or running away.

Despite Ayden being known for his rebellious nature, he was very dedicated towards things he was interested in. He always ended up in class, no matter how little sleep he got that night. He finished every assignment to the very best of his ability, even though he did so hidden off somewhere in the woods, where his parents couldn’t see him doing something good. Ayden never got any grade lower than a B, and he still received those very rarely. Yet, school wasn’t the only thing he was dedicated towards. Ayden also happened to be dedicated in fashion. He would spend the hours between school and partying at a small shop, where he earning whatever money he could to spend on clothing and makeup. He’d drive wherever he had to whenever he landed a photo shot. Fashion is everything that he breathes; therefore, while he lived at home he worked as hard as he could to get his business going.

As you can guess by Ayden’s love of fashion, he is also extremely vain. His morning routine is long, and his workout hours are even longer. Ayden is also quite insecure. Whenever he feels bashed, he will go into a shell and stray from others. Due to this, he tends to stay away from people who seem like they all have it together. He prefers the rougher types of people, and isn’t too fond of the perfect types. Ayden is a b***h. He keeps people at a distance, and tests them before he lets them close. He makes buddies, but never true friends. However, his few friends are his life. He needs to be in control, and once his control slips he gets panicky. Ayden’s personality is the one that most people do not like.

How I came to be

Ayden was born in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. Some people say it was fairly ironic, considering ever since then he has wanted to travel past the mountains, and onto a whole other world. All throughout his years in grade school, he drew pictures of what he imagined the world to look like. He spent his time traveling the woods, and going as far out as he could. He ventured through the nearby hills, and made paths through the forest floors. There was nothing you could say to keep him from leaving the small town. That was probably his doom.

As he grew, he always found himself in the crowd of misbehaving teenagers. Eventually he made close friendships with the not so nice students at the nearby college. Even with it being a bible collage, Ayden managed to find a few kids who only went there so they wouldn’t disappoint there parents, or that the school so happened to have the program they wanted. They would spend their time partying and making a mess of themselves.

Due to this, Ayden started acting out more. Wither it was from the desire to be cool or just plain out teenage rebellion no one is quite sure. He would argue, fight, and then leave for days at a time. Some days he lived out at his girlfriends house, while others his best friend’s. This happened so much his parents stopped looking, and appeared to stop caring. The less they cared, the more Ayden acted out. Eventually he was breaking things and stealing things. He was partying constantly and always coming home drunk. Soon the local sheriff became Ayden’s good ‘ol pal.

When Ever After Academy called, his parents were relieved. The school promised beauty classes, which appeased Ayden and the best of the best academic classes, which appeased his parents. Soon Ayden was shipped off to Ever After. With his adventurous streak, he took the long and dark path. However, one he finished that path he quickly realized that he wasn’t where they claimed he was going to be. Ayden was trapped in a school where he was forced to take classes on etiquette and how to be a prince. He had few academic classes, and they were only the classes he’d be required to take as a prince. His whole life was shifted, and all his dreams of adventure and fashion were thrown out the window.

On his arrival, Ayden was suicidal. It may have been extreme, but he attempted to take his life away far more than once. Eventually he was kept under strict surveillance and had to take intense therapy. Finally, he accepted his fate enough to get out of the depression this school initially caused. Although, he has yet to get over the dread of going here. Ayden still puts out his best, but it’s very obvious that he hates it here.

With it being his junior year, he has long since accepted his fate. Though, he still clings to the dim hope that something will happen that could help him get back to the real world and go after his dreams.

There's something else you ought to know

The only person from home Ayden keeps in contact with is his younger sister. In his letters, he strives to put forth the front of being happy. He makes up lies about brilliant classes he takes, and sends her pictures of small photo shots he convinced the school to take in order to convince his family that he went to school for the purpose he was promised. He keeps a copy of each letter he wrote in order to keep up with his lies, and reads the continually to make sure he isn’t getting suspicious. Whenever he gets a reply from his sister, he cherishes it dearly. He keeps all of them in a box of his closet and they’re all worn greatly due to him continually reading them. Ayden wouldn’t dare show the letters to a soul, they’re his prized possession.

Ayden keeps up his fashion on the side from the help of one of his friends at school (that’s going to be my second character, once I decide who that’s going to be). They typically spend hours taking and editing pictures at least once a couple of months. These pictures are also kept secure, and are even password protected on his laptop. Fashion is his dream, and he doesn’t want to leave a gap in his portfolio if he ever manages to get out of here.
